Two days ago, I wrote the following on my site:

"I don't know if anyone's read it, but here's Zelkow's memo.

He references "Document Request No. 4", and "Document Request No. 37".

As we've heard several times from the 9/11 Families, the "document requests" meant absolutely nothing to the agencies that received them, and more often than not, were ignored (as was the case with the two Zelikow mentioned).

What they should have done was use their power of subpoena that the families fought hard for them to get.

For a Commission that was mandated to give a "full and complete accounting" to make something like document requests "general policy" (according to Kean) when they had the ability to subpoena is absurd, and shows how "thorough" the investigation really was."

Letter To The Editor,

The 9/11 Commission refused to answer 70% of the 9/11 families questions about how their loved ones were murdered. That's not a "Conspiracy Theory." That's just wrong. It's wrong, and I'm amazed that people like Bill Bradley, who've never taken the time to look into 9/11, think they know what it is they're talking about.

To me, withholding these tapes from the 9/11 Commission, and then destroying them is an obvious crime. However, this isn't the first piece of 9/11 evidence that has been destroyed. There were FAA tapes destroyed. According to Curt Weldon, as reported by AP, "a Pentagon employee was ordered to destroy documents that identified Mohamed Atta as a terrorist two years before the 2001 attacks."

I think the efforts by Zelikow, Kean, and Hamilton to badmouth the CIA are obviously an attempt at re-establishing any credibility they may have had, though, I don't see that as possible since they have none. I also think they are trying to make the CIA the "scapegoat" for 9/11. I do think the CIA should be investigated with regard to the attacks, but I certainly don't think we should stop with them (White House, NORAD, FAA, Secret Service, Pentagon, I'm looking in your direction).

THE CIA chief who ordered the destruction of secret videotapes recording the harsh interrogation of two top Al-Qaeda suspects has indicated he may seek immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying before the House intelligence committee.

Jose Rodriguez, former head of the CIA’s clandestine service, is determined not to become the fall guy in the controversy over the CIA’s use of torture, according to intelligence sources.

It has emerged that at least four White House staff were approached for advice about the tapes, including David Addington, a senior aide to Dick Cheney, the vice-president, but none has admitted to recommending their destruction.

Vincent Cannistraro, former head of counterterrorism at the CIA, said it was impossible for Rodriguez to have acted on his own: “If everybody was against the decision, why in the world would Jose Rodriguez – one of the most cautious men I have ever met – have gone ahead and destroyed them?”

STRUGGLING for that last-minute Christmas present this year, many Scots will have succumbed to the tempting offer in the pub or work canteen of a cheap DVD of the latest Hollywood blockbuster. A useful stocking filler, thank you very much. It might be an illegal knock-off, but really, what's the harm?

That question has a chilling answer. Anyone who handed over their fiver may inadvertently have been funding a organisation responsible for dozens of killings, bombings and political assassinations, thousands of miles away in Indian-controlled Kashmir.

The sale of fake CDs, DVDs, clothing and perfumes in Glasgow and other British cities is helping to raise money for one of the world's most-notorious terror outfits – the group held responsible for the slaughter of US journalist Daniel Pearl in 2002.

MI5 is now targeting British-based supporters of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), a pro-Kashmiri group dedicated to gaining the disputed territory its independence. Its aims include the "destruction" of the United States and India.

On most days of 9/11 activism, the positive far outweighs the negative, and even today, I think that's true. However, today, the people that gave us a hard time, really went out of there way to do so. We heard, "F_CK YOU", "Conspiracy Theorist", "Are you a member of the Flat Earth Society?", and someone even went out of their way to deliver this note to us:

The good news is we spoke with the movie theater manager, and she says that everything is ready to go, and the marquee will be up in the middle of the week sometime. So to those that weren't very nice today, I just want you to know that I look forward to seeing you at the Anthony Wayne Movie Theater on New Year's Day. Who knows? Maybe you'll learn something.

A little over a month ago, Betsy Metz came to me with the idea of showing 9/11 Truth movies over an extended period of time at a movie theater. I loved the idea so much, that for the past 3 Saturday's, I've gone out with Betsy to try and "prepare" the neighborhood for 9/11 Truth. You can watch each of our outings here:

We've been working with 9/11 Family Members, and prominent 9/11 activists in the hopes that they would be able to join us on some of these days to take Q&A from the audience. All of the proceeds will be given to the FealGood Foundation to help the sick and dying 9/11 First Responders.

Because of the power behind 9/11: Press For Truth, we have decided to make that movie the most prominently featured film to be shown on every Tuesday at 7pm.

Other films will be shown at 5pm, but they are all tentative. As of right now, this is the flyer we're handing out to people in Wayne, PA.

Even though she doesn't have a chance in hell (especially when you take into account how corrupt the election process is), she has done the work. She has proven herself as someone who is not afraid to search for the truth. She has my support 100%.

This is not an invitation for Ron Paul supporters to attack me, or try and convince me otherwise. I have no doubt that if elected, Cynthia McKinney would re-open the investigation. I can't say the same about Ron Paul. Besides, the "election process" in this country is a joke anyway. I may as well vote for who I want to vote for.

Today, Jerry Mazza's story entitled, "Following Zakheim and Pentagon Trillions to Israel and 9-11" was re-posted on indybay.org.

In that article, Jerry states, "At that time he was unable to explain the disappearance of $1 trillion dollars. Actually, nearly three years earlier, Donald Rumsfeld announced on September 10, 2001 that an audit discovered $2.3 trillion was also missing from the Pentagon books."

On February 20th, 2002, Gerry J. Gilmore of the American Forces Press Service reported that, "DoD financial experts, Zakheim said, are making good progress reconciling the department's "lost" expenditures, trimming them from a prior estimated total of $2.3 trillion to $700 billion. And, he added, the amount continues to drop."

I'm not defending Dov Zakheim, the Pentagon's inability to track billions of dollars, nor am I a "Zionist Mole for Larry Silverstein", however, if a "debunker" wanted to use this against us, it wouldn't be hard for them to do so, and make us look like fools.

Yet again, we experience Deja Vu' with this Administration blocking efforts to investigate something with regard to 9/11. I'm reminded of Able Danger. I'm reminded of Sibel Edmonds. I'm reminded of THE ATTACKS THEMSELVES. - Jon

WASHINGTON - The controversy over destroyed CIA interrogation tapes is shaping up as a turf battle involving the courts, Congress and the White House, with the Bush administration telling its constitutional coequals to stay out of the investigation.

The Justice Department says it needs time and the freedom to probe the destruction of hundreds of hours of recordings of two suspected terrorists. After Attorney General Michael Mukasey refused congressional demands for information Friday, the Justice Department filed late-night court documents urging a federal judge not to begin his own inquiry.

Lying to "Reassure" the Public

Might it sometimes be appropriate for the government to lie in order to reassure the public? Asked this question during a Court of Appeals hearing yesterday in Benzman vs. EPA, the case brought by residents, students and office workers exposed to and in many cases sickened by the environmental hazards following 9/11,* EPA lawyer Alisa Klein answered, "Yes."

Competing interests such as the economy or the "return to normalcy" [sic] might supercede that of public health, she argued.

There's no question that Ms. Klein accurately represented EPA's position. In addition to their compelling urge to reopen Wall St. ASAP after 9/11, the protocols they have developed to respond to a dirty bomb also take into account the economic import of the area exposed, regardless of the fact that an area that's important to the economy will also be more densely populated.

Today, Betsy and I went to our usual spot. This time, however, we were armed with flyers talking about what we're trying to do at the Anthony Wayne Movie Theater. A lot of people took the flyers, and several were interested. Yet again, a family member came to talk with us. We are now 3 for 3 with 9/11 family members approaching us to talk about what happened. We got a lot of honks today, and "thumb's up" from people, but we also heard from the usual naysayers. Someone told me that I should be ashamed of myself. I feel anything but. I am very proud to be a part of this. At the end of the day, we went to the local fire department to tell them about what we're doing. They were very friendly, and even knew of the FealGood Foundation. They said that their fire chief will probably bring up what we're doing in the next meeting. Thanks to Larry and Addy for coming out to help us today.

John Feal and the FealGood Foundation are mentioned in the news a lot. It seems a lot of New York papers go to John for comments regarding the problems of the responders. However, this last week has been an outstanding exception. I have seen SEVERAL mentions of the FealGood Foundation in SEVERAL different news articles.

On 12/06/2007 in an article entitled, "Millstone Businessman Supports 9/11 Workers", it states:

"During his search to find a cause he could dedicate himself to, Grandich came across a group of people who gave of themselves to help others only to face sickness and death as a result - the Sept. 11, 2001, World Trade Center first responders. Grandich learned of their plight from the Long Island-based FealGood Foundation, and immediately wanted to help."
