So I went to American Sniper last night. It's a good movie, just like everybody says.
In the context of this blog, it deals first with the U.S. Embassy attacks, and then 9/11 as motivating factors for Chris Kyle to join the Navy Seals and avenge these attacks. It should be mentioned at this juncture that the movie was directed by Clint Eastwood, who's about as right wing as right wing gets, so either he's a closet truther, or this got slid by him.
I watched the events of 911 unfold as they happened and from the getgo I immediately thought it was a "False Flag" attack. When I heard Bush make the statements in the attached video, I was sure of it. The ensuing 14 years and myriad sources of "conspiracy" have confirmed it.
Brian Williams’ Lie: The Bigger Picture
Posted on February 6, 2015 by WashingtonsBlog
Star News Anchor’s Fib In Context
What should we make of Brian Williams’ admission that he lied about his helicopter being forced down in Iraq?
Initially, he may have lied about other things, as well.
But there’s a bigger story here …
Mainstream reporters are ALWAYS pro-war, acting as cheerleaders for the military-industrial complex and propagandists for the government.
Christian Christensen writes today:
Williams’ sad attempt to inject himself into the fabric of the violence is getting more ink and airplay than the non-existence of WMD did back in the early-to-mid 2000s: a lie that provided the justification for a military action that has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians.
The current focus on an inane untruth told by one celebrity news anchor has overshadowed the bigger picture about the US media and Iraq.
Digby notes that Williams’ Iraq lie served the pro-war narrative:
Brian McGlinchey is the founder and director of 28Pages.org, an information and activism hub for the growing, nonpartisan movement to declassify a 28-page finding on foreign government support of the 9/11 hijackers. A native of Philadelphia who now lives in San Antonio, McGlinchey studied political science at Bucknell University, was a U.S. Army officer, and had a career in financial services before becoming a freelance copywriter.
"In the late-'90s, Moussaoui claims, he was tasked by Osama bin Laden to create a digital database cataloguing al Qaeda's donors. Every day for two or three months, he claims, he entered names of the group's donors into a Toshiba computer along with how much they gave".
"CNN cannot independently confirm the claims Moussaoui makes in his new testimony, which was made under oath as part of a brief filed in opposition to a motion to dismiss a case against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its alleged involvement in the 9/11 attacks.
Unlike a deposition, Moussaoui was not subjected to cross-examination by the defendants' lawyers".

Michael Hayden, the former CIA and NSA director, has revealed what most people already suspected -- to him, the Constitution is a document that he can rewrite based on his personal beliefs at any particular time, as noted by Conor Friedersdorf at the Atlantic. Specifically, he admits that after September 11th, 2001, he was able to totally reinterpret the 4th Amendment to mean something entirely different:
In a speech at Washington and Lee University, Michael Hayden, a former head of both the CIA and NSA, opined on signals intelligence under the Constitution, arguing that what the 4th Amendment forbids changed after September 11, 2001. He noted that "unreasonable search and seizure," is prohibited under the Constitution, but cast it as a living document, with "reasonableness" determined by "the totality of circumstances in which we find ourselves in history."
Lessons in Propaganda: Slavko Martinov at TEDxChristchurch
Published on Jan 24, 2014
In 2003, New Zealand born Slavko Martinov found himself more and more critical of everything he was seeing, reading, and hearing, and wanted to get to the bottom of the 'united recipe behind all the lies'. He set out to make a film about propaganda, despite never having made a feature film before. Slavko worked in secret for almost a decade, with zero funding, through two major earthquakes, three different jobs, being hospitalized with a heart infection, and an interview with the Counter-Terrorism Unit before the film Propaganda was finally launched on YouTube.
PHOENIX — Pete Carroll is a conspiracy theorist, at least that is how the conspiracy theory goes. And it is one that has gained the Seattle Seahawks coach an unlikely following from the "9/11 Truth" movement in the lead-up to his attempt to win back-to-back Super Bowls.
Two years ago, Carroll met with former Army chief of staff and four-star general Peter Chiarelli and, according to Deadspin citing "sources," brought up many popular conspiracy theories concerned with the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, on the World Trade Center and quizzed Chiarelli about their veracity.
When asked by USA TODAY Sports on Tuesday about the "9/11 Truth" movement and supporters who back him, Carroll made no attempt to deny his interest.
"Any notoriety is good I guess," Carroll said, when told by USA TODAY Sports how he had become a favorite among Truth activists. "I will always be interested in the truth, yeah."

One of the men who led Stratesec, the World Trade Center (WTC) security company, has recently resurfaced on some small business websites. This is Barry McDaniel, the U.S. military executive who served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Stratesec from 1996 until 2002 and then briefly became the company’s CEO. The new websites provide rare photos of McDaniel and an opportunity to review some of the many reasons why he and his Stratesec partner Wirt D. Walker should be investigated for the crimes of 9/11.
This short video combines footage of the "collapse" of WTC 7 (as well as WTC 7 eyewitness statements, news reports, etc) together with Mechanical Engineer Tony Szamboti talking about WTC 7 and his recollection of hearing Larry Silverstein say - during a 2004 episode of 'History's Business' on the History Channel - that, quote: "Building 7 was a controlled demolition".
This is not to be confused with Larry Silverstein's controversial 2002, PBS "Pull it" quote. This is something else altogether.
Tony also speaks briefly about his unsuccessful attempts to get hold of a copy of this episode of History's Business.
Please distribute this video widely (share links, make copies etc,) to bring attention to the issue of this elusive History Channel episode, and to the controlled demolition of WTC 7.
Larry Silverstein Said WTC 7 Was a Controlled Demolition? (NOT the "Pull it" quote)
Take note of my two recent articles on the subject.

Mideast: President Obama should think before bowing to Saudi Arabia's new king in his Tuesday visit. King Salman has a history of funding al-Qaida, and his son has been accused of knowing in advance about the 9/11 attacks.
