Government Ordered to Release Documents for Moussaoui Trial

U.S. Must Submit Papers to Moussaoui Team

A federal judge has ordered the government to give admitted terrorist conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui's defense team documents describing what officials knew before Sept. 11, 2001, about al-Qaida threats and some of its hijackers.

With a trial to determine Moussaoui's sentence set to begin next month, U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema granted part of a Jan. 20 defense motion for documents without waiting for the government's response.

"Several of the categories of information are so critical to the issues in this case that the court can address some of the requests without a response," Brinkema wrote. "Moreover, given the increasingly shortening time before the start of the trial, discovery issues must be resolved quickly."

Another nuke exercise -- your next 9/11?

The Department of Defense (DOD) has scheduled its second major, three-day exercise to combat nuclear terrorism, this time in the Charleston, South Caroline area. I don’t know about you, but I didn’t know Charleston had a nuclear terror problem, shades of Sept. 11, 2001, the day on which some six drills were going, enough to distract anybody from doing anything when the drills went real.
But the exercise and the military’s Joint Task Force-Civil Support will be hosted (excuse me again) . . . headquartered at Fort Monroe, Virginia. And the three-day drill (which could go real, n'est-ce pas?) is for commanders and representatives of other federal agencies that would be involved in (catch this) the consequences of a 10-megaton nuclear blast, enough to decimate an American city.

Health Concerns Prompt Call For ‘9/11 Health Czar’

The Federal General Accounting Office estimates that between 250,000 and 400,000 people lived, worked or went to school, in the ground zero vicinity at the time of the world trade center attacks.

There were 40,000 to 50,000 rescue workers, firefighters, volunteer firefighters, EMS, police and construction workers who worked on the "pile" for some length of time...of 16,000 rescue workers, not firefighters participating in a Mount Sinai Hospital study about half are sick with World Trade Center related diseases. At least three emergency workers have died.

Quick Examples of Individual Activism

Seeing as how there was nothing major to post about today, here are some quick examples of individual activism - specifically freeway blogging.

Until we have some sort of activism specific section please feel free to send in any pictures, video, etc. of you (or others) being creatively active. That way we can share it with the community and hopefully encourage other individuals to be active for the cause as well.

Here are some pics from various visitors - some new, some old:

Mail Campaign to Professors + Requesting Media Coverage for Upcoming Prof. Jones Presentation

The following email was recently emailed to 700 professors in structural engineering and physics related fields.

Dear Professor:

You are one of seven hundred professors receiving this email. You were chosen for your expertise in structural engineering or related field.

I write this letter asking your help concerning the events of September 11, 2001. Although I try to support my government’s version of events, some new information has surfaced that requires attention.

There is now evidence supporting the theory that the World Trade Center was taken down by controlled demolitions. This contradicts the official government version which states the 9/11 WTC collapses were due to airplane strikes and fire. One example:

Was 9/11 a myth?

A variety of speakers and commentators will discuss the validity of various conspiracy theories regarding the September 11th terrorist attacks.

Russian General: Nine Eleven a Globalist Inside Job

Thanks to Carol, Emptyground, and everyone else who submitted this:

It’s ironic General Leonid Ivashov, former Chief of Staff of the Russian armed forces, delivers the truth on globalism and this truth, unavailable in the corporate media of the “free world,” is published in a newspaper in Las Tunas, Cuba. Ivashov tells us so-called international terrorism “is not something independent of world politics but simply an instrument, a means to install a unipolar world with a sole world headquarters, a pretext to erase national borders and to establish the rule of a new world elite” and “is a phenomenon that combines the use of terror by state and non-state political structures as a means to attain their political objectives through people’s intimidation, psychological and social destabilization, the elimination of resistance from power organizations and the creation of appropriate conditions for the manipulation of the countries’ policies and the behavior of people.”

'Virtual Cockpit Alibis' for a Liberal 9/11?

By: David Hawkins, Forensic Economist

At the May 2001 Bilderberg meeting, a NATO union boss, the U.S. Senator John Kerry, and Liberal bagmen from the UN Oil-for-Food program, were one war game shy of developing 'Virtual Cockpit Alibis' for leaders of an attempted coup d'etat on the Republican administration of U.S. President George Bush.

By May, 2001, Lansdowne Technologies, the Liberal war-game planner in Ottawa, was supposed to have trained some 'virtual-cockpit' pilots to hack into the electronic-hijacking technologies supplied by Lansdowne sub-contractors for the U.S. Air Force, the FAA and the NATO flight training schools in Canada.
