Is the time between Plane 1 crashing and it's target coming down, could the all-powerful "they" :

traverse the towers and get everything ready?

How many people?

10 trips for 10 men?

1 trip for 100?

2 for 50?

Just a thought. I'm on the fence with CD and don't think it is as important as prior knowledge, etc.
