It is with great excitement that I announce the release of the Final Report of the Toronto Hearings, which is titled The 9/11 Toronto Report. It is now available for purchase on Amazon.com, for a reduced introductory price of $12.76. I encourage you to review the content of the book using Amazon's "Look Inside" feature, and if you like the book, leave a positive five-star review. The book has already received a one-star review from someone who has not read the book, and we need to counteract these kinds of reviews.
The 9/11 Toronto Report is a collection of essays submitted by the witnesses who presented at the International Hearings on the Events of September 11, 2001, which were held in Toronto, Canada over the 10th Anniversary of the attacks. I collected the essays, edited them, and arranged them into the chapters you find in the book. I believe it is the most succinct, comprehensive, and persuasive written treatment of the best evidence against the official story for 9/11 that has been produced to date. Those experts who contributed chapters include David Ray Griffin, Kevin Ryan, Peter Dale Scott, Graeme MacQueen, David Chandler, Barbara Honegger, Richard Gage and many others.
The 9/11 Toronto Report also contains a written report and recommendation from each of the four distinguished panelists who heard the evidence presented over the four days of hearings and questioned the witnesses. The panelists include two eminent Canadian academics, an American civil engineer and academic, and the most famous and influential judge in Italy and honorary president of the Italian Supreme Court, Ferdinando Imposimato. As you will read in the final chapters of the Report, the opinions of these four individuals, each of which carries credibility and weight that cannot be disputed, make a clear and unmistakable case that the official account of 9/11 is false, and that the only way to realize truth and accountability is to tear down the wall of secrecy and lies that has been erected by the United States government around the events of 9/11.
The International Hearings on the Events of September 11, 2001, also referred to as the Toronto Hearings, will take place at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada over the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, from Thursday, September 8th to Sunday, September 11, inclusive. They are being sponsored by the International Center for 9/11 Studies, a non-profit organization.
The objectives of the Toronto Hearings as follows:
1. To present evidence that the U.S. government’s official investigation into the events of September 11, 2001, as pursued by various government and government-appointed agencies, is seriously flawed and has failed to describe and account for the 9/11 events.
2. To single out the most weighty evidence of the inadequacy of the U.S. government’s investigation; to organize and classify that evidence; to preserve that evidence; to make that evidence widely known to the public and to governmental, non-governmental and inter-governmental organizations.
3. To submit a record and a summary of the Hearings, together with signed Statutory Declarations by witnesses, to relevant governments, groups and international agencies with the request that a full and impartial investigation be launched into the events of September 11, 2001, which have been used to initiate military invasions and to restrict the rights of citizens.
4. To engage the attention of the public and media through witness testimony as well as through public talks and media events during the four day event.
The Steering Committee for the Toronto Hearings is working to finalize the list of expert witnesses who will testify at the Hearings and the Panelists who will hear the testimony, and we will publish more information on these topics in the very near future. In the meantime, we would like to address some questions and concerns that have been brought to our attention regarding the purpose, format and outcome of the Hearings.
Dear Fellow 9/11 Truth Seekers,
I am writing today to ask you to support the Toronto Hearings on the Events of September 11, 2001. The Toronto Hearings are being sponsored by the International Center for 9/11 Studies - an organization I founded - and will take place at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
The International Center for 9/11 Studies has posted four new videos on its YouTube page. All of the videos were discovered in the materials received by the Center in response to its Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for all of the photographs and videos it used or received during its investigation.
The first video is an excerpt of an interview with 9/11 survivor Paul Lemos. It was extracted from Release 25 (42A0106-G25D16). Mr. Lemos describes what he believes are bombs exploding at the World Trade Center, well below the area where the airplane impacted the building. Interestingly, he refers to an architect "they [the authorities?] pulled in" who explained to Mr. Lemos that it wasn't explosions he was seeing.
The International Center for 9/11 Studies has posted a new video on YouTube. The footage was filmed by a news crew from a local NYC television station, and was received from NIST under the Freedom of Information Act.
The International Center for 9/11 Studies has posted two videos from the NIST Cumulus database to its YouTube channel. The first is uncut, raw footage of an interview with Barry Jennings on 9/11. The second is FLIR video of the Twin Towers burning. More videos will be posted this later this week.
Justin Keogh is still preparing the entire Cumulus database for release via bittorrent. He will post the details of the release in the next few days.
The International Center for 9/11 Studies has secured the release of hundreds of hours of video footage and tens of thousands of photographs used by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for its investigation of the collapse of the World Trade Center Twin Towers and Building 7. This material is being released to the Center under the Freedom of Information Act, in response to a lawsuit the Center filed against NIST.
On January 8, 2008, I submitted a FOIA Request to NIST asking for all records that relate to the fireproofing upgrades made to the Twin Towers prior to 9/11. I was recently successful in getting three new reports about the condition of the Twin Towers just prior to 9/11 released.
One report is a fire engineering assessment completed by Burro Happold in February of 2000. The other two reports were property condition assessments done by Merritt & Harris, Inc. a year or so prior to 9/11. These reports together total hundreds of pages, and I want them widely released so they can be analyzed in light of the NIST reports on the collapses of the Twin Towers. Note that the Merritt & Harris reports are very large files.
