Ray Nowosielski is a great guy, and a good director. The first show was about opening the door to 9/11 Truth, and the second show had to do with the amount of emails they received, etc...

For the record, I am part of the 2nd and 3rd group regarding 9/11. If the 3rd group gets us in the door, and helps us to get a new investigation, I am there. When Congress wanted to know who disclosed the identity of former CIA agent Valerie Plame, an aide to the vice president (I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby) obstructed the investigation and was convicted and sentenced. The president responded by commuting his sentence.

Congress still wants to know who fired eight prosecuting attorneys. This time Congress wants a conversation with Bush advisors Karl Rove and J. Scott Jennings. Bush doesn't want Rove to talk. He also didn't want former White House counsel Harriet Miers to talk either — so she ignored a congressional subpoena.

White House Chief of Staff Josh Bolten also ignored a subpoena — and both Miers and Bolten may be cited for contempt. But, the Justice Department has already stated it will not prosecute either one. So, it is likely Rove and Jennings will follow the pattern set by Miers and Bolten in defying the authority of the legislative branch.

Congress, the media and ordinary American citizens have petitioned the executive branch for access to hidden data relating to 9/11. The CIA and Pentagon still doesn't want anyone to see what's in its video and report data on 9/11. Senator Ron Wyden, and others who have inquired — including a host of media — have all been denied access.

U.S. checking possibility of pumping oil from northern Iraq to Haifa, via Jordan

The United States has asked Israel to check the possibility of pumping oil from Iraq to the oil refineries in Haifa. The request came in a telegram last week from a senior Pentagon official to a top Foreign Ministry official in Jerusalem.

The Prime Minister's Office, which views the pipeline to Haifa as a "bonus" the U.S. could give to Israel in return for its unequivocal support for the American-led campaign in Iraq, had asked the Americans for the official telegram.

This took place on March 21st, 2006 at a rare Press Conference Bush gave in the White House Press room. Helen Thomas asked him a simple question.

"Why did you really want to go to war from the moment you stepped into the White House?"

This is a well documented fact. "It was all about finding a way to do it" says Former Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill. Ron Suskind, a Wall Street Journal reporter, interviewed Paul O'Neill, and was told that's what it was all about in early 2001. Finding a "way" to invade Iraq.

Let's also not forget the drive of the PNAC to invade Iraq.

So why did the President lie to Helen?

I thought, "that officials checked into Rowe's record and immediately confirmed that he had received an honorable discharge and told Rowe he was free to leave?" Is someone not telling the truth? - Jon

Oneonta film producer Korey Rowe has been returned to his unit, which is gearing up for its third deployment to Iraq since Operation Iraqi Freedom began in March 2003.

Rowe, who was arrested last week on a charge of desertion, has previously said he served with the 187th Infantry Regiment, part of the 3rd Brigade of the 101st Airborne Division.

In May, the Pentagon announced three of the 101st’s four brigades "" including 3rd Brigade "" would be deploying to Iraq as early as next month.

The Bush administration is facing claims that it is fuelling an arms race in the Middle East following the disclosure of a plan to sell $20bn (£9.8bn) of advanced weaponry to Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states.

The plan, which will be announced today, will be balanced by a 25% increase in US military and defence aid to Israel. A further $13bn will be pledged to Egypt.

"This administration does not have an arms sales policy, except to sell, sell, sell," said Daryl Kimball of the Arms Control Association. "That approach in the Middle East can be like throwing gasoline on a brush fire."

As you can see by this letter written by the families, they are still having problems getting the city to agree to hold this year's memorial service at Ground Zero.

Does anyone know if the property is privately, publicly, or Government owned? I have been asked to find this out, and any help would be appreciated.

The 11th of this upcoming month, August, thankfully falls on a Saturday.

Yesterday, I went to the 9/11 First Responder benefit concert held by John Feal, and the FealGood Foundation. Don, and Marie were nice enough to accompany me. Don was my... ehem... navigator, and Marie had a good time with the camera. The trip that should have taken us 2 hours took 4 and a half instead. Along the way, we saw Spiderman, a topless cowgirl, the David Letterman show, Times Square, the Empire State Building, a multitude of shops, and the great people of New York City. We also had an unfortunate, and "weird" run-in with the law. I'd never been pulled over before at a "checkpoint." I wonder if this is commonplace in New York City. To Don, it reminded him of the phrase "papers please" that was often spoken in Nazi Germany.

Washington Post:

"(Sibel) Edmonds's story has been almost uniformly ignored in the U.S. daily press."

That's certainly true. Why?

WaPo:

One possible explanation is that the heart of Edmonds's story remains unconfirmed.

That's not true. Senator Charles Grassley said:

"Absolutely, she's credible. And the reason I feel she's very credible is because people within the FBI have corroborated a lot of her story."

Grassley made that statement in 2002. The WaPo article is from 2004. And we've learnt a lot since then.

The WaPo article, published in the "World Opinion Roundup" section, April 8 2004, began thusly:

Very sad, and infuriating at the same time. Just today two more victims were discovered.
