Most folks here are probably aware of the article by Trevor Ycas on GNN describing his FOIA request to obtain the video/photo library built up by NIST during its study of the tower collapses. This library could prove invaluable for researchers, including those working with the Scholars for 911 Truth. Trevor's FOIA request was accepted but required the payment of a little over $13K. Does anyone know if anything further has been attempted to aquire the library? If not, do folks think it makes sense to try some kind of fund raising efforts toward this end? I would appreciate any comments.

Great site!!!! Keep it up. I've been following the movement for two years now. It's great to see the momentum building. Still alot of work to do. But the steady growth of research, activism and organization is impressive.

I don't buy the video-faked 2nd plane theory, unless it's possible to have been a hologram, unless there is such a technology that remains undisclosed.
The first plane however is highly suspicious in my mind: Only the one video of a slow moving "something" hitting. And then nothing of a plane to be seen in the WTC hole.

I'm not saying there was no planes, but i guess there definitely is a "problem" here. There is something wrong with these plane-crashes, the answer to which remains unknown.
Maybe it's as simple as that: there was an all out intention in the 9/11 plan not to leave any plane parts for public viewing, and that's why they crashed Flight 93 'into' the ground, crashed Flight 77 at ground leven 'into' the Pentagon, and 11 and 175 'into' the towers. Maybe to hide that no bodies were onboard.

The "zoomed out" section of the building you have pasted on is clearly the same size as a comparable section of the "zoomed-in" building. Anyone who looks at it can see this... if you can't see it, then use photoshop or comparable program to compare building sections.

no, you see those were planted! they hauled the ~200 pound wheel, and the ~2 ton engine onto the street when they were crowded with people fleeing.. those were planted, and noone noticed! just like no plane hit the building and none of the thousands transfixed on the buildings saw it!

I'm having major doubts about the identities of the passengers on the 9/11 flights. Operation Northwoods called for undercover agents to pose as decoy passengers, and have fake relatives hold phony funerals, etc. Also, there is something fishy about the 9/11 passengers' families & friends. I am Not trying to hurt the truth movement, but I wanted to throw my two cents in.
About two years ago, I was watching a Diane Sawyer video, and she was interviewing some foreign visitor that ALSO HAD A SHORT VID CLIP of the first plane hitting the WTC.
It was mentioned on the show that this was the only OTHER video of the first hit, other being the Naudets' film.
Someone had this video up on their site and was analyzing it thoroughly.
I came to the same conclusion as well. IT APPEARED THAT THE BUILDING JUST BLEW UP. They was only a small streak in the video, nothing that resembled a passenger jet.
Did anyone else see this?? it's worth a review.
I'm don't call myself a plane-hugger, CGI hugger, anything hugger. I'm still open-minded enough to consider ANYTHING evil that could be perpetrated upon the people of the world by the Bush Admin.

Recently I clicked on Silverstein Properties website. I was in such a Mood - Fed Up with the 9/11 Lack of Truth in MSM. Saw their crap about building the 9/11 Freedom Tower, rebuilding WTC 7 building, etc.
I found the "contact us" link and wrote out a scathing email to the "NY commercial properties" contact.

I should know better than to get into discussions regarding "fake evidence".
Let me ask you guys a question... is there any way on Earth, you would be able to find out what types of planes were used, which passengers, if any, were on those planes, who flew those planes, etc...
If you know how to do that, please do. I, for one, am tired of arguing about it.
Or, we can focus our efforts on getting the Government to answer our questions, which is their JOB.

One thing I don't mind is discussion of different possibilities, but what I hate is when people state it like FACT.
Here is what we do know.
- Planes hit the WTC and the Pentagon.
Beyond that, we don't know jack.
People who state that it is possible to ID those people and that the remains are from them are just spouting nonesense. The odds that those bones found are from the passengers are not realistic. Not to say that some MIGHT be from them, but to say that they are all from them is insane. The odds are that those bones are from the people who were in the building. Physics kind of makes that point.
Don't give up so easily in your arguement...... I know it's hard, but we do need to keep a sane mindset in the discussion.

The point that he's trying to make with this Woolworth footage is...
a) poorly phrased.
b) ultimately nonsense.
Given that the two frames are at different zoom levels (2x - 3x approx), there's no surprise that there would be a minor difference in apparent size.
As one zooms in more, the size differential between two objects is minimized, the effect of which one can observe by looking at two objects in binoculars, then with the naked eye.
What we see in this footage is the exact same effect, in reverse. As the camera zooms out, the size differential between objects at different distances would be more pronounced, but because the plane is moving forward, it would also become LESS pronounced, minimizing the effect.
Of course, we are also dealing with a source plane that's about 34 pixels high, from underbelly to top of (almost indistinguishable) tail, so any changes given the zoom level would be barely preceptible in the first place.
How it could be used as evidence of CGI (something I've been doing since 1989) is beyond me.

I'm w/ Lon and Immanuel on getting the NIST info, in the lengthy comments in response to his article he says he's resubmitting the FOIA w/ arguments that the fee should be waived as releasing to him is in the public interest. The fee is non-refundable and will be kept for doing the records search, and there's no guarantee the records they find won't be exempt from FOIA- national security and state secrets are likely to be claimed, or that the final cost won't be more. Seems like maybe a citizen-controlled 9/11 library/info advocacy org should be set up to research and collect all the 9/11 related info and make it publicly available. There's probably a ton of things that should be FOIA'd- a research project in itself- figuring out what agencies are likely to have relevant records and then requesting/suing for them

This no planes sh!t DAMAGES the credibility of all 9/11 sceptics, whether they even agree with that bullsh!t or not. Do you not understand this? Listen, even if your research is accurate, this "no planes" idea is an after the fact issue. Maybe in the trial, questions such as "were pods used" or "were there no planes" can be asked. But until then the core facts need to be concentrated on otherwise there won't even be a trial. For example the prior knowledge, NORAD stand down and especially controlled demolition are all WILD ENOUGH ALREADY, but at least these concerns are valid and credible are waking people up in droves. "No planes" or "Pods" even if valid, are way over the top for most people, including myself who's actually convinced 9/11 was a damn inside job. Just image what somebody who still believes the official line will think of "No planes" or "Pods" if that's the first thing that their exposed to. I know what I'd be thinking.... BULLSHIT! In fact if that was the first thing that I had come across I certainly wouldnÂ’t be fighting for 9/11 truth today.

Exactly Bruce Lee, Haupt is putting tons of publicity into "cartoon planes" at the WTC. We are trying to publicize that 9/11 was an inside job, not that some bizarre technology (which probably doesn't exist) might or might not have been used! Haupt is turning the truth movement into a circus, which seems to be his goal.
pocky, I agree with you up to whether the planes were switched or not. There are many advantages for the perpetrators to have drones hit the targets.
Also, perhaps not even Bush or Cheney could make all of NORAD stand down during a cataclysmic attack like 9/11. However, even NORAD could be briefly baffled by drones taking off from nearby airbases & hitting their targets.

The "zoomed out" section of the building you have pasted on is clearly the same size as a comparable section of the "zoomed-in" building. Anyone who looks at it can see this... if anyone can't see it, then use photoshop or comparable program to compare building sections.

Most folks here are probably aware of the article by Trevor Ycas on GNN describing his FOIA request to obtain the video/photo library built up by NIST during its study of the tower collapses. This library could prove invaluable for researchers, including those working with the Scholars for 911 Truth. Trevor's FOIA request was accepted but required the payment of a little over $13K. Does anyone know if anything further has been attempted to aquire the library? If not, do folks think it makes sense to try some kind of fund raising efforts toward this end? I would appreciate any comments.

I don't buy the video-faked 2nd plane theory, unless it's possible to have been a hologram, unless there is such a technology that remains undisclosed.
The first plane however is highly suspicious in my mind: Only the one video of a slow moving "something" hitting. And then nothing of a plane to be seen in the WTC hole.

Maybe it's as simple as that: there was an all out intention in the 9/11 plan not to leave any plane parts for public viewing, and that's why they crashed Flight 93 'into' the ground, crashed Flight 77 at ground leven 'into' the Pentagon, and 11 and 175 'into' the towers. Maybe to hide that no bodies were onboard.

About two years ago, I was watching a Diane Sawyer video, and she was interviewing some foreign visitor that ALSO HAD A SHORT VID CLIP of the first plane hitting the WTC.
It was mentioned on the show that this was the only OTHER video of the first hit, other being the Naudets' film.
Someone had this video up on their site and was analyzing it thoroughly.
I came to the same conclusion as well. IT APPEARED THAT THE BUILDING JUST BLEW UP. They was only a small streak in the video, nothing that resembled a passenger jet.
Did anyone else see this?? it's worth a review.
I'm don't call myself a plane-hugger, CGI hugger, anything hugger. I'm still open-minded enough to consider ANYTHING evil that could be perpetrated upon the people of the world by the Bush Admin.

One thing I don't mind is discussion of different possibilities, but what I hate is when people state it like FACT.
Here is what we do know.
- Planes hit the WTC and the Pentagon.
Beyond that, we don't know jack.
People who state that it is possible to ID those people and that the remains are from them are just spouting nonesense. The odds that those bones found are from the passengers are not realistic. Not to say that some MIGHT be from them, but to say that they are all from them is insane. The odds are that those bones are from the people who were in the building. Physics kind of makes that point.
Don't give up so easily in your arguement...... I know it's hard, but we do need to keep a sane mindset in the discussion.

The point that he's trying to make with this Woolworth footage is...
a) poorly phrased.
b) ultimately nonsense.
Given that the two frames are at different zoom levels (2x - 3x approx), there's no surprise that there would be a minor difference in apparent size.
As one zooms in more, the size differential between two objects is minimized, the effect of which one can observe by looking at two objects in binoculars, then with the naked eye.
What we see in this footage is the exact same effect, in reverse. As the camera zooms out, the size differential between objects at different distances would be more pronounced, but because the plane is moving forward, it would also become LESS pronounced, minimizing the effect.
Of course, we are also dealing with a source plane that's about 34 pixels high, from underbelly to top of (almost indistinguishable) tail, so any changes given the zoom level would be barely preceptible in the first place.
How it could be used as evidence of CGI (something I've been doing since 1989) is beyond me.

The fee is non-refundable and will be kept for doing the records search, and there's no guarantee the records they find won't be exempt from FOIA- national security and state secrets are likely to be claimed, or that the final cost won't be more. Seems like maybe a citizen-controlled 9/11 library/info advocacy org should be set up to research and collect all the 9/11 related info and make it publicly available. There's probably a ton of things that should be FOIA'd- a research project in itself- figuring out what agencies are likely to have relevant records and then requesting/suing for them

Listen, even if your research is accurate, this "no planes" idea is an after the fact issue. Maybe in the trial, questions such as "were pods used" or "were there no planes" can be asked. But until then the core facts need to be concentrated on otherwise there won't even be a trial. the cutout of the planes in the towers.
the clear photos showing unmistakably a 757.
And MOST of all, besides the thousands of eye witnesses who saw it, the big plane parts literring the streets of Manhattan.
They have no case, and like the "The Jews did it crowd", have this BIG stake in proving something that dsitracts from the overall case.
Planes switched? Fake planes? No planes? I don't think so. The hijackers were allowed on there, NORAD stood down from the orders of Cheney.

The "zoomed out" section of the building you have pasted on is clearly the same size as a comparable section of the "zoomed-in" building. Anyone who looks at it can see this... if anyone can't see it, then use photoshop or comparable program to compare building sections.
