O'Reilly attempted to pin Barrett down on the death threat issue without even apologizing for threat in the first place. He then goes so far as to bring in Rep. Nass, who doesn't even have half of the support of his constituents in government, and we're supposed to accept his views?
FOX knew they could make it an acceptable viewpoint by taking that weaker viewpoint and making it appeal to their conservative base.

However, even their conservative base is weakening; some might argue itÂ’s completely inactive. Therefore, bringing up this issue to chew on will not only give democrats and independents a reason to disbelieve the governmentÂ’s account of 9/11, but itÂ’ll give that dwindling conservative base something to consider while their sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, etc. are dying in a war that was undoubtedly created on a pack of lies.

Instead of attacking Mr. Barrett, why don't you simply accept his challenge to a public debate on the subject of 9/11. The very fact that you refuse to do this makes it obvious that you know it is impossible for you to win such a debate. I'm sure you will argue that debating with him elevates the status of his claims to a height they do not deserve. However, we both know that simply is not true and most thinking people observing this saga between the two of you know it as well. If Mr. Barrett is such a nutcase and so far off the mark, it should only take you no more than 30 minutes, and surely no longer than an hour, to break down his claims and prove to everyone watching that everything he says is demonstrably false. Again, the fact that you refuse to do this raises huge red flags about your own position on the issue.

The truth about 9/11 will eventually prevail. Unless you change course, you will be seen as one of those that stifled the exposure of the truth about one of the worst crimes in the history of our great country, and consequently may be subjecting yourself to extreme scrutiny by whatever tribunal eventually brings those responsible to justice. Please do yourself and everyone else in this country a favor and either speak what you know to be the truth about 9/11, or at the very least engage in a public debate with Mr. Barrett so everyone can see that he speaks the truth.
