From group info:
Join this group to help support the reinstatement of Liberal Candidate for Winnipeg-St.Paul, Lesley Hughes. Lesley was dismissed by Stephane Dion and the Liberals due to her activities and beliefs about 9/11. Lesley has participated with members of the "9/11 Truth" movement and has publicity been outspoken that 9/11 was an inside job. Lesley shouldn't be silenced for her beliefs or her concerns involving 9/11. The truth must be known on 9/11 and the Liberals turfing Lesley is confirming their support for upholding the US Government's lies about 9/11. You don't have to be Liberal, or support the Liberals to be a member of this group, you just have to believe the world needs to know the truth.
Do you see this? Do you see it? Make sure you look at it REALLY hard. The FealGood Foundation went through the trouble of making a movie called "Save The Brave" for the purposes of influencing our elected officials in Washington D.C. so they pass a bill to make sure they get the help they need.
Instead, they cared more about bailing out the Wall Street "fat cats," than helping our heroes at a time when they need us. Just as we needed them.
The following is correspondence received from the U.S. Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics and the Office of Airline Information regarding requested information of the final flights of the 4 aircraft reportedly involved in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Of particular interest is the final "on-time" information for American Airlines flight 77 (N644AA) and United Airlines flight 93 (N591UA). Final "on-time" information for each aircraft could eventually be compared with similar information contained by the Flight Data Recorders (FDRs) for each aircraft in order to better determine the authenticity of the information attributed to each FDR. The NTSB refuses to provide unencrypted information from these FDRs, which would also include final "on-time" information for each aircraft for flights performed before September 11, 2001.

The past week's Congressional anthrax hearings revealed that public pressure is keeping the doors open in the anthrax case. FBI Director Robert Mueller promised that the FBI will provide their evidence to a panel of experts for scientific evaluation. The battle will now turn to the independence of this panel, and whether "all evidence" or merely "scientific evidence" will be under review.
During the hearing, Mueller found himself under fire by Senator Patrick Leahy and Congressman John Conyers for not having answers to their questions. Republican Arlen Specter was furious at Mueller for his unwillingness to assure them that Congress would have a role in determining the panel's composition.
NDP stand by candidate over 9/11 views

The New Democrats are standing by a B.C. candidate who has come under scrutiny for her beliefs about the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
The Liberals say Bev Collins, who is running in Cariboo-Prince George, should quit because of her association with a movement that believes 9/11 was the result of a conspiracy.
In a radio interview last year, Collins suggested that the Sept. 11 attacks were used to justify the U.S. war on terror.
"People are truly waking up realizing who the people are responsible. You know, that there was complicity for 9/11, that the people used that 9/11 to bring about a war on terror," she said.
In an e-mail, Collins maintains she always held that the attacks were acts of terrorism.
October Surprise: Goverment Computers To Go Offline During Voter Registration Peak

A recent alert by the Social Security Administration announces that the agency plans to shut down its databases for maintenance from October 11 through October 13. While this might not sound like an election issue, it turns out that this could significantly impede registration of first-time voters as well as the re-registration of eligible citizens.
Here's why. A 2002 federal law, the Help America Vote Act, requires all states to "coordinate" their voter registration databases with the Social Security database (and state motor vehicle databases) for the purpose of processing new voter registration forms. For the millions of voters who do not have current driver's licenses and register using the last four digits of their Social Security numbers, state election officials are required to try to match their voter registration information against Social Security records. But if the Social Security database is down—as it will be for four days—they won't be able to do that. Across the country, the processing of these voter registration forms will grind to a halt for four days.
I've just heard Bush on BBC World service did I hear Bush right?
Did he say
"It doesn't matter what path is taken to get a law, What's important is that we get a Law"
Ends justifying means?. Congress says NO! no matter - Shock! - Shock! - Emergency! Emergency! Martial Law.
Presto... We got a Law.
So no matter what your elected reps say, you're going to be ripped off big style.
And if your elected reps continue to say no - you get dropped in the "Depression" and are punished Zimbabwe style.
And they tell you Capitalism is about consumer choice!!

In 2003, Donald Rumsfeld estimated a war with Iraq would cost $60 billion. Five years later, the cost of Iraq war operations is more than 10 times that estimate. So what's behind the ballooning figures? Joseph E. Stiglitz and Linda J. Bilme's exhaustively researched book, The Three Trillion Dollar War: The True Cost of the Iraq Conflict, breaks down the price tag, from current debts to the unseen costs we'll pay for many years to come.
Pentagon on 9/11, Shoe Bombing, Bin Laden in the Soviet-Afghan War and More – Additions to the 9/11 Timeline as of September 28,
This week, a massive amount of new entries have been added to the timeline, dealing with a whole range of different issues. We will start with the day of 9/11, in particular the Pentagon, which a fire chief warned could be a target nearly 20+minutes before it was hit. The attack itself created confusion by setting off 300+fire+alarms, although some medical workers thought the ensuing evacuation was a drill.
I know how Taibbi is viewed in the 9/11 truth movement . . . but setting that aside for a moment, this is pretty funny, pathetically funny. I have faith he'll come around to 9/11 truth one day . . . it may take a lot of Palin-like moments, but it'll happen.

I'm standing outside the XCEL ENERGY CENTER in St. Paul Minnesota Sarah Palin has just finished her speech to the Republican National Convention, accepting the party's nomination for vice president. If I hadn't quit my two-packs-a-day habit earlier this year, I'd be chain-smoking now. So the only thing left is to stand mute against the fit-for-a-cheap-dog-kennel crowd-control fencing you see everywhere at these idiotic conventions and gnaw on weird new feelings of shock and anarchist rage as one would a rawhide chew toy.
