CSU Chico Peace Institute Spring Festival 2007 - Chico, CA

The CSU Chico Peace Institute, in assistance with the Chico 9/11 Truth group, is presenting a week-long film and lecture series beginning Monday, April 23, to be held on the CSU Chico campus, with a documentary film shown at the Pageant Theater to round out the week. This year's Spring Festival focuses on the theme "Aftermath of 9/11: The Day that Changed the World."

Monday through Friday there will be two events each day — a documentary film (at 5:00 or 5:30 pm) followed by a lecture presentation (at 7:00 pm). The presentations are an attempt at a balanced look at those who promote and believe in a "9/11 Truth" viewpoint in regard to the events that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001, and those who accept the "official government story", as well as related ancillary subject matter, such as the Iraq/Afghanistan war actions, the "War on Terror", veterans and military issues, and oil. The Saturday event is a 9/11 Truth and Justice documentary film at the Pageant Theater in Chico, with a one-time showing at 2:00 pm.
