I thought it might be worthwhile to contact CSPAN to see if they might cover the 9/11 Congressional Briefing as mentioned yesterday as well as the related Emergency Truth Convergence. CSPAN has covered 9/11 a couple of times recently including David Ray Griffin last April and Lee Hamilton in May.

I have written the following email to CSPAN, and I encourage each of you to take the time this weekend to either send the following email, or write your own, to CSPAN encouraging them to not only cover this event, but the Truth Emergency Conference next weekend as well.

I am writing you in hopes that you might cover two very important events occurring next weekend (July 22nd - July 24th) in Washington, DC.

The first of these events is a congressional briefing sponsored by Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) and Rep. Raúl Grijalva (D-AZ) being held on July 22nd 2005 for members of congress and their staffs in the Caucus Room, Cannon House Office Building, Room 345, Independence Ave. & First Street SE, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Recently CSPAN has done a great job of covering events that otherwise would go unnoticed by mainstream media. The most recent of these events include the recent airing of David Ray Griffin on BookTV as well as Lee Hamilton on CSPAN. During Hamilton's appearance on CSPAN it was mentioned how important the continuance of 9/11 discussion was, and I would argue that these events are key to that discussion.
