Where is the rage? Where is the outrage?

Where's the rage? Probably in Internet chatrooms, as honest 9/11 Truthers attack each other over differences of opinion. This article discusses government propaganda and the controlled media, but it also discusses 9/11 in its "official" capacity. Feel free to direct some of your anger to the editor of this article here: editor@onlinejournal.com

We are all part of an American society that continues to silently watch as our government pursues a foreign policy that threatens the very future of our democracy.

A large segment of this society is currently in a state of conditioned silence. It watches as America is undergoing radical changes that are transforming this nation into an instrument of world domination with the objective of controlling this planet's energy resources. The overriding question is: what will bring this society out of this state of conditioned silence -- does it have the will or any desire to say, "Enough is enough, we will accept no more?" Or have the American people completely lost their will to dissent?
...
We need to discuss 9/11. Yes, it was one of the most terrible, destructive, events in our history, ... The criminal perpetrators of this vicious act knew exactly what they were doing. Bush & Co. knew they had accomplished one of their major objectives -- instilling fear and paranoia into the American mind.

The Bush administration pretended to go after alleged 9/11 perpetrator Osama bin Laden with a vengeance in Afghanistan, an action that a majority of Americans fell for... when they then filled the American mind with more fear and foreboding about terrorists hiding behind every bush, they effectively gave any real terrorists an important victory.

Hey Somebigguy, Did you

Hey Somebigguy,

Did you receive this same article I submitted earlier today? I used the "submit news" link on here to send. I believe I actually found it on the Whatreallyhappened.com" site. I am new to this site and want to make sure any articles I find and submit are not going into the ether when I send them thru the "Submit News" link.

This was a great article and hadn't seen it on here before.

TruthOut!

Kurt

P.S. My girlfriend just got back from New Mexico. She got me a present.... a tshirt with the saying "A patriot must be ready to defend his country against his government"... Gotta love her!

That's what I keep saying:

That's what I keep saying: Where is the outrage? If you're not outraged, you're not paying attenion. 9/11 was an inside job.

I found this 5/1/01 news

I found this 5/1/01 news article from ABC "News" regarding Operation Northwoods. A very interesting article as it was sparked by Bamford's book "Body of Secrets".

Here is the link: http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=92662&page=1

What is interesting and a bit disturbing are the last two paragraphs of the article...

"As public interest in the assassination swelled after JFK's (Stone's movie) release, Congress passed a law designed to increase the public's access to government records related to the assassination.

The author says a friend on the board tipped him off to the documents. Afraid of a congressional investigation, Lemnitzer had ordered all Joint Chiefs documents related to the Bay of Pigs destroyed, says Bamford. But somehow, these remained.

"The scary thing is none of this stuff comes out until 40 years after," says Bamford."

Hopefully we won't have to wait 40 years.

Hey Kurt, this was your

Hey Kurt, this was your submission I believe, sorry, forgot to give you credit...

Somebigguy, I could care

Somebigguy,

I could care less about the credit. Just want to make sure the word gets out there and that I can contribute in some way.

Take care.

I think "Where is the Rage?"

I think "Where is the Rage?" is right on. Just because he did not phrase his two sentences about 9/11 they way we might prefer does not detract from the overall power of the piece. He did say that we need to discuss 9/11, which is more than most are saying. The whole article speaks to the passivity of the people and the media on a wide range of issues. You and I would agree that 9/11 is the key than can unlock the door, but we still need a lot of people to wake up in general.

That great article should

That great article should end up in every single mail box in America. Maybe some people would wake up... Just a day dream.

How would cost a bulk

How would cost a bulk mailing of one 8 1/2 x 11 recto-verso sheet of paper to every home address in USA?... Just a day dream.

The outrage has been

The outrage has been diffused by the many fake 911 truthers who still look to the Middle East (ie, Pakistan) as they claim to be uncovering the truth about 9/11.

The outrage has been diffused by the many fake 911 truthers who attempt to ridicule, and thus dismiss out of hand (without any basis in fact), the outrageousness of the attack as indicated by the highly unconventional "Ground Zero" evidence, which indicates the use of exotic weaponry. (Apparently, if a physicist named Jones can't see it, it must not exist.)

A lot of outrage diffusing (and defusing) occurs right here in the comments section of 911blogger. Example: while Michael Payne writes stuff like "[BushCo] effectively gave any real terrorists an important victory", Jon Gold puts out a document which spews government propaganda insinuating that we should look to Pakistan, and can blame 9/11 on "Mohammed Atta". Then there's Les Jamieson in NYC, making plans for 9/11/06 to be "a considerate, respectful vigil". (barf bag, please!)

Fortunately for BushCo, there is a large, mostly-fake 911 truth movement to diffuse/defuse the outrage.

Fake opposition fools most of the people most of the time...

=================================================

IMHO, the best single measure of a 9/11 presentation's value is how
impossible the presenter makes it for people to keep clinging to the
belief that they can blame "Muslim hijackers" for 9/11. Further, if
the presentation tries to advance that unfounded belief (especially
subliminally), then it is acting as government propaganda.
