Letters to Left Gatekeepers
We should send letters to news outlets’ op-ed writers.
We should especially contact the so-called Left Gatekeepers, who have fallen into the lazy trap of not looking at evidence.
Below I provide a copy of a letter that I sent to Matt Taibbi who writes for Rolling Stone. Remember? He has written two pieces ridiculing the 9-11 Truth movement. But otherwise he seems like a nice and clear-thinking fellow.
I suggest that we start sending letters like this very regularly, to all news outlets and to any and all journalists who might read and respond. Repeat letters saying the same thing would be fine, in my opinion. The more the better, I say.
Notice that my goal in this email below is to help the fellow do his job. Such people want leads to good stories. Notice too the complete lack of thrusting accusation. I think that makes it more likely he will see the message and consider it.
If you too decide to follow suit, copy this verbatim if you like, or write your own -- or alter mine in any way you’d care to. I plan to send similar messages to Jarrett Murphy of Village Voice, Terry Allen of the Independent Media Institute, and Matthew Rothschild of the Progressive.

HAMBURG, Germany (AP) — A Moroccan convicted as an accessory to murder in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks was sentenced Monday to the maximum 15 years in prison, minutes after telling the son of a woman killed that day "my future is ruined."
A German appeals court had convicted Mounir el Motassadeq, a friend of three of the suicide pilots, of the charge in November and sent the case to a state court in Hamburg for sentencing.
The Hamburg judges followed the recommendation of federal prosecutors, who said el Motassadeq deserved the maximum penalty because he knew the hijackers intended to use planes to stage attacks.
Just before Monday's verdict, the 32-year-old defendant spoke with an American whose mother died on board one of the planes that crashed into the World Trade Center.
Dominic Puopolo Jr., a co-plaintiff in the case, earlier joined prosecutors in calling for the maximum penalty, urging the judges to consider the "human and emotional cost" of the 2001 attacks.
El Motassadeq, a slight bearded man, turned to Puopolo and said "I understand your suffering ... The same thing is being done to me, my kids, my parents, my family — my future is ruined."

The Port Authority of New York, which has repossessed the site after it was privatized by Larry Silverstein properties in July, 2001, is overseeing the construction of the new tower. Although Silverstein properties had intended on financing the project, his investment was threatened by insurance companies who found inconsistencies in the policy that was taken out in July, 2001. They refused to pay the $7 billion Silverstein claimed as his reimbursement for "two separate attacks" that occured on Sept 11, therefore doubling his otherwise paltry $3.5 billion insurance claim.

"The Commander of the Washington Air National Guard, also lauded WADS’ accomplishments. Maj General Frank Scoggins stated: "In dozens of major exercises, the unit has been lauded with praise, congratulations, and compliments from major command commanders, inspectors general, civilian drug enforcement officials, and sister service senior leaders". General Scoggins further added: "The sector sets the standard for continuous volunteerism and its outstanding support for real-world air defense missions."
The sector is the Air National Guard organization responsible for the air sovereignty of the western 63% of the continental United States. More than 300 Washington Air National Guard members at WADS have operational control of fighters on continuous alert, keeping track of 1.9 million square miles of airspace, from Texas to the Pacific Coast, across to North Dakota. WADS works directly with three alert bases, where pilots wait for the call to identify unknown aircraft that could be a threat to the nation’s air sovereignty. In the award-judging period from May 15, 1996 to May 14, 1998, the sector "scrambled" jets 129 times to identify these "unknown riders". The WADS scrambled jets another 42 times against potential and actual drug smugglers to support the Domestic Air Interdiction Coordination Center and U.S. Drug Enforcement agencies.
What's the best evidence 911 was an inside job?
I've always been extremely interested in the 'fake osama video'. Osama's probably dead before its release as far as I know. It seems obvious that this character is not Osama as well based on the fact that he looks fatter, flatter nose etc. as pointed out in Loose Change and other films. Who has the done the best study on this does any one know and how easy is it to say 100% that this is not Osama considering picture quality or other factors? The government put this out as proof against Osama and never seemed to even publically consider that is was not him I would love to see the analysis they did but obviouly never will. If it could be shown in a clear scientific way that this is definately not him and that it would have been easy for the government to realize this it would show undeniable involvement.
I also want to know what the heck hit the Pentagon! How and why is there not one gosh darn video clearly showing a plane hitting. I know how some think the government will release a good video later to try to make us look dumb for questioning it, but i want to know and sooner rather later and i want to see it! I simply cannot and will not believe that something could approach the pentagon and not get caught on any film. Does anyone here think they know what happened at the Pentagon cause they sure got me confused on this one..

This video is also being touted as one of the most powerful pieces of video evidence to be featured in the forthcoming release of Loose Change: Final Cut.
If WTC7 is the smoking gun, Norman Mineta is the smoking whistle.

Paying attention to 9/11 related news on a daily basis kinda distorts the view of how much media coverage there actually HAS been regarding 9/11 skepticism in the last year. Below is a listing I put together of all of the somewhat-major news coverage of the 9/11 truth movement in 2006. I am sure there are a few things missing here and there, but having a listing like this puts into perspective how much 9/11 discussion there has been in the last year, and how much further 9/11 truth has been forced into the public eye.
