I thought the guy came across as reasonable and focused, and refernce to the military expert who denies the footage shows a plane was interesting.

At the end of the day, it isn't really our responsibility to prove theories, merely to highlight:

i)the contradictions between what is known to have happened versus the claims of the 9/11 commission
ii) the absence of well-drilled procedures and the inadequate explanations as to why they failed
iii) the amount, and detail, of foreknowlegde that was ignored
iv) the lack of thorough investigation in cetain (if not all) areas

There is plenty credible evidence that fits into each of the above categories, making the need to theorise, redundant.
Only by making people aware of the irrefutable facts, will there be enough support for a new enquiry.

For a start I just wanted to tell you that the 9/11 discussions are ongoing here in Norway as well. I received a piece from David Ray Griffin about his book "9/11: Omissions & Distortions" and translated it to Norwegian, but of course, no newspaper want to use it, not even in public discussions, where people can write about almost anything. Except 9/11 of course :)

But about this Glenn Beck guy. It was really interesting to watch him, because thats the way people are talking over here as well.
And maybe its an attempt from the mass media to scare people from talking about this, "we will make fun of you and everyone will think of you as an idiot, so the best thing you can do, is to shut up".

Just a few examples which are very common in 9/11 discussions:
- "Elvis lives"
- "UFO`s excists and I guess youve been on one as well??!!"
- "Holocaust never happened", etc etc.

The funny thing is that no one I know in 9/11 discussions have ever said anything like that.
As someone said "this is standard quotes and behaviour from the official theory believers".

About all the secrets the officials hold on to; I guess that must be pretty difficult to handle for Americans?

And why was this video from the Pentagon, which doesnt even show very much, so secret due to the Zacarias Mossaoui trial? Didnt he already knew that a plane/something hit the Pentagon?

My simple conclusion is:

Well, no direct evidence of course, The evidence is circumstantial at best, and it's this in my opinion:

1) I have a problem completely dismissing the eyewitness testimony of people who swear they saw a plane hit the Pentagon.
2) Yet, the impact zone of the hit doesn't seem right. The plane should have caused much more damage, but miraculously did not.
3) The main complaint about the Phalanx system is that it does not completely stop objects with large amounts of intertia. But, with the HE and DU rounds, it can pulverize a target and lessen greatly it's impact footprint.
4) The sound of these weapons is very difficult to recognize unless you've heard one for yourself. It's a solid sound, there are no discernable single gunshots. BRRRRRRRR.
5) Rayethon has already had trailer-based versions of this weapon, so it's technically feasible that it was available in 2001.
6) I would have kept those "in the know" in a position of more power over the situation (regarding orders to fire, and lack of accountability for a stand-down order during investigation), and would be easier to cover up the use of the weapon versus the missile systems already in place.
7) The use of this tool would have significantly reduced the loss of life at the Pentagon. The plane could be decimated a fraction of a second before it hit, and it's trajectory would not have been greatly affected at all.
8) Fast reaction, highly accurate, and the best weapon system available for close-in targets. It's an anti-missile system, after all.
9) A trailer right in front of the hit zone was of the proper dimensions to hold this weapon, and was completely melted down in the photos taken just a short length of time after the impact. Could be a clever use of thermite to cover up the evidence?

there you go! photos reveal that the section where blob77 hit remained standing for some time before falling over into a loose pile. yet if one were to draw conclusions and base questions on the eyewitless testimony of this event one would get absolutely nowhere.

Possible less risky way: shoot missle at Pentagon from military plane or ground. If caught, claim missle had been fired at AA77.

Interesting, Stuart... I've been asking the question for some time how the Pentagon was defended pre-9/11. I always thought there was some form of air defense systems, and thence the question: why weren't they activated? I am familiar (from textbooks -- lol) with the R2D2. Yes, the sound is like a very loud zipper; I've seen film of the earlier versions.
