LANGLEY AIR FORCE BASE - Planes at Langley Air Force Base will be grounded Sept. 14 in response to an incident last week when a B-52 bomber was mistakenly armed with six nuclear warheads and flown for three hours across several states.

The stand-down was ordered by Air Combat Command and includes all jet fighters and bombers in the Air Force. The command, headquartered at Langley, oversees all of the service's fighters and bombers.

Planes in Iraq and Afghanistan and planes participating in air shows this weekend are not affected by the stand-down.
While airmen haven't been given specific instructions for the stand-down, they've been ordered to take the non-flying time to review safety procedures and protocol, an Air Combat Command spokesman said.

It doesn't appear to me we, in Portland,are in the clear from a false flag attack until after Operation TOPOFF, in October. The information compiled suggests an agenda for a false flag nuclear attack in Portland actually exists. (1) Thanks to Captain May, the Oregon Truth Alliance and others, there has been publicity about a false flag attack in Portland during the drills. That publicity may have saved the city. We can use the evidence we have to influence the people of Portland to be motivated to help with 9/11 Truth.

The Cheneyites created an agenda to blow up our beautiful city and massacre the people. That should make people angry enough to do something, like the draft did during the Vietnam War.

This is an urgent advisory notice from concerned citizens of Oregon and Washington about an upcoming U.S. Joint Forces Command emergency management exercise known as NOBLE RESOLVE 07-2 that will simulate terrorism or disaster scenarios in the Lower Columbia River Basin between Aug. 20th and Aug 24th, 2007.

NOBLE RESOLVE 07-2 was designed and will be directed by U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM) and the Department of Homeland Security. We are aware of no public notice concerning this exercise, but preliminary investigation has revealed that Oregon National Guard officials and federal officials will conduct the drill. A Harvard study, The Day After Workshop Report, illustrates a 10 kiloton nuclear blast in northwest Portland, Oregon. Previous pages in the study also illustrate a 10 kiloton blast in Washington, DC. Only Portland and Washington, DC are cited as examples of a 10 kiloton blast. Ground zero of the Portland blast is located in the Doane Lake and Doane Point area. About a quarter hour into my half hour interview with her Wednesday, Penny Dodge, chief of staff for Oregon's Congressman Peter DeFazio, asked me what a "false flag" attack was. I explained it in a few words.

A false flag attack is one in which you attack your own people, then blame it on a group of people you want to attack. It's a radical stratagem for instantly creating hatred, and it's common, historically speaking, all the way from ancient to modern times. For example:

*The Roman Emperor Nero burned Rome, then blamed it on emerging Christianity.

*The German Fuhrer Hitler burned the Reichstag, then blamed it on communist Jewry.

*The American President Bush demolished the World Trade Center, then blamed it on radical Islam.

Portland is scheduled to host two terrorism drills, run by Dept. of Homeland Security, during the months of August and October. You may have read that Peter DeFazio, an Oregon congressman, was denied access to some classified DHS information pertaining to Bush's Continuity of Government, and he is still pushing for that access. He is a member of the DHS oversight committee, so when we put two and two together...we are very concerned that these terror drills could be used to mask a false flag operation that Bush/Cheney could use to justify an attack on Iran.
