CIA denies US terror- suspect David Coleman Headley was its agent

December 17th, 2009 - 2:33 pm ICT by ANIWashington, Dec 17 (ANI): The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on Thursday has rebuffed all reports claiming Pakistani-origin US national David Coleman Headley; accused in the 26/11 terror attacks of being a CIA agent.

CIA spokesperson Marie E Harf denied that Headley had connections with the CIA, when posed questions related to Headley’s links with the CIA.

“I can’t comment on an ongoing investigation, but any suggestion that this individual worked for the CIA is flat wrong,” said the CIA spokesperson.

Headley is one of the two Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) operatives arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in October. The FBI got Headley while he was planning to head towards Pakistan via Philadelphia.

There are charges against him of plotting a major terror attack against India that left 166 people dead in Mumbai.

SPLC Attacks Colorado Public TV For Programming on 9/11

The Southern Poverty Law Center ("SPLC") lists WeAreChange organizations on its "Hatewatch" List. And recently printed an Article on its Website criticizing Colorado Public TV Station KBDI for presenting programming on 9/11 conspiracies (among other "conspiracies.")

So I posted this comment on the Blog for that Article:

Attacking Colorado Public TV.

Wow … that’s what this Group is about?

READERS IN COUNCIL - Freedom of speech under attack [Yukihisa Fujita & The Washington Post incident]

Title: Freedom of Speech Under Attack
Source: The Japan Times
Author: By Keisuke Akita

The Washington Post editorial "Poisonous thinking in Japan" (which The Japan Times printed on this page March 10) is an example of an attack on freedom of speech. The editorial denounces a Japanese Upper House lawmaker (Yukihisa Fujita) for raising doubts about the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

My 1/4 Page Bridge to the Peace Community...

Today I travel across Puget Sound to once again hold my banner at a Seattle Peace march and rally. One side of the banner states: 9/11 Truth for World Peace and on the other states: PAPER BALLOTS...PUBLIC FUNDS...NEW VOTING HOLIDAY. My 3' X 5' banner and contraption holds high posted attachments on both ends that state: STOP the 9/11 WARS...9/11 was the FIRST LIE INTO WAR...MEDICARE not WARFARE and SKATEBOARD don't WATERBOARD. Additionally I hand out 1/4 page flyers that are shown below:

The only difference between me and the paece marchers is that I stand in one spot and let them march past me. Marching from nowhere to nowhere in front of nobody makes cointelpro very, very happy as they and the Mockingbird Media have this deal about covering protests anyway.

The text below is reduced to 1/4 page size, aligned as such with four to a page, with the different statements on opposite sides, copied onto bright yellow paper and then cut into the 1/4 page mini-flyers. I go through thousands per year...and I change some of the information as events change and as we get newer and better information.

FBI false flag terror plot exposed in court

Defense says NY synagogue-bomb plot was feds' idea - Washington Post

Four men accused of trying to bomb synagogues and shoot down planes in New York last spring did little more than go along with a fake plot proposed, directed and funded by the federal government.

A federal informant chose the targets, offered payment, provided maps and bought the only real weapon involved, a handgun, the attorneys said in a dismissal motion filed this week in federal court.

"The government well knew that their case had been a government-inspired creation from day one and that the defendants had not been independently seeking weapons or targets," the motion said.

The dismissal motion identified the government's agent as Shaheed Hussain, a "professional informant" for the FBI. The defense claimed he was directed to visit suburban mosques, find members with anti-American leanings and recruit them to join a fake terror plot supposedly funded by a Pakistan-based group.

Iraq war 8th year: All “intelligence” for war proven as Orwellian and treasonous lies. Now what?

hyperlinks and 3 videos live at source:

When US government “leaders” told known lies to unlawfully invade Iraq seven years ago, they committed the crime of treason by levying war against our own soldiers and Constitution. Corporate media are complicit in treason as they also lied by commission and omission to dupe American soldiers and public into “emperor has no clothes” obvious unlawful Wars of Aggression.

Those Americans in key positions committed to keeping our constitutional republic rather than a fascist empire are running out of time to enact their Oath to protect and defend the US Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, to refuse all orders associated with these unlawful wars and arrest those who issue them.

An e-mail from a friend; thoughts on a good reply?

I received the following e-mail from a good friend and anti- Drug War activist. Now before you think, "Oh, come on Adam! Don't you know your 9/11 stuff better than this?" my main reason for posting this is that my friend is definitely on board with 9/11 truth, but seems to think that the military should have been on the scene immediately, including on the ground at the WTC. His friend emphasized the city/state sovereignty issue.

I have been questioning the lack of military response during the events on 9/11/01. I totally do not understand where the military was on that day at all. Recently, I mentioned that to a gent I was talking to and he said that it has to do with the sovereignty of the states and the governor of the state of New York, nor the mayor of NYC ever requested military response. I am curious about this and wanted to delve into the issue and look further into other events that happened in U.S. history such as the black riots during 1964, and even Kent State in May, 1970.

Ground Zero workers settlement unfair: judge

Ground Zero workers settlement unfair: judge

NEW YORK (AFP) – A proposed 657-million-dollar health settlement for some 10,000 people who worked at Ground Zero after the September 11 attacks was too low and must be renegotiated, a judge ruled Friday.

"In my judgment, this settlement is not enough," federal Judge Alvin Hellerstein said in New York after hearing two hours of testimony from plaintiffs in the huge case.

"There are some questions that have to be addressed," he added, calling for "additional negotiations to come up with a fair deal."
