MTV created two public service announcements to encourage young Americans to understand and stand for their civil rights.

The 2006 Military Commissions Act and 2012 NDAA "legislated" dictatorial authority to declare any person a "terrorist supporter," seize such persons, and hold them indefinitely and without rights. 

The two-minute video here is Defense Secretary Panetta claiming US law allows assassinating Americans if government merely says an American is guilty of a crime. This, of course, is in Orwellian and “emperor has no clothes” obvious violation of unalienable rights and Constitutional rights.

They are also crimes that trigger those with arrest authority to use it. 

The 5th and 6th Amendments of the US Constitution promise that if the government is to seize you, let alone assassinate you, they have to follow due process to secure persons’ unalienable rights:

Virginia's Senate voted today (39-1) to nullify NDAA 2012 provisions to seize American citizens at the dictate of the federal executive branch. They joined the House's 96-4 vote.

Do an Internet news search for this story (like this); you won't find any corporate media coverage. This is what Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld meant with Information Operations Road Map (specifically with endnote 76 in an article on the also non-covered Martin Luther King civil trial that found the US government guilty of assassinating Dr. King), and what CIA-disclosed Operation Mockingbird was meant to achieve: no corporate media opposition.

"The US Constitution refutes the so-called “National Defense Authorization Act” provisions for US military to seize people in America (here, here, here). The 5th and 6th Amendments of the US Constitution promise that if the government is to seize you, they damn sure have to demonstrate you’ve committed a crime (my comments). Congressman Oscar Callaway lost his Congressional election for opposing US entry into WW 1. Before he left office, he demanded investigation into JP Morgan & Co for purchasing control over America’s leading 25 newspapers in order to propagandize US public opinion in favor of his corporate and banking interests, including profits from US participation in the war. Mr. Callaway alleged he had the evidence to prove Morgan associates were working as editors to select and edit articles, with the press receiving monthly payments for their allegiance to Morgan.
One of the leading papers, The New York Times, printed the story of Congressman Callaway's call for investigation from Washington, D.C., but the editor chose a curious obfuscating headline:

From Dr. King's speech a year before his assassination: Beyond Vietnam: A Time to Break Silence.

The verdict of the King family civil suit found US government agencies responsible for Dr. King's assassination. The King family's conclusion is that the same forces who drove the Vietnam War killed Martin in order to prevent his occupation of Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1968, and to remain until the war was ended and resources directed to end US poverty.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in their inspection role for compliance of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) has their November 2011 report in similar misleading language as their February 2010 report.

The FBI claim jurisdiction, and order cooperation to discover who committed this crime for arrest and prosecution. The speech followed the first government attempts to use a standing army to disarm Americans. A standing army was in explicit violation of the English Bill of Rights.

The US and Israel lie for war with Iran in two key areas of propaganda that you are responsible to understand if you want a US government operating UNDER the law:
 
Iran’s president never physically threatened Israel.  
All of Iran’s nuclear material is fully accounted for peaceful and legal use for energy and medicine.

US War Crimes: US political leadership is engaged in “emperor has no clothes” unlawful wars in Afghanistan and Iraq that have escalated into Pakistan, Yemen, and with rhetoric to attack Iran that darkly includes use of nuclear weapons in official first-strike policy. The US has abandoned its exercise of power under the US Constitution. Millions of Americans recognize this condition, but as yet a critical mass of Americans either do not recognize the facts or cannot articulate what they perceive into effective civic action. The educational stakes are whether the US will exist as a Constitutional Republic under the law, or as an unlawful empire.

One of the first academic leaders to explain the obvious is Francis Boyle, Harvard-educated (Ph.D in political science and J.D.) international law professor. US injustice in major policies will end when enough Americans speak the truth. The injustice is literal: US government policies with war and economics are in Orwellian violation of basic laws. The annual costs are millions of human lives, billions damned to suffer, and trillions of dollars looted.

Anyone with intellectual integrity and moral courage can see and say these “emperor has no clothes” facts.

Assessing US “leadership” as psychopathic is the perfect academic and professional word because it neither understates nor overstates the facts. I also suggest Princeton professor Frankfurt’s academic term for the type of lies that “leadership” uses: bullshit.
