Philadelphia Inquirer: Law Review: One contingent hopes Kagan hearings revisit 9/11 case
By Chris Mondics
Inquirer Staff Writer
At a time when the ideal Supreme Court nominee comes coated in Teflon, the better to fend off partisan attacks, Elena Kagan has a pretty good resume.
She has never served as a judge and her writings reveal little about how she would rule on the most ideologically divisive issues of the day. The absence of any meaningful paper trail, apart from things such as her decision as Harvard Law School dean to ban military recruiters, makes her less of a target.
Yet there is one legal case in Kagan's background that to a small group of litigants constitutes a profound distortion of justice, a slap in the face that they say stings even now, one year later.
And they contend that the Senate Judiciary Committee should keep this case in mind, painful though it may be to revisit the matter, as it reviews Kagan's nomination in the coming weeks.
Yet another instance of WTC 7 foreknowledge. This time describing the manner in which the building would fall.
MSNBC live video during building 7's collapse.
Note FDNY lieutenant David Rastuccio's comment at 1:20 that the building had been allowed to fall on it's own but also mentioning a plan that, "it would be taken down". I've heard others such as Alex Jones mention he had heard similiar statements in the newsmedia that day, thought I'd share this one I found.
An anonymous source has released high resolution DVD mpg2 footage of the North Tower & Building 7 collapse clips, reported here on November 1st, 2008: http://www.911blogger.com/node/18358 Also the source has allowed the release of video of the South Tower, and made all 3 available in high quality downloadable DVD file mpg's. These files are cut from source recording DVD VOB files so there is no quality loss, however the sound has been removed, and the video is edited. The source wishes to remain anonymous at this point. Hey everyone, here's some interesting clips for research purposes I've put up recently. The World Trade Center tower construction footage is from PBS's American Experience, New York documentary series, episode 8, "Center of the World". There's some pretty nice views of internal workings such as core columns. Full documentary synopsis and transcript here: http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/amex/newyork/ I compiled most of the construction footage and added music, but there's another 2 minutes of this footage found in the documentary as well as other useful info. I Highly recommend this documentary to everyone for research purposes as it discusses the entire history of the buildings, from "radio row" up to 9/11/01.

I managed to record a DVD of MSNBC's rebroadcast of NBC 9/11/01 coverage that aired on 9/11/07 and now made DivX torrent available here if anyone wants it: http://www.conspiracycentral.net:6969/stats.html?info_hash=a7bf4445797be907bf317394037a9cbcb78e8b50
I missed a section while recording from 10:56-11:07 but replaced it with a section from NBC4 Washington D.C. Archive.org footage. Interestingly they did not censor the coverage, including some interesting stuff from Pat Dawson & Ashleigh Banfield in the 3rd hour. Bear with me, it may take a couple days to download it though. The file is 1.50 Gigs. Here is a brief sample for quality reference: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IVIFY9SH
Best wishes all, Nate.
Notice how the floors in this clip are being blown out at nearly the same speed as debris falling from gravity.

O'Reilly Attacks The View's O'Donnell Factor
by Natalie Finn
Rosie O'Donnell was sucked into the No Spin Zone Thursday when Fox News host Bill O'Reilly questioned whether ABC should fire the morning chat maven over a posting on her personal blog and remarks she made on The View concerning the recent capture of 15 British sailors by the Iranian military.
On her Website, O'Donnell alleged that the British strayed into Iranian waters on purpose to help bolster the United States' government's increasingly hostile position toward the Middle Eastern nation.
"False flag operations are covert operations conducted by governments, corporations, or other organizations, which are designed to appear as if they are being carried out by other entities," the woman once largely known for her over-use of the phrase "cutie patootie" wrote Wednesday.
Last week I was very fortunate to find this rare 2002 documentary on ed2k Peer to Peer, well known for the Larry Silverstein "Pull It" comment. It's loaded with other great information as well. I've made a torrent available here at this link.
Best wishes everyone!
