November 2010 Update

A lot of time has passed since the last update in regards to the fight for my freedom against perjured charges. My current attorney has been kept busy in court on other cases.

It has been decided, we are going to trial by jury. I was offered to sign a false confession on more than one occasion, but I refused. If I’m going to prison, then 12 jurors will send me there. I stand by my rights to due process, and my rights to dissent against tyranny at all levels of government.

Originally, I was charged with making a terrorist threat, a felony, against a Sheriff’s Deputy, and I was charged with two counts of felony resisting arrest, as well as misdemeanor contempt of court. Sheriffs Deputy Juan Espinoza interrupted me when I was talking and told me to my face, “You just threatened to assassinate me! That’s a terrorist threat!” This was about an hour after he had put handcuffs on me without probable cause. Apparently he was on the hunt to find something… anything he could charge me with. As you can see near the end of this video from WeAreChange Colorado ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMbV9UnQ7rE ), officers of the law have been instructed to determine whether or not anybody they detain is a terrorist. As far as we know, an officer gets a bonus if they detain someone they can pin as a terrorist.

A few months ago, one person wrote an article claiming that I was not charged with terrorism, but later apologized. The confusion stemmed from the actual count against me, which is California Penal Code 422. Though the code does not read ‘terrorism’ or ‘terrorist threat’, this is the code used when someone in California is charged with making a terrorist threat. I imagine they use this code because no new code has been written to cover charges of making a terrorist threat. Regardless, my testimony will include that Espinoza accused me of making a terrorist threat against him.

Following is the response of a WeAreChangeLA member (Tim) to a blog (see link above) on the LAPD website by the Los Angeles Police Protection League - the union for police officers in LA. Tim is in constant contact with LAPD officers and the police union, and he uses every opportunity he can to talk about 9-11 Truth.

Free vs self-censored speech

What makes this country great is the fact that we have the right to a free press. Where no government official can infringe on the rights of the media.

But being that this is my opinion, the editorial staff should have [a] look at the above-mentioned story and determine what should have gone to press. It seems that The Los Angeles Times lack[s] the common sense on what should or should not [be] printed in their newspaper.

An example is the investigation of the World Trade Center Buildings by 1,000 architects and engineers under Richard Gage [AIA] of Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. These men and women poured over 1,000s of pages of information with all of them coming to their expert conclusion that thermite and nanothermite were used inside building 1,2 and 7 on 9/11/2001. What does it mean? Gage believes that this is how the buildings came down killing 3,000 people but also, to this day, killing the police, fire and EMTs who went in to the rubble to find survivors.

Question to The Times: Why no mention of the investigation and its finding nor the end-results of New York's finest dying, but mention the name of a 15-year-old witness? Self-censorship is the only form of censorship I support, but to print or censor the wrong story only leads to more grief and the opportunity for the wrong people to win. The Defense Intelligence Agency has blocked a book about the tipping point in Afghanistan and a controversial pre-9/11 data mining project called "Able Danger."

The Pentagon has burned 9.500 copies of Army Reserve Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer's memoir "Operation Dark Heart," his book about going undercover in Afghanistan.

A Department of Defense officials tells Fox News that the department purchased copies of the first printing because they contained information which could cause damage to national security.

The U.S. Army originally cleared the book for release.

The U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency attempted to block the book about the tipping point in Afghanistan and a controversial pre-9/11 data mining project called "Able Danger."

With one-quarter of Canadians believing the truthers, even the “independent” Georgia Straight feels the immediate need to trash their views [“Truth seekers question 9/11”, September 9-16].

Lee Moller of the B.C. Society for Skeptical Enquiry has one quick response to claims that 9/11 was perpetrated by the American government: “The government is made up of tens of thousands of people, and they’ve all got different motivations, so it’s almost impossible to imagine that the government could pull off something like this and have nobody find out about it.”

How can Moller posture as a leader of skeptical enquiry when he subscribes to the most basic, most simplistic, most sublimely ignorant view of all? Mr. Moller, have you ever heard of the Manhattan Project, which involved about 50,000 people and was kept secret for decades? Have you ever heard of Operation Northwoods, a 1962 plan to deceive Cuba into war, that the Pentagon was confident could be done secretly?

Oh, and by the way, the U.S. government has millions of employees, including hundreds of thousands of persons with security rating, meaning they can say nothing at all about anything. And, of course, all covert schemes are done on a need-to-know basis, reducing the number who know the whole picture to a handful.

We got together to put stickers on 1200+ DVDs, stamp the sleeves with the WeAreChangeLA contact info, and stuff the DVDs into the sleeves. We also laid out all of our banners and gave them a good cleaning. This is all in preparation for our participation in the anti-war march here in Los Angeles. Can't wait!

By doing this out in the open at a popular park, we created a visibility action for passersby to learn about 9-11 Truth. Everyone brought flyers and displays for this fun outreach.

Dean Haglund (X-Files and The Lone Gunman) drops by to visit WACLA during our bannering of one of the busiest freeways in the country, the 405. Dean is one of the most outspoken movie and television celebrities when it comes to 9-11 Truth and we were all honored to have him spend time out of his day with us while we bannered roughly 25,000 commuters during rush hour in Los Angeles with our 9-11 Truth messages.

We got such overwhelming warm responses from the travelers on both the freeway below and the road crossing the bridge. Officers in a passing police squad car honked enthusiastically and waved to us! We spent three hours holding those banners, and we enjoyed every minute.

Or so claims the Salt Lake Community College chapter of We Are Change Utah, a new activist group dedicated to exposing what they believe to be the real truth behind the September 11 terrorist attacks. Falling under the broad category of the 9/11 Truth movement, WACUT contends that The 9/11 Commission Report's findings do not sufficiently explain the events of September 11, and that an exceptional amount of contradictory evidence demands an independent investigation of the tragedy.

"9/11 is an important issue and we do want a new investigation into 9/11," says Eddie Mock, 24, SLCC political science major and founder of the college's chapter of We Are Change. "9/11 is a big part, in my mind, because it's caused so many extra effects that didn't be to be in place and there's overwhelming evidence to suggest that there's something we missed."

A group of local politicians, business owners and other residents has banded together in calling for a new investigation into the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center.

The group is asking voters in towns throughout New Hampshire to petition to insert articles on town meeting ballots that would instruct the state’s congressional delegation to pursue a fresh inquiry into the attacks.

So far, the warrant article, dubbed Vote for Answers N.H., will appear on ballots in Exeter, Nelson, Peterborough, Rindge and Swanzey, according to Gerhard Bedding of Keene, a spokesman for the initiative.

Supporters of the initiative must gather the signatures of 25 petitioners or from 2 percent of their town’s registered voters, whichever number is less, to place the article on the ballot.

Petitions are also being passed around in Chesterfield, Dublin, Hanover, Harrisville, Hollis, Richmond and Stoddard, according to Bedding.

35 wonderful human souls showed up for the 11th of the month truth action. We had 2 our big beautiful blue banners on the Sunset Blvd overpass at the Hollywood Freeway. We have to find a new location, because everybody in the Hollywood area seems to be aware of 9-11 Truth! We had such a positive response. What a great day! The precautionary principle is based on the fact it is impossible to prove a false claim. Failure to prove a claim does not automatically make it false, but caution is called for, especially in the case of a world-changing event like the alleged terror attacks of September 11, 2001. The Bush administration has provided no public evidence to support its claim that the terror attacks were the work of Muslim extremists or even that the aircraft that struck their respective targets on September 11 were as advertised. As I will show below, it would be a simple matter to confirm that they were - if they were. Until such proof is forthcoming, the opposite claim must be kept in mind as a precaution against rushing to judgment: the 911 hijackings were part of a black operation carried out with the cooperation of elements in our government.

We had a great time in front of Chase Bank with our massive blue banners encouraging the rush hour traffic to question 9-11. We received a steady pulse of supportive honks. There is nothing like getting out in the streets with fellow 9-11 Truthers to get our outreach fix. We all had such a great time hanging with each other, and we passed out all of our DVDs. Nobody who drove by or stopped at the intersection could miss us. The pedestrian traffic was much busier than expected. Even bus drivers took DVDs.

Christopher Condon, an ally of Pacifica’s interim director Grace Aaron, last month introduced a resolution at a meeting of the Pacifica National Board’s Governance Committee targeting Democracy Now! over allegations that is is being secretly funded by the CIA.

Detective James Zadroga, called in 2006 the first rescuer to die from inhaling dust at ground zero, became a posthumous source of controversy when the city’s medical examiner concluded that his death was not directly related to the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

Now Detective Zadroga’s name has cropped up again, this time attached to a bill in the Senate that would establish long-term monitoring and health care for those affected by exposure to the World Trade Center site.

The James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act, introduced by the New York and New Jersey Senate delegations on Wednesday, would establish a monitoring and treatment program, including mental health services, for first responders and New Yorkers exposed to the dust. It would also reopen the September 11 Victim Compensation Fund that Congress established after the attack, while limiting liability for the city and trade center contractors in previously resolved or pending claims.
