The Puerto Rican-born, New Jersey resident was a custodian at the World Trade Center for nearly twenty years and was in-charge of the three stairwells — A, B and C — in the North Tower. In possession of the master key that opened all of the stairwell doors on each floor of the 110 story building, William Rodriquez personally saved the lives of 15 people that day and aided New York City firefighters in saving hundreds of others.

Citizens of the United States of America, sisters and brothers of the six New England States, and all honorable servants of our great Republic—the Day of Reckoning is upon us. The lies and deception of the tyrannical elite within our government, especially regarding the misleading 9/11 Commission investigation and cover-up of the devastating attacks of September 11, 2001, have infected our beloved democratic process and usurped our liberties for far too long. The Executive, Judiciary and US Congress are hereby advised that the citizenry of these United States holds an uncompromising DEMAND for:

An exhaustive reinvestigation of ALL SCIENTIFIC THEORIES and testimonies as they relate to the physical destruction of life and property inflicted during the attacks on 9/11;

Whereas, the 9/11 Commission failed to investigate numerous Air Force war games conducted on September 11, 2001 that severely crippled our normally highly competent FAA/Air National Guard team’s aircraft interception capability.

Col. Robert Bowman, PhD, U.S. Air Force (ret)–Recent candidate for Congress and current 9/11 Truth Activist, Director of Advanced Space Programs Development under Presidents Ford and Carter. Air Force fighter pilot, over 100 combat missions. PhD in Aeronautics, Nuclear Engineering, recipient of the Eisenhower Medal, the George F. Kennan Peace Prize, the President’s Medal of Veterans for Peace, the Society of Military Engineers Gold Medal (twice), six Air Medals, and dozens of other awards and honors. His Ph.D. is in Aeronautics and Nuclear Engineering from Caltech. He chaired 8 major international conferences, and is one of the country’s foremost experts on National Security.

Col. Bowman will present evidence, which directly contradicts the findings of the Kean Commission and points toward involvement of US government officials in the events of 9/11/01.
