Regarding the Conservative Voice "WTC Survivor" article, it appears to have struck a nerve. A virus hoax using the same title has been making the rounds via email. People are told not to open anything with "WTC Survivor" in the subjectline.
This also happend in London following the 7/7 bombings. People were told not to open anything labeled "london bombing pics", as it would destroy your pc. (paraphrasing)

For the homepage url I posted the link to an article "The dangers of keeping secrets" from the Aug 28 edition of the St Pete Times highlighting Sibel Edmonds battle with the reich administration. The article is good though nothing many of us that have been fortunate enough to stay informed didn't already know. What I liked best was a qoute of John F. Kennedy "The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society-" And the ending of the article states it best w is no JFK

Oh my God DZ! Are you ok- with the current news making it's way out of new orleans? Can you tell if your place was one of the casualties from the coverage?
If you find yourself on a hunt for something a little above sea level may I suggest Phoenix. I grew up in Florida have been through a number of hurricanes, even went out during the eye of one once. I hate to say it but andrew was a cakewalk in comparison. Homestead was damaged and much of the homes were destroyed but not flattened and it was basically just homestead. What I'm seeing on the "telescreen" is what I always imagine LA would be like after the "big one".
If you need a place I have a spare room here if you can stand the heat. Good luck!!
