This is urgent there is a huge nation wide military exercise that will be conducted in October which is starting to look like a false flag operation. It is called Topoff 4 FSE (Top Officials 4 Full Scale Exercise) There are a number of websites that show how this exercise is to be managed and the officials involved. You can find pdf files of this searching for National Exercise Program under the Department of Homeland Security and there is even a powerpoint presentation that shows the individuals and agencies involved.
