Five of those men--including Khalid Sheikh Mohammed--were previously held within CIA's high-value terrorist interrogation program. Our government believes that these six individuals, among others, played important roles in planning and promoting the murder of thousands of innocent people. Now that formal charges have been sworn, the Convening Authority of the Office of Military Commissions of the Department of Defense will determine if sufficient probable cause exists to refer the case for trial by military commission.

American icon Willie Nelson says he supports efforts to impeach President Bush and "throw the bastards out," adding that the administration will do anything to stay in power, including staging an event to cancel the election.

In his second appearance this month, Nelson told The Alex Jones Show today that he supported Dennis Kucinich’s attempt to impeach Bush, adding, "If you break the law you have to pay for it one way or another and if these guys haven’t broke the law nobody has."

"The deck’s been stacked and we need to figure out a way to get a new fresh deck in there in the deal and I don’t know how else to do it except throw the bastards out," said Nelson.

But the award winning star of stage and screen was quick to clarify that he didn’t see the Democrats as any kind of viable alternative.

Congressman Dennis Kucinich promised a group of first responders that he would work towards a hearing on 9/11 health that would start from sworn statements and other compiled information about the health conditions of rescue workers suffering from ground zero exposure.

"This might take awhile, but we need to start gathering information," Kucinich said. "If you'll work with me to build the hearings, I'll commit to one major hearing that will focus on all the concerns that you have."

It was determined 9/11 first responders who brought about the meeting. David Miller, a ground zero worker and former national guardsman now suffering from mesothelioma, pressured Rep. Kucinich to hear his case and those of dozens of other rescue workers. According to Kucinich, Miller convinced him the meeting was necessary.

According to sources from the Port Authority Police Department, two more body fragments of 9/11 victims were found at Ground Zero this past week.

According to the confidential source information to the finding is being kept secret because of scrutiny regarding rebuilding effort taking place at Ground Zero.

Currently Ground Zero is a huge construction site, where the city plans on building its Freedom Tower. The footage that was shot on Saturday January 19th inside Ground Zero depicts construction workers working overtime on the freedom tower, which is set to be finished in 2012.

Personal Note: This is not an endorsement of Scientiology. It is interesting though how more and more celebrities are discussing 911 related issues. Albeit some for personal agendas.
