There's an excellent interview with Ray McGovern on electricpolitics.com in the archive that is awesome also. It was done earlier this year and is well worth a listen. Also an interview of Paul Craig Roberts, Jim Fetzer, and William Odom among others. Very informative interviews all of them.

scoop has tons of different configorations and options, but it is more complicated than any of the other blogging software. The comments system is definitely a great feature, along with the diary option if you see fit.

Installing Scoop can be a bitch though. I found a great host that installs the software for free, and they also provide some good support. Here's the company. http://www.xlan.org/

It would definitely be a project moving to this new software, but could be worth it in the long run.

Wordpress is also pretty nice, be it's definitely not as advanced as Scoop. I hope that helps. I've work with Scoop a little bit, so if you have any more questions, let me know, and i'll see if i can answer.

Just listened to the Ray Mcgovern interview. Every liberal/left/dem blog and news site should be linking to this. Just wow. This definately does feel eerily like the era of late 2002/early 2003 with the sabre rattling and runup to Iran. I fear would could happen if the US and Israel force this conflict with Iran.

Wish I could make it to the Chicago 9/11 event this weekend, it truly sounds extrordinary.

Just finished watching the indie film "Who Killed John O'Neil"...a lot of very interesting things. Like the strong connection between the anthrax inside job and companies, BCCI and drug smuggling by the CIA, as well as the notion Atta was a drug runner. Definately one of the more powerful films Ive seen on 9/11. The Omar Saed/KSM/ISI/Daniel Pearl thing too.

Just got done watching the four segments. Simply brilliant documentary. Highly recommend it.
The calibre of the people being interviewed steals the show. It's sobering and depressing.
Waking up to this stuff so late in life does wonders for a person's confidence and self worth.

To everyone who hasn’t seen "Orwell Rolls In His Grave", it is THE MOST OUTSTANDING documentary to date that I have seen. It completely dismantles the mass media’s credibility in a way that even a red-necked neo-con would agree with. 1984 is a very insightful, but also rather bleak story. This documentary though does provide a lot of hope, which is unlike Orwell’s book. In the sense that although I agree with what “Anonymous” posted, about the uncomfortable realisation of seeing how fake the mass media is. This film does show that the corruption in the system can be exposed, and shown up for exactly what it is. And that’s why if this film could get as much exposure as Loose Change Second Edition, any debate about 9/11 being an inside job, or the media being complicit in a cover up would be over. Because this film is 100% more credible and convincing then even Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 9/11. Which I recon Michael Moore actually drew some inspiration from "Orwell Rolls In His Grave" to make. Seriously people, this film needs to be seen by everyone, the 911Truth Movement managed to get Loose Change 2 spread far and wide. If we can do the same and better with this documentary, the effect will be much greater and more effective, dwarfing even the massive amount of positive recognition that LC2E has brought.

WTC responders illness worse than expected

Something that's really bugging me today was prompted by both the Arkin piece in the Washington Post and some comments I read by Bill O'Reilly. It really drives me insane when these people say stuff like "how dare you insinuate that the government was behind 911? I lost 5 good friends in those attacks. You are defiling their memories" I mean, what does one thing have to do with the other? The friends were victims either way. The victims are double victims if the real perpetrators escape any justice.

Nico is one of the few individuals, within the movement, who have active campaigns against members of the movement.

A long time ago, Nico Haupt, Gerard Holmgren, and several others were attacking Karl Schwarz in an email string.

Somehow, I got involved in that string, and saw what they were saying, etc... and I was getting mad.

Believe me, I don't endorse Karl Schwarz, but the abuse he was taking was absurd, so I stepped in.

As a result, I made enemies with Gerard Holmgren, and Nico Haupt.

Since then, Nico has included me in his campaigns.

question. why didnt the powers that be brainwash Iraqi to pilot the planes? seems like that would be a pretty important detail.

also,the point that is always brought up is the idea that charges were used to bring down the towers, but theoretically,its a pointless operation as I see no reason why foriegn policy would pivot on whether the towers fell or not. even if they stood,the resulting war on terror would have been exactly the same.

one could say well, to cause more civilian deaths to get more outrage, well, that brings up my point that in relation to the amount of workers that usually are in the buildings only a small amount were killed.

the point being, why go thru all that planning to detonate the towers and bring them down if they werent even smart enough to target the towers later in the day when its more busy?

Nope, that's exactly wrong. Think of it: they would have repaired them. Because there just wasn't that much damage, the photos show it. In Congress, many would have voted against too much escalation because of it. But the collapse was a LASTING scar for NYC - think of the tourism, Bush can point there and say "that's why we're fighting the WOT"

You don't know how the towers not have falling would have effected the American Psyche...

Also, they didn't need to be "iraqis" flying the plane because to them it's all about general Arab hating. Then they can just transfer the hate to any Arab country later on.

1. Detonating the towers was a great way to further obliterate evidence, including that AA-11 & UA-175 were not the planes (and not the Arab pilots nor passengers inside) that struck them. (See switched/bumble planes theory.)

2. Detonating the towers provided maximum shock & awe to lead us into Afghanistan & Iraq. Made stunning & amazing video around the world.

3. Detonating the towers paved the way for making the necessary detonation of WTC-7 (the center of operations & fraud) look like less of a big deal.

P.S. if you doubt my statement that the twin towers would have been repaired&saved, note that once a WWII bomber crashed into the Empire State Bldg. and caused a huge hole&fire, but as you know it's still there in NYC.

1) The vacancy rate of the twin towers was over 35% after the '93 bombings

2) The changes to the regulations on asbestos in downtown NYC required major changes to the twin towers, the last estimate for repair was over a billion dollars. requiring a scaffolding to be put around each tower and basically rebuild it floor by floor.

3) Demolition of the twin towers was not a legal option to fix the asbestos issue.

4) The towers were outdated and were built before the tech boom, and as such were not as appealing to more modern tech savvy companies

5) Possible corrosion of metal due to salt water and aluminum/steel contact ala Statue of Liberty.

... and as far as the new owner was concern, they were assured for a couple of billion, specifically in case of terrorist attack. So... let's pull'm. ;)

Planting bombs in the towers was also a great back-up plan in case the planes didn't make it to their destination or do much damage. (Not as good as planes included, but just blow up the towers & blame it on Osama. They wanted to make sure 9/11 happened, one way or another.)

that Rolling Stone article has me pretty excited, im not expecting the MSM to really pick up on it at all, buts its always good to have more evidence.

I think one of the reasons they had deliberately imploded the twin towers because of the high level of absestos in both towers. The owner of wtc before silverstein was ordered to either condemn the towers or remove the asbestos. Either way would be very costly so he granted the lease to silverstein who then pulled off what I think is the biggest insurance scam in history on 9/11.

It's no surprise to me the US govt continues to classify information that may as well be the evidence leading to the real culprit (themselves). The claimed DNA IDs made of 9/11 hijackers seem impossible, and thus bogus. This leads one to believe that no hijackers were flying those planes, or else it wouldn't have been necessary to fabricate DNA results to bolster the "official story."
