Atta's Apartment Slated for Demolition
9/11 Hijackers' Florida Apartment Demolished

A grim reminder of the 9/11 terror attacks bit the dust Friday, literally, when a Florida apartment building previously occupied by al-Qaida hijackers Mohamed Atta and Marwan al-Shehhi was bulldozed by the property's new owner.
"It is one of life's little treats to be able to demolish a property like that, where a monster used to reside," investor Bryan Grosman was quoted as saying by NBC Miami.
Grosman said he soon would replace the two-story, 13-unit apartment with a pool and a parking lot to service a nearby property that he also owns. Besides its terrorist associations, the apartment at 1818 Jackson St. in Hollywood, Fla., was scheduled for demolition because of about 55 safety code violations since 1999.
Foia request: Barry Jennings and Michael Hess (refused by NIST)
In response to FOIA request, NIST has refused to provide copies of transcripts and tapes of interviews with the first responders about Michael Hess and Barry Jennings trapped in WTC7.

Critics Call 'Avatar' Anti-American (for 9/11 Parallel)
Several notable reviewers have assailed James Cameron for expressions of anti-American and liberal sentiments. One writer for Christian Web site MovieGuide claimed that the film held an "abhorrent, New Age, pagan, anti-capitalist worldview" and promoted goddess worship and, bluntly, the destruction of the human race.
Another conservative review describes the film as a liberal's "PC Revenge Fantasy" and implies that Cameron uses the human attack on an alien home world as a thinly disguised parallel to the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center

Fire-Rescue Plan 9/11 Memorial for Kitsap County, Washington
The hope is to create a site that is "long-lasting and thought-provoking," and to
make it accessible to everyone, Lusk said.
A committee organized by Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue, with the help of Leadership Kitsap volunteers, is working on a 9/11 memorial project. The panel has identified 17 possible locations for the memorial. They hope to find a place for it in Silverdale.

Turkish generals accused of links to 2003 Istanbul bombing
Three retired Turkish military leaders have been accused of helping to plan the 2003 Istanbul bombing which claimed 60 lives including three Britons.
The men are alleged to have plotted with al-Qaeda to carry out the attack in the hope of destabilising the government and paving the way for a military coup.
Prosecutors suspect the former heads of the air force, navy and Turkish 1st army were linked to attacks on the British consulate, HSBC headquarters and synagogues.
Gen Çetin Dogan, who has been described as the ringleader of the conspiracy as head of the 1st army and then deputy chief of the military staff, faced questions over Istanbul bombings before he was remanded in custody on Sunday. Gen Ibrahim Fırtına, the ex-air force chief and Adml Özden Örnek, a former naval commander, also faced questions over the links to the Istanbul bombing.

The following comment from former Director of National Intelligence (and current VP of defense contractor Booz Allen Hamilton) Michael McConnell is quoted in a recent article at Wired.com:
"We need to develop an early-warning system to monitor cyberspace, identify intrusions and locate the source of attacks with a trail of evidence that can support diplomatic, military and legal options — and we must be able to do this in milliseconds. More specifically, we need to re-engineer the Internet to make attribution, geo-location, intelligence analysis and impact assessment — who did it, from where, why and what was the result — more manageable. The technologies are already available from public and private sources and can be further developed if we have the will to build them into our systems and to work with our allies and trading partners so they will do the same."

This was a rally because Stephen Harper prrorogued the Government and this caused an uproar with the general public. We encountered some people who agreed with our points of views on the North American Union, 9/11 Truth and Climate Change and many more than did not agree.
