Moussaoui could have pleaded the 5th Amendment in that "show" trial. Just another patsie for the government,since they had no more use for him.
Doctored evidence is not challenged in court,real evidence is not used,this trial was the benefit for Bush and his ilk to show that, "hey look, a terrorist on trial".

you should ALWAYS use

wget -N

and if the server allows resume, then

wget -Nc http:/BLAH.BLAH.zip

This will keep the ORIGINAL DATE of the file on the server.. which can be valuable info.

Remember when they downloaded the PDF-file from the british gov server and found the evidence that it went through the hands of xyz and was done on ddmmyyyy??

after looking over some of the evidence for 15 minutes I found couple odd things.

- Many of the pieces of evidence include documents and pictures of Waleed al-Shehri...Yet he was confimed alive and well by and NOT part of AQ by BBC, and that was years ago!

- Another piece of evidence is a box cutter which has a little red something on it...I'm not sure if its supposed to have been mirculously recovered from the wreckage, or if its supposed to be moussouis, but either way its quite stupid.

ABC News Footage as Evidence?

A while back, a red bandana actually worn by 1 of the "hijackers" on UA93 was shown as evidence for Moussaoui's trial.

The major discrepancy many had with said cloth bandana is that it was in brand new, immaculate condition! How is this possible if it was on the head of a "hijacker" who, along with the plane, was obliterated in the crash?

Oh, silly, the bandanna was washed, ironed, starched and pressed as part of the pre-trial preparations.

Either that, or it was also forced to wear a stun-belt and was therefore on its best behavior during the trial.

Since you know that there was plenty of wreakage why would you believe that it was completely vaporized?

Since I'm new to all this, and you seem to be one of the few people talking with any sanity... Please help me find some reference material, photos, reports... anything.... showing where, who, how, when the NTSB conducted a crime seine investigation and reconstruction of aircraft debrie recovered from Flight 93.

I can understand not being able to do this in downtown NY, you know... too many people wanting to get back to there lives and stock trading. Just no time, pick everything up with power shovels, pack it off, and dump or sell for scrap. I think that was the best thing to do... because we were in such a state of mind, it was best not to look at reminders of the cave men who attacked us. I think the Goberment did the right thing. Well, I think the Goberment it right, even if they are wrong. That's just me.

But up there in the quite countryside near Shanksvilel.... It would seem that if a big airplane buried it self straight down.... into and under the ground (like Wile E. Coyote off a towering cliff).... then the NTSB assuredly conducted a thorough excavation of the site. They went in with hand tools, maybe the occasional back hoe, and dug down and down and down.... until every most every rivet, bolt and JET ENG CORE was pulled from the ground, carried to an appropriate location, hung up by cables and scaffolding, and the aircraft was re-constructed (probably one of the most complete reconstructions, because all the pieces were neatly packed into one hole.
