Theologian Says Controlled Demolition Is Now a Fact, Not a Theory

In two speeches to overflow crowds in New York last weekend, notable theologian David Ray Griffin argued that recently revealed evidence seals the case that the Twin Towers and WTC-7 were destroyed by controlled demolition with explosives. Despite the many enduring mysteries of the 9/11 attacks, Dr. Griffin concluded, "It is already possible to know, beyond a reasonable doubt, one very important thing: the destruction of the World Trade Center was an inside job, orchestrated by terrorists within our own government."
On Oct. 15th and 16th, New Yorkers filled two venues to hear the prominent theologian and author of two books on 9/11 give a presentation entitled "The Destruction of the Trade Towers: A Christian Theologian Speaks Out." Dr. Griffin has continued to blaze a trail of courage, leading where most media and elected officials have feared to tread. His presentation went straight to the core of one of the most powerful indictments of the official story, the collapse of the towers and WTC 7.
Dr. Griffin included excerpts from the firemen’s tapes which were recently released as a result of a prolonged court battle led by victim’s families represented by attorney Norman Siegel and reported in the NY Times. He also included statements by many witnesses. These sources gave ample testimony giving evidence of explosions going off in the buildings. A 12 minute film was shown for the audiences, who saw for themselves the undeniable evidence for controlled demolition.

As somebigguy said, Dr. Griffin will go down in history as one of the main reasons 9/11 Truth made a difference.
I have heard a lot of the recordings that were released, and if there weren't explosions of some kind that day, I would be VERY surprised.
To me, it's not how the buildings came down that sparks my curiousity (although the recent movie released, "The Produced Reality" was VERY good), it's this...
On March 12, 2002, CBS interviewed a man by the name of Hassan Astaneh. In that article, he said the following...
"When there is a car accident and two people are killed, you keep the car until the trial is over," he says. "If a plane crashes, not only do you keep the plane, but you assemble all the pieces, take it to a hangar, and put it together. ThatÂ’s only for 200, 300 people, when they die. In this case you had 3,000 people dead. You had a major machine, a major manmade structure. My wish was that we had spent whatever it takes, maybe $50 million, $100 million, and maybe two years, get all this steel, carry it to a lot. Instead of recycling it, put it horizontally, and assemble it. You have maybe 200 engineers, not just myself running around trying to figure out whatÂ’s going on. After all, this is a crime scene and you have to figure out exactly what happened for this crime, and learn from it. But that was my wish. My wish is not what happens."
That statement made complete sense to me. Not to mention the fact that this article states:
"The operation - which began days after the collapse, okayed by then-New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani - goes on 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a result, Astaneh has almost certainly missed seeing crucial pieces before they were cut up and sent overseas. The thought pains him. In his view, the building should have been reconstructed before it was recycled.
I have the utmost respect for Dr. Griffin. I had the GREAT fortune of meeting him at the D.C. Emergency Truth Convergence. As a matter of fact, dz is VERY jealous of me because I have this, and he doesn't. ;)

looks like blimp is making up a straw man to attack.
this site has NEVER denied demolition, in fact, one of my first articles that i still stick to was about WTC7.
what blimp pilot is doing is making false statements about the beleifs of those that run this site to then attack, and his strawman is easily disproven through looking at the thousands of articles which have been posted here.
i will say it again, articles that are posted are 9/11 related and it is up to the viewers to research and come to their own conclusions, any filtering (like blimp pilot wants about able danger) is exactly what others like him would then attack as 'gatekeeping' like he currently blames others of.
blimp's motives are pretty apparent, attack anyone and everyone who runs a 9/11 related website while doing little to nothing productive himself.

As someone who actively promotes the demolition evidence, (as it is no longer a theory thanks to DRG), I have to wonder why someone would attempt to waste my time with "petty squabbles" when I could instead be promoting something that proves behind any reasonable doubt the fact that the U.S. government orchestrated the 9/11 attacks.
