LANCASTER, Pa. - Stewart Bradley still has questions about what happened on Sept. 11, 2001, and he is using his art to help answer some of those doubts.

The local independent filmmaker will premiere an updated version of his part campy action thriller, part documentary "The Proof" Sunday night at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology as part of the Lancaster Industrial Workers of the World's monthly "Radical Film Night" series.

Bradley will be on hand to answer questions after the film, and he is encouraging people who disagree with his ideas to come for a debate.

The film centers on the character of Steve Kangas (played by Bradley's brother, Steve) who is thrown into an intricate game of espionage when his girlfriend (played by Jehn Miller) receives a disk implicating Vice President Dick Cheney in the terrorist attacks. Kangas is forced to hide from mercenaries bent on recovering the disc while trying to find his missing girlfriend.

OREM — The community is invited to a panel discussion Friday about the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks and the increasing amount of violence and tragedy in the world.

The panel will consist of Jack Monnett, author of "Awakening to our Awful Situation: Warnings from the Nephite Prophets" and former BYU physicist Steven Jones, who was terminated from Brigham Young University for his views about the Sept.11 tragedy in New York City.

Joel Skousen, who writes a column on WorldAffairsBrief.com, will also be a panelist.

The open discussion is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Orem Senior Citizen Friendship Center at 93 N. 400 East in Orem.

I'm not posting this because of the obvious attempt at making Bill Clinton come off looking rosey. 9/11 Truth is not partisan. I'm posting this because of the ridiculous hypocrisy of being able to "blame" Clinton for the 9/11 attacks, but heaven forbid anyone mention Bush and 9/11. There are many examples of people friendly to the Bush Administration blaming Clinton for the 9/11 attacks. Here's one from Bill Kristol. Let's also not forget ABC actually made a movie depicting Clinton as the one to blame. Remember, blaming Clinton for 9/11 good, blaming Bush for 9/11 bad. - Jon

This convention was originally called forth by Cindy Sheehan as a response to the betrayal of the antiwar cause by Congress. Cindy gave a call to,

Congressman Nadler represents the district where the World Trade Center once stood.

The "rules of the House of Representatives" prohibit audience members from hoisting signs and from disrupting proceedings with applause, anger, or any other kind of outburst. To judge from his admonition to the crowd at the end of his opening statement, it seems clear that Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), chair of the judiciary subcommittee on the Constitution, civil rights, and civil liberties, suspected that Monday's proceedings might inflame emotions.

He was correct.

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger pushed for the 1974 Turkish invasion of Cyprus and allowed arms to be moved to Ankara for an attack on that island in reaction to a coup sponsored by the Greek junta, according to documents and intelligence officers with close knowledge of the event.

Nearly 700 pages of highly classified Central Intelligence Agency reports from the 1970's, known collectively as the "Family Jewels," are slated for public release today.

However, the National Security Archive had previously obtained four related documents through the Freedom of Information Act and made them public Friday.

The Washington Post has published an article announcing that the CIA plans to declassify decades of “dirty laundry” being referred to as “the family jewels.”

This announcement comes on the heels of numerous books, articles, and blogs that for many years have pointed to nefarious dealings by our government both inside and outside the country. As most of you know, DownsizeDC.org has launched a campaign based on the documentary, "9/11: Press For Truth" followed by a statement regarding their position on 9/11 Truth.

I was inclined to write them. Mr. Wilson gave me the permission to post this. 911Truth.org also has a good write-up about this.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for your efforts regarding 9/11, and for basing your efforts on the documentary, "9/11: Press For Truth." It is a documentary I am very proud of, and am thrilled to have been a part of it. I wanted to address an email I received from you today concerning your position on 9/11 Truth. I only want to address the following paragraph:

"It makes zero sense that the Bush administration would have been capable of such a massive crime, but incapable, a few months later, of planting WMD's in Iraq. On this basis alone, most of the 9-11 conspiracy theories are non-starters."

A few days ago, I saw this report which said:

"In the fall of 2001, Wall Street Journal bureau chief Daniel Pearl wrote an article describing the belief in Pakistan that 9/11 was a CIA-Mossad-Jewish plot and that all the Jews got out of the World Trade Center.

The Journal scotched the story, according to Mariane Pearl’s memoir, “A Mighty Heart.”

So, I had to go buy the book to see what they were talking about. This posting is a result of that purchase.

Since I posted this, I found a few more interesting tidbits.
