DANBURY, Connecticut (AP) — For more than a decade they toiled in the strange, boxy-looking building on the hill above the municipal airport, the building with no windows (except in the cafeteria), the building filled with secrets.
They wore protective white jumpsuits, and had to walk through air-shower chambers before entering the sanitized "cleanroom" where the equipment was stored.
They spoke in code.
Few knew the true identity of "the customer" they met in a smoke-filled, wood-paneled conference room where the phone lines were scrambled. When they traveled, they sometimes used false names.
At one point in the 1970s there were more than 1,000 people in the Danbury area working on The Secret. And though they worked long hours under intense deadlines, sometimes missing family holidays and anniversaries, they could tell no one — not even their wives and children — what they did.

I appreciate my colleagues at Activist Post posting my friend Billy Vegas’ PuppetGov video, Obama and the War Criminals. The video powerfully shows damning testimony of US government “leadership” admitting they can torture any person they dictate as a “terrorist.”
Art and academic/professional documentation synergize for the 99% to declare the “emperor has no clothes” obvious facts of the 1%’s crimes.
NDAA 2012 (National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012) explicitly states dictatorial authority of the US executive branch to order US military to seize any person, including US citizens, for unlimited detention and without rights.
This repeats explicit language in the 2006 Military Commissions Act.

Justifying War with Iran
By Russ Baker
December 27, 2011 "WhoWhatWhy" -- A growing body of evidence points to a concerted campaign to prepare Americans and the world for war against Iran. This is not idle speculation. It fits a pattern that repeatedly preceded previous hostilities.
Here are the recent examples on Iran:

Iran rejects NY judge's ruling on Sept 11 attacks
Tehran, December 25, 2011
First Published: 23:09 IST(25/12/2011)
Iran has rejected a New York judge's finding that Tehran is liable in the September 11 attacks along with the Taliban and al Qaeda. According to state TV, Iran's foreign ministry spokesman referred to last week's judgement as "clumsy scenario-making" by the US. The spokesman,
Ramin Mehmanparast, repeated Iran's insistence that al Qaeda has no presence in the country.
On Thursday, Judge George Daniels in Manhattan signed a default judgement finding Iran, the Taliban and al Qaeda liable in the 2001 attacks. The ruling came in a $100 billion lawsuit brought by family members of victims.
The findings also said Iran provides al Qaeda members a safe haven.
From Corbett Report Radio: In the run-up to 9/11, a little-known military intelligence unit was tracking the movements and actions of Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden. In late 2000, the military brass called off that work, and later the DoD lied to Congress about the unit and its work. As James says, get your pen and paper in hand, you might want to take notes on this one.
Kaye get's into military intelligence other then Able Danger prior to 9/11.
Clips from The BBC's "The Conspiracy Files: 9/11 Ten Years On" program which attempted to debunk the red/gray chips, with Niels Harrit's responses to their claims from the interview Mike Rudin did with him. See what Rudin neglected to include in the program. Niels also addresses the debunker arguments relating to the paper's peer-review.

This May 10, 2011 interview of Dr. Niels Harrit, Associate Professor Emeritus of Chemistry at the University of Copenhagen, was conducted by Michael Rudin of the BBC.
Apologies if this has already been posted, but in this interview, Harrit deals brilliantly with the persistance of Michael Rudin who tries to lead Harrit into speculation and straw man arguments.
Worth watching right through, or jump to 2hr 5 min 25 sec and hear Niels speak of why this case needs investigating. Really inspiring. And also illuminating - the interviewer jumps through hoops of his own making to hold onto his convictions.

Filed a Reply Brief on Nov 21, 2011, first time allowed to deal with the question of actual innocence
In 1969 there was a substitution of a bullet in evidence, the defense council was himself under indictment
Noguchi was not asked to identify the bullet, the judge and jury heard all this phony evidence
We have asked the court on the basis of this fraud to set aside the verdict and the sentence
The Brief deals with an extensive analysis of the Pruszynski tape, a recording of the sounds of the bullets fired
Thirteen bullets fired, Sirhan's gun held eight, RFK was shot from behind at powder burn range, Sirhan was in front
The Brief goes over hypno-programming, with declarations by Dr. Daniel Brown and Professor Alan Scheflin
The Brief at williampepper.com, the strongest statement ever made in this case
It's a political case, we can expect, the state will do everything to justify keeping Sirhan in prison
On December 12, 2011, the appellant’s reply brief was entered before the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in the matter of Monaghan v. Department of Justice, dismissed earlier this year by the U.S. District Court of Nevada. This action seeks the release of numerous FBI records regarding the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, including the actual audio recording obtained from the cockpit-voice-recorder for United Airlines Flight 93, plus Pentagon and Shanksville, PA crash scene evidence collection records.
