Wargames on 9/11 Mention and Oliver Stone's 9/11 Movie
This week has been quite a slow week for 9/11 related alternative news. I would assume a large part of that is due to the attacks on 7/7 in London. Since this site is focused on 9/11 news I have avoided much discussions of these recent attacks.
With that said, prisonplanet.com has a new article comparing an oddity from both 9/11 and 7/7, simulations of the attack occurring at the same time as the real attack.
London Underground Bombing 'Exercises' Took Place at Same Time as Real Attack
POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.
..
This is precisely what happened on the morning of 9/11/2001. The CIA was conducting drills of flying hijacked planes into the WTC and Pentagon at 8:30 in the morning. It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9/11. This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as many as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. NORAD had been briefed that this was part of the exercise drill and therefore normal reactive procedure was forestalled and delayed.
Feel free to discuss 7/7 if you have anything to share. Otherwise I will just say that my heart goes out to those affected by this recent attack.
Oliver Stone to make first major US film about September 11
This is primarily interesting because Stone was the producer of JFK, the most well known 'conspiracy' movie ever. I will be curious to see if Stone uses this movie to explore other areas of 9/11 which have not made mainstream news.
The movie will focus on the two men as well as on their rescuers and families as they battle to find out what happened to their missing loved ones in the aftermath of the attacks that left a total of around 3,000 people dead in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania.

I have to assume that the
I have to assume that the director of "JFK" knows all about the darker aspects of 911. So, why would he make a movie about 911 and not put anything like this in there? It may well be that, as an artist, he's just not interested in expressing a political (mega) assassination story as much as he is interested in expressing a story of human trajedy. That's certainly his right.
However, the director of "JFK" is certainly a person with a pronounced political aspect to him. It will be very disappointing if he creates a 911 film without incorporating evidence for MIHOP or LIHOP. The political malaise in this country derives in large part from the assassinations of JFK, RFK and Martin Luther King in the 60's. The government's versions of the JFK and RFK murders are about as credible as the 911 Commission report (i.e., not credible at all), and I'm pretty sure that people in our government killed MLK, also, (or helped cover it up, which is morally equivalent) though I don't know as much about that murder.
It is too late for bringing accountability for many, perhaps most, of the conspirators of the 60's assassinations mentioned above. Not so for the 911 perpetrators. I hope Mr. Stone keeps that in mind when he makes his movie.
I realize that you are still
I realize that you are still working on your site, but I certainly hope that at the end of the process, your 3 buttons will be bigger. The font is too small, and you will have to enlarge them to make the message of the buttons stand out more. I think you should try and get text as big and bold as your center headings (e.g., " Wargames on 9/11 Mention and Oliver Stone's 9/11 Movie")
sl, i made the buttons a bit
sl,
i made the buttons a bit wider and a bit taller so that the font size could be increased.. right now the main limitation on those buttons is that the wider they get the more they will over-run the header image on lower resolutions..
im trying to make sure that the site at least works for 800x600 at the lowest..
i also darkened up the panel links, text, and headings, it definately makes the site more readable..
i will be looking through your other suggestions as i go, thanks again.
