If we are going to make an intelligent guess of the outcome of the 911-truth movement we have to look at the broader picture.

Who is behind the attack?

First of all i beleve that 911 was carried out by international criminals, probably related to secret societies. Thay have had help from the media and also from the intelligence community throwout the word.

What are there plan?

If you play chess you often think several moves in advance. This is also true with real life tactics. They probably have several plans on with to do in different situations.

So when the 911 movement is to large the media is probably going to turn there position. They are going to say that they are the tool for exposing this crime. The problem is that this is part of the damage control system and it will bu used for the elites own purpose.

Order out of chaos. Focus the anger on for example the Bush-administration or on Israel or anything they want and use the anger to continue the plans for a word order.

Of course they know that 911 can be exposed, of course they have a plan. But do we? How should we tackle this question?

We need to make people aware of the broader questions, we need people to think for them self and start being skeptical about all information.

Today there was a story in Helsingin Sanomat, which is the biggest newspaper in Finland, about 9-11 conspiracies. They mention: 1/3 of US population believe in the 9/11 conspiracy theory/theories, Scholars for 9/11 Truth, Loose Change, Kevin Ryan, WTC7. It's just an piece about "there's a lot of conspiracies still around after 5 years...", but it's a big articale. See images here:

Shards of glass and dust from the World Trade Centre towers sit on Professor Steven Jones's desk at Brigham Young University in Utah. Evidence, he says, of the biggest cover-up in history - one too evil for most to believe, but one he has staked his academic career on exposing.

The attacks of September 11, Jones asserts, were an "inside job", puppeteered by the neoconservatives in the White House to justify the occupation of oil-rich Arab countries, inflate military spending and expand Israel.

"We don't believe that 19 hijackers and a few others in a cave in Afghanistan pulled this off acting alone," says Jones. "We challenge this official conspiracy theory and, by God, we're going to get to the bottom of this."

While this sinister spin strikes most American academics as absurd, Jones, a physics professor, is not alone. He is a member of 9/11 Scholars for Truth, a recently formed group of around 75 US professors determined to prove 9/11 was a hoax. In essays and journals, they are using their association with prominent universities to give a scholarly stamp to conspiracy theories long believed in parts of Europe and the Arab world, and gaining ground among Americans due to frustration with the Iraq war and opposition to President Bush's heavily hyped "war on terror".

I'm sitting here in my apartment, reading about how Bush is supposed to go to all 3 sites for the anniversary. I don't know how difficult it will be to get to Ground Zero because of his visit. Knowing Bush like I do, I don't think he would have a problem blocking individuals from getting there.

Any thoughts? Insight from locals? What have you heard about his visit?

Dear Skeptical but Not Quite There Yet,

There is an important distinction to be made between the sources of information supporting the official 9/11 version of events. The National Institute of Standards and Technology, a division of the Department of Commerce, did the main study for the official case (the NIST report) and it concluded that no pancaking occured. The pancake theory was first put forth by Thomas Eagar of MIT and even though the NIST report claims no pancaking occured, defenders of the official story still rely on it to explain away other evidence of explosive demolition like the jets of smoke that pop through the lower sections of the tower as they collapse (as a result of air compressed by the pancaking.) It is important to bear in mind the existence of the core structure in any interpretation of a collapse progression. We would not normally expect the type of collapse observed in the case of the three buildings on 9/11 because of the wat they were built. Before 9/11 set a precedent, it would not be expected that a jet flying into a building would make it collapse. The idea that a plane could damage the structure was understood. What would have been inconceivable would be the fact that they collapsed. We may, for instance have expected the top of the south tower to continue tipping and break off because of the direction it seemed to be falling at first. Instead the tower below seems to begin to collapse as well at which point the top has begun a tilted free fall--this would have surprised the construction manager for the towers, Frank DeMartini, who is on camera saying that he believed the towers would be able to withstand the impact of multiple jetliners, because, he said that would be like punching a pencil into steel netting-- (a screen door for example) pieces would break but the structure would redistribute the load. The damage from an incoming airplane may seem like a lot but relative to the undamaged areas of the entire building it would not have put much stress on those latticed core columns that rose like the trunk of a tree in the middle of each tower (the towers in fact resembled a biological structure (skin over flesh over bone) The planes exploded and were shredded upon impact with the perimeter columns that made up the buildings' skin The planes created a large fireball because most of the jet fuel immediately caught fire. But this was nothing the core columns couldn't handle. Basically the core columns were subjected to aluminum shrapnel, a couple of heavy engines like bullets and a flash fire that only got smaller and cooler as material burned off. It is hard to imagine that so many of the 47 columns could have been damaged as a result. The towers were observed in each case to tip ever so slightly and settle back into place exactly as designed to do (in wind, storms, etc.) They functioned perfectly and would have stood until the fires were extinguished and beyond if somehow the core columns had not failed.

I opposed keeping U.S. forces in Afghanistan, fearing, as has happened, that they’d get stuck in a no-win guerilla war. Before you invaded Iraq, I wrote Saddam had no WMDs, and predicted the U.S. would face guerilla and civil war, and a financial debacle, not flowers. Today, I say get out of these lost wars before another American soldier dies.

This speach is primarily about the Iraq lies, but I cannot imagine Mayor Anderson is not tuned up to the 9/11 truth with Steven Jones and BYU in his own city. Yes he says in the speach that 19 Arabs highjacked aircraft that day, but later in the speach he asks for truths about 9/11.

John Mueller, Professor of Political Science at Ohio State University and the author of "The Remnants of War", in an article at Foreign Affairs, explores the overstated nature of the terror threat. His article,
Is There Still a Terrorist Threat?, asks:

"But if it is so easy to pull off an attack and if terrorists are so demonically competent, why have they not done it? Why have they not been sniping at people in shopping centers, collapsing tunnels, poisoning the food supply, cutting electrical lines, derailing trains, blowing up oil pipelines, causing massive traffic jams, or exploiting the countless other vulnerabilities that, according to security experts, could so easily be exploited?

One reasonable explanation is that almost no terrorists exist in the United States and few have the means or the inclination to strike from abroad. But this explanation is rarely offered."

He also has a book coming out in November, called Overblown: How Politicians and the Terrorism Industry Inflate National Security Threats, and Why We Believe Them.

Terrorism Prosecutions Drop

"The study of data by the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), an affiliate of Syracuse University in New York, also showed that as many as nine out of 10 terrorism investigations do not result in prosecutions, that most charges are not related to terrorism and that only about a third of those prosecuted end up in prison."

More proof, as if it were needed, that the "terror" threat has been vastly overstated, even when provoked, and even when most of the terrorist activity is sponsored by intelligence informants.

I am impressed by how cults that back up Bush admin could have used number 11 to chose names, people and events to execute plans, and how this could scare people that get deep enought to read such posts entirely.

Im also writting this to help my fellow truthers that might get scared with such post to understand the porpuse of such info.

I long investigated religion and its effects on society, and its known that is a tool used for control and inconsious manipulation of poeple's judgement. I dont mean that religion is all bad, it's been very useful to bring order into society and bring a psycological backbone to the mayority of the population of any given country, kindoms or empires to give them a reason to accept thier current situation, or given a motivation to thrive despite thier poor conditions.

Personally religion is a way to explain, situations, things and behaviors we dont understand. Kings, Emperors and secret societies needed ways to keep control of thier populations by releasing manuals or books, in this case bible's or manuscrips that focus on a all powerful being that at the end will bring justice to those that decide to believe in such idealism therefore backing up a story with such a powerful perception makes the bibles or books have solid backbone.

Mexico matters because the people and leaders knew election problems were coming and they did something about it. They protested in massive numbers, again and again. The Mexican people are offering the largest resistance to election fraud in modern history. Think of the demonstrations in the Ukraine, Belarus, the Georgia Republic, or any other post election protest. Over a period of 15 days, there were three Assemblies sponsored by Lopez-Obrador and the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD). These demonstrations attract over a million people (in a nation of 100 million). The corporate media tried to downplay the crowd size with Bloomberg News failing to mention a 1.1 million estimate it got on July 16 from police authorities. These are vibrant, involved people who work with their leaders, particularly Presidential candidate Lopez-Obrador, to develop plans and fend off attacks by the ruling party.

Mexico matters because the people and leaders refused to give up when the system failed to give them a real recount. The independent election institute tried to pass off a Calderon victory without investigating the numerous and substantial allegations of election fraud. For example, the institute tried to announce a victory by President Vincente Fox’s hand-picked candidate, Calderon, until an audience member pointed out ballots that they failed to count — at least 2.5 million of them. That type of "error" is rarely an error; rather, it shows bias and intent to deceive. The electoral tribunal resisted but was ultimately pressured into a recount of 9% of the vote. The tribunal then refused to order a total recount of the paper ballots even though it found that 130,000 were either missing or invalid — in only 9% of the precincts! The projected total for 100% of the precincts would be over 1.3 million ballots. Yet the full recount failed to materialize.

Opium cultivation out of control, U.N. says

Afghan crops total 92 percent of world’s supply, exceed global consumption

KABUL, Afghanistan - Afghanistan’s world-leading opium cultivation rose a “staggering” 60 percent this year, the U.N. anti-drugs chief announced Saturday in urging the government to crack down on big traffickers and remove corrupt officials and police.

The record crop yielded 6,100 tons of opium, or enough to make 610 tons of heroin — outstripping the demand of the world’s heroin users by a third, according to U.N. figures.

Officials warned that the illicit trade is undermining the Afghan government, which is under attack by Islamic militants that a U.S.-led offensive helped drive from power in late 2001 for harboring Osama bin Laden and al-Qaida bases.

“The news is very bad. On the opium front today in some of the provinces of Afghanistan, we face a state of emergency,” Antonio Maria Costa, chief of the U.N. Office on Drugs and Crime, said at a news conference. “In the southern provinces, the situation is out of control.”
