Last week I had mentioned a new advertising medium we might be trying out. Unfortunately we were a bit misinformed on the numbers and so it didn't pan out. So, for now we will go back to running blogads, and with the upcoming LA panel on CSPAN this Saturday what better time to chip in a few bucks?

If we can reach $950 quickly we can get an ad on rawstory.com for the CSPAN showing in time for it to be seen by a couple hundred thousand visitors. Right now we are getting about 5,000 unique hits a day, so if everyone chips in it shouldn't be a problem, and I'll kick in the last $100 myself if we get close.

This link presents a Republican strategy that seems to be a reasonable
certainty in the 2006 election. Unless Democrats prepare now to stand their
ground as we have not done in the past, any significant victory this fall
will go the way of Florida 2000. -- Jenifer

http://baltimorechronicle.com/2006/071806MILLER.shtml

Following is the beginning of Miller's article.

by MARK CRISPIN MILLER

JULY 17, 2006--If the GOP should lose the House and/or the Senate on
Election Day, they will pick out a handful of the "closest" races--as many
as they need to hang on to majority control--and start to scream like hell
about ELECTION FRAUD.
That's right: the major perpetrators of such fraud will cast themselves as
victims of the very crime that put them where they are, and charge the
Democrats with having used the very tactics that the Bush Republicans have
now perfected: legal/bureaucratic disenfranchisement, e-voting manipulation,
hostile challenges to would-be voters, covert efforts at disinformation,
countless ballots thrown away, and so on.

This is what we'll hear non-stop from Rush, O'Reilly, Hannity and Coulter;
Hastert, Boehner, Sensenbrenner, Graham and Coburn; even Bush and Cheney and
Karl Rove himself.
This, of course, is how the Busheviks routinely operate; and yet I'm basing
this prediction not just on their history as war-propagandists, but on the
blunt admission of a certain high-placed GOP insider, who recently told Thom
Hartmann that this is the party's plan, if they should lose control of
either side of Congress. It's very easy to imagine such a plan succeeding,
with the party's Mighty Propaganda Wurlitzer ahowl day after day, night
after night, with all its stops pulled out; and with the mainstream press
too busy being "balanced" to point out the truth (and no doubt piously
harrumphing that such dirty deeds have surely been committed "on both
sides"); and with the Democrats, as ever, playing feeble defense, fighting
back too little and too late when they ought to have been out there slugging
all along.

In other words, the Bush Republicans will certainly succeed--unless the
Democrats, and others to their left, start working to pre-empt that strategy
right now. The only way to foil that plan is to define the conflict
truthfully and clearly, and to begin to do it now. However low the Bush
regime may sink in the opinion polls, the Democrats, and all the rest of us,
are simply cooked, if they do not stand up like vertebrates, and speak as
patriots, and tell the nation the unpleasant truth: that these
BushRepublicans are where they are today because they have committed vast
election fraud, in 2000, and in 2002, and in 2004; and that they lately have
committed it again in San Diego, and have more planned in Texas, Florida,
Ohio, Pennsylvania, California and Virginia, and wherever else they have the
system rigged, whether at the state or county level. In short, it's time to
cut the crap, stop worrying about the epithet "sore losers" (the Republicans
would never let that stop them), and trot out all the evidence that the
Establishment has thus far largely waved away.

(and it goes on from there . . .)

Only 16kb? lol Be able to make a pretty "fancy" gif with that alotted file size.

So the conference is being broadcast for sure on Saturday?

And is that 150 high x 200 wide?

I de-nominate Barrie Zwicker

I de-nominate Barrie Zwicker as a "hero" (or nominate him as a anti-hero, is more like it) of the 911"truth" 'movement', for having repeatedly told lies about (Bush never said "ordinary TV") the same government-foreknowledge-indicating evidence -- Bush's repeated self-implicating incriminating 9/11 witness statements -- as the 9-11 Commission omitted from its "complete and final" report.

Barrie has repeatedly and obstinately and illogically refused to correct his error, making it seem like an intentional mistake by the professional Canadian journalist with 50 years' experience and 911truth.org 'leader'.

But regardless of his intent, his mistake still has the counter-productive effect of getting people to dismiss, without any valid reason, one of the more powerful govt-lie-killing pieces of 9/11 evidence.

911blimp.net presents the evidence; guys like Zwicker and sites like wrh.com try to get (sway) people to disregard the evidence. I point that out (that those guys are telling lies about 9/11 evidence), and some of Zwicker's and Rivero's "friends" get upset with me.

Go figure...

=================================================

IMHO, the best single measure of a 9/11 presentation's value is how
impossible the presenter makes it for people to keep clinging to the
belief that they can blame "Muslim hijackers" for 9/11. Further, if
the presentation tries to advance that unfounded belief (especially
subliminally), then it is acting as government propaganda.

One of the best under-utilized 'Ad' vehicles is the early AM call-in show on C-SPAN. If we had 3 people a day making these calls, we would get much more mileage than a single 'Ad.' For me that means 6:00am, and they are going to give us just one chance, monthly.

Whether C-SPAN ever intend to show the LA Conference or not, we need to be calling in and playing out as many angles as possible; from the far-radical to the deadpan curious points of view!

Since they are likely to cut you off quickly, it may be important to plug your favorite "9/11Blogger.com" website first, for example:

Normally, if you said that you had gone to say; "Uni of N.M.," (for photography,) they wouldn't have been so freaked-out. Of course, I meant to list my alma-mater as, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I had 'assumed' that was the only known use of those initials!

Hey, guys, an Ad. isn't

Hey, guys, an Ad. isn't really a good idea for this. The C-SPAN coverage is not even confirmed to occur on Saturday, so a $950 advertisement for a showing would be ineffective.

They told Alex Jones that it should air on Saturday, but they also said that "oh, it might air the weekend after that instead".

150 pixels wide, 200 tall.

and if CSPAN changes the date we can update the ad no problem, it isn't set in stone once it starts running.. altho it would suck if it ran for a week (through next wednesday) and it still hadn't shown, but at least it would make people aware it was coming up, and hopefully by then there would be a solid date. keep your fingers crossed for saturday!

oh, and $950 is a lot, but it is never a waste to have a 9/11 related ad seen by ~2 million people.. it reminds them we are here, and causes awareness of the issue.

If you do the ad, there will

If you do the ad, there will have to a caveat in the ad. C-SPAN is NOTORIOUS for changing their schedule. DHS swears he heard Jones say the panel would be aired on Wednesday, now it's already been changed to Saturday, or maybe in August. I'm not a Netscape user or member, otherwise I might add a comment to that page, rep.

But the majority of comments that I read were of the stupid variety, that I don't feel like wasting my time agruing about anyway.

One of my favorite stupid comments was on page 5, from a Netscape user with the screen name Masked Protester, in which they wrote

"5) See my other posts on the long list of folks that would have had to collude to pull off this "inside job" you claim."

It's the idiocy of statements like that that make me not even want to waste any time arguing or even commenting.

I find it so funny how a small minority of inane people still foolishly cling to the "it would have taken so many people, hundreds or thousands to pull off an inside job on 9/11", without realizing the blatantly obvious -- that if it only took 19 amateurs led by Osama [20 people] to pull off the 9/11 attacks, then theoretically, only 20 people would be needed to pull off an inside job 9/11 attack.

I'm not saying that it was as little as 20 people, I don't know how many people were involved. But I find it so funny how some people still can't understand that, without even having to be told that.

Anyway, you have a Netscape account, and you're knowledgable about 9/11, you'll do good in dismantling their nonsense for us, rep.

Let see, who has the most

There is a new op-ed coming

There is a new op-ed coming out tomorrow by Mike Mejia about FBI translator Sibel Edmonds. You can read it first here. Ms Edmonds outlines the connections between the Turkish mafia, al Qaeda, the FBI and senior US politicians. This is an absolutely eye-opening read as some brief quotes will make clear:

According to Ms Edmonds a network of Turkish spies, operating often through cultural groups, "were involved in espionage, bribery, illegal lobbying, drug trafficking and the infiltration of U.S nuclear research labs."

..."So we have Turkish nationals at the Embassy and NGOs stealing U.S. secrets for sale to the highest bidder, re-selling arms meant for Turkey, bringing in drugs from Europe, and pouring money into bribes and lobbying activities."

..."some arms sales meant for Turkey and Israel were actually meant for resale to countries like China and India- and perhaps even to international terrorists- using fake end-user certificates. So we have Turkish nationals at the Embassy and NGOs stealing U.S. secrets for sale to the highest bidder, re-selling arms meant for Turkey, bringing in drugs from Europe, and pouring money into bribes and lobbying activities."

..."the Turkish mafia was partnered with Osama Bin LadenÂ’s al Qaeda network in the drug trade- meaning TurkeyÂ’s secular establishment was more connected to al Qaeda- pre/9-11- than were the Islamists in Turkey."

..." This also means that the aforementioned Turkish organizations, and certain Turkish diplomats, were indeed under FBI investigation. And all this put together means that people like Dennis Hastert probably were- and perhaps still are- on the payroll of Turkish ‘deep state’ interests."

..."Edmonds hinted at key roles played by some powerful unelected officials-important Neoconservatives like Marc Grossman of the State Department, and Richard Perle and Douglas Feith formerly of the Defense Department."

This is important background material. I encourage people to review Ms Edmonds claims.

i am NOT trying to start a

i am NOT trying to start a Pentagon flame war, but this is an open thread and i have a question for those of you that say discussing the Pentagon "hurts the movement".tell me if this makes any sense at all:

i'll go back to what i said before, by ignoring the Pentagon, you are potentially losing large numbers of people that would have looked closer at 9/11 if they saw the anomolies in regards to the Pentagon.you can throw all the ISI/CIA/Carylye/put options stuff in some peoples faces, and some just wont believe you.show them the pictures of WTC7 and the Pentagon and some of those same people will feel the need to look closer.im summation, my point is, dont ignore the Pentagon, regardless of how sure you are that Flight 77 hit it, because many people are in the movement today BECAUSE of the Pentagon.
Chris | Homepage | 07.25.06 - 10:49 am | #

see where im coming from?

see where im coming from?

and for the record, im

and for the record, im pretty agnostic about the Pentagon, i lean towards Flight 77 NOT being there, but im open to it having crashed there.i just dont see the wisdom in igoring all discussion of it like some people.

FWIW this is what I tell

FWIW this is what I tell people.

A senior US Government official has admitted that a foreign nation has been identified as complicit in the events of 911.

Senator Bob Graham, Head of the Joint Congressional 911 Inquiry from Feb - Dec 2002, was interviewed on the PBS Lehrer Hour in Dec 2002:

"I was surprised at the evidence that there were foreign governments involved in facilitating the activities of at least some of the terrorists in the United States.... I think there is very compelling evidence that at least some of the terrorists were assisted not just in financing -- although that was part of it -- by a sovereign foreign government ... It will become public at some point when it's turned over to the archives, but that's 20 or 30 years from now." (link)(link)

The implications of this claim are quite profound. It means that the 19 hijackers were not operating in isolation. There was a support base, and others - beside the 19 terrorists - who were aware of the impending attacks.

So there you have it.... a person who should know what he is talking about is telling anyone who cares to listen that there were a lot more people than the 19 terrorists behind 9/11 going right up to the leadership of a sovereign foreign government. Those are his words, not mine.

And you do want to know who those people are, don't you? Don't you?

You are not going to betray your fellow Americans by allowing these people to go free, are you?

So phone Sen.Graham and DEMAND to know the name of the country HE SAYS was involved in 9/11

...it's just one approach, but it gets people thinking...

FYI, we are right at $600

FYI,

we are right at $600 right now.. worse comes to worse we can advertise on bradblog and bartcop, im not sure of their prices off the top of my head though.. we may be preaching to the choir at rawstory by now anyways.

Chris, I agree with your

Chris, I agree with your points about the Pentagon. Something's definitely fishy about what happened. My introduction to 9/11 truth was In Plane Site, admittedly not the best documentary, but it did serve as a good catalyst for further research. And, even though I tend to believe it wasn't Flight 77 that hit the Pentagon, I'm also open to that as a possibility. Then there's the unreleased Pentagon videos that so many people are worried about being a trap. I don't buy it. If those videos still exist and favor the government's story, they would have been released already. This delay of years serves our side, not theirs, and that recent ridiculous video that they released was a complete joke. Amazingly, in our 1984 media world, those videos "put to rest the conspiracy theories" .... yeah right.

Operation Expose The

Operation Expose The Government Terrorists: Five Year Anniversary

Prison Planet | July 25 2006

Exactly 5 years ago today Alex Jones launched a campaign to raise awareness to the potential of highly secretive elements of the US government paving the way for a massive terror attack within the country in order to centralize power domestically and launch a new geopolitical imperial crusade.

On Wednesday July 25th 2001, during a taping of Alex's local cable access TV show in Austin, Texas, he elaborated on how the Globalists were set to use their operative Osama bin Laden and that the preparations for a terror attack were in their final stages. He mentioned the World Trade Center as a popular target.

Alex didn't have a crystal ball, he merely studied the elite's propaganda about impending doom and was able to connect the dots and make a prediction that would materialize on September 11, 2001.

The situation in Lebanon today makes a staged false flag attack in America all the more likely and we remain ever vigilant of this eventuality.
