Can someone explain the logic of the put options regarding the airline stock? It seems to me that if you believe 9/11 was orchestrated or allowed to happen in order to start an endless stream of wars and police state actions, why would the perpetrators also try to cash in on the events. I mean, I don't care how greedy one is, it just doesn't make sense to engage in stock manipulations that would arouse suspicion about the whole event (either before or after).

Put options give you enourmous leverage in betting on the price of a stock (options are cheap but very risky, so if you have inside info, you can make a quick fortune.)
My guess is that some upper or mid-level agents who knew that (all or part of) 9/11 was going to occur got greedy to make big & easy $$$ on the airline stocks.

Imagine having dozens of contracts before 9/11 due to insider knowledge... takes balls, unless you know that no one is going to investigate it...

But given the volume of insider trading that is alleged, how is it that the larger conspiracy was not revealed? You can't tell me that all these independent traders got wind of such a plot and not a single one revealed anything to law enforcement before the thing went down. And if it was just a few big operators doing the trading, I would say again: why would the orchestrators of the plot risk messing things up by placing these conspicuous trades?

Those inside traders may have been people "in the know" that were not going to profit from the terror industry. So they "put" their knowledge to use in this way...

The Trinity clip is horrifying, but clear explosions are audible.
The West St video also shows that white smoke rising from the base of the WTC, as well as what appears to be fire or an explosion in some frames.
