Condoleezza Rice Continues To Make The Iraq - 9/11 Connection

STEPHANOPOULOS: But before the war in Iraq many argued that going into Iraq would stir up a hornet’s nest. The administration strongly disagreed and here’s what Vice President Cheney had to say in August 2002.
CHENEY (VIDEO): I believe the opposite is true. Regime change in Iraq would bring about a number of benefits to the region, extremists in the region would have to rethink their strategy of jihad, moderates throughout the region would take heart, and our ability to advance the Israeli/Palestinian peace process would be enhanced.
STEPHANOPOULOS: Extremists now appear to have been emboldened. The moderates appear to be in retreat. There is no peace process. There is war. How do you answer administration critics who say that the administration’s actions have unleashed, have helped unleash the very hostilities you hoped to contain?
RICE: Well, first of all, those hostilities were not very well contained as we found out on September 11th, so the notion that policies that finally confront extremism are actually causing extremism, I find grotesque.

Everyone with a brain
Everyone with a brain understands that when you invade a country, residents of that country will attempt to defend it. They would do anything within their power to repel the invaders. Americans would act NO differently.
When pressed on whether or not invading Iraq stirred up a hornet's nest in the Middle East, Condi relied on 9/11 to save the day. As we have all seen MANY times in the past.
This is what 9/11 was designed to do. To give the United States carte blanche in the Middle East. To give them the ability to do whatever they want, whenever they want to do it. If questioned about their actions, all they have to do is say, "They started it with 9/11". It's really no different than a child saying, "But he hit me first".
The only noticeable differences are that the child who struck first was probably not funded by the victim to do so. The child who struck first was probably not given orders by the victim to strike. Neither the victim or the child who did the striking get to decide what type of parents will decide who is right, and who is wrong, and what type of punishment they should receive.
I am personally tired of the United States Government using 9/11, their own creation, to kill 1000's and plunder the Middle East.
Guess what folks? If you expose 9/11 for what it was, an attack designed to give the United States carte blanche in the Middle East, and around the world, then they no longer have that ability to kill 1000's and plunder at will.

You are actually right, I wish more people would understand this. There does exist such a thing as a psychopath - a person with no conscience or moral compass AT ALL.
It is a medically acknowledged condition, and IIRC it affects about 1% to some degree. It does not autmatically make people 'evil' or 'bad', just extremely self serving.

I'm not sure about 9/11 truth, but I saw a program about the soldiers in Iraq, and one wasn't particularly happy with the way things were going.

I got the impression that many of the soldiers did the best they could to carry out their missions, but they didn't have any illusions about it.. and they noticed all to well that that there was corruption on a high-level. I think one soldier said that their job would be easier if some of the reconstruction projects actually got started.
