Anderson Cooper's CIA Secret
Anderson Cooper has long traded on his biography, carving a niche for himself as the most human of news anchors. But there's one aspect of his past that the silver-haired CNN star has never made public: the months he spent training for a career with the Central Intelligence Agency.
Following his sophomore and junior years at Yale—a well-known recruiting ground for the CIA—Cooper spent his summers interning at the agency's monolithic headquarters in Langley, Virginia, in a program for students interested in intelligence work. His involvement with the agency ended there, and he chose not to pursue a job with the agency after graduation, according to a CNN spokeswoman, who confirmed details of Cooper's CIA involvement to Radar.
"Whatever summer jobs or internships our anchors had in college couldn't be less consequential," she added. He has kept the experience a secret, sources say, out of concern that, if widely known, it might compromise his ability to travel in foreign countries and even possibly put him at greater risk from terrorists.
Able Danger and The Reflecting Pool, two separate motion pictures based on the non-official version of what happened on 9/11, will be premiering this January. The two independently made drama films confront the viewer with the facts that 9/11 could not have been perpetrated by the 19 hijackers and deal with the question who might be behind the crime of the century. Able Danger premiers Monday 28 January at the Rotterdam Film Festival in the Netherlands. The Reflecting Pool will premiere on 31 January in the Aero Theatre in Santa Monica, USA.
Able Danger is a movie based on the fact of an official unit called Able Danger, comprised of United States intelligence personnel. The unit observed ringleader Mohammed Atta and his hijackers, but was not allowed to provide the FBI and later the 9/11 Commission with their data. More than a year before the attacks on 11 September 2001 it destroyed the gathered information, worth 2,5 terabytes, equal to one fourth of the printed books in the Library of Congress. In reality, says Webster Tarpley, author of Synthetic Terror - Made in USA, Able Danger
Typically, you now see every reason under the Sun espoused by so-called pundits as to why Rudy Ghouliani's candidacy died — except the most probable reason:
The effect all of the 9/11 Truth and Justice Movement activists made as they dogged Rudy from venue to venue, city to city, state to state, pointing out why he should not be considered. (and pointing out all of his flaws, lies, asininities, etc., as well)
Not to mention all of the extensive online truthination on top of it.
He never had a chance.
Good job people.
Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.
Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has. — Margaret Mead U.S. anthropologist & popularizer of anthropology (1901 - 1978)
***A Must Read*** On Pseudo-Skepticism - A Commentary by Marcello Truzzi (former Professor of Sociology at E. Michigan U.)
Pseudo-Skepticism is so important for people to understand because it is quite possibly the strongest force preventing 911 truth from breaking wide open (although what an amazing achievement for the movement to have made it this far in the face of such seemingly insurmountable odds). Pseudo-Skepticism is the greatest enemy of 911 truth and as the great Sun Tzu remarked in his classic book, "The Art of War,"
"Know Your Enemy"
There is also a bit of advice at the end of the article that could certainly apply to 911 truthers and how they should conduct themselves when debating "debunkers."
PS - Michael Shermer is perhaps the greatest example of a Pseudo-Skeptic and he has been at the forefront of 911 truth debunking.

It feels like the Media is finally allowing some of the truth to get through...or is just me?
Anyway, I'm encouraged..

About a year ago, the Mirror ran a book review of Roger Corman: Metaphysics on a Shoestring, a delightful overview of the local maverick filmmaker’s long and varied career. Corman’s legacy might be summed up with this simple idea: YOU CAN MAKE YOUR MOVIE. Although much different in his artistic sensibilities, longtime Santa Monica resident Joseph Culp has clearly embraced The King of The B’s do-it-yourself philosophy.

Every since coming out to Ground Zero for the very 1st time 4 and ½ years ago to stand behind a new investigation, I saw an African American man running around ground zero screaming "history don't let it be a mystery."
Ever since Skeptic magazine published an investigative article on the 9/11 "Truth Movement" and analyzed their claims, which were found wanting, I have been hounded by the so-called 9/11 "truthers" because I am the editor of the magazine and therefore am suppose to be a "skeptic" of the official explanation for 9/11.
In fact, throughout January I have been on a book tour for The Mind of the Market, my book on behavioral economics and evolutionary economics, and at every event during the Q & A one of these "truthers" pretends to ask a question about economics but then quickly shifts to a rant about what "really happened" on September 11, 2001.
At my appearance at Powell's bookstore in Portland, Oregon, for example, someone with a video camera captured the rambling screed and posted it on YouTube the same night: http://screwloosechange.blogspot.com/2008/01/when-troofers-annoy.html
