Finnish only has one third-person pronoun, which is gender-neutral. The pronoun is "hän". However, we also have "se", which corresponds to "it" but is wider in that it is commonly used of people too in colloquial speech. I suggest English borrow it to facilitate gender-neutrality where that is needed. :-) The declination could be: se, ses, sem, semself. For example: "The anonymous author makes excellent points, although I don't agree with all of ses arguments." :-)

His is without a doubt my favorite political blog, and this guy's opinions are always extremely well-thought and well-written. He doesn't say whether he's for or against, but rather uses it as an example for a different point. We should make sure to comment on this story, as it seems he hasn't really studied it too much.

In terms of a Talk Radio Mobilzation, I think the Truthers definitely made it happen.

The exposure on Ed Schultz and Randi Rhodes today was awesome! We reached alot of sympathetic ears today. If they followed up by tuning in to CSPAN, I feel confident that some peoples eyes will be opened tonight.

If they care at all about our country, they will at least be motivated to do some online research, based on what they hear (many for the FIRST TIME) on CSPAN.

I pray that is the case.

I worked with a Katrina last year. She got hammered in the office. I'm not looking foward to having my name attached to a CAT5.

Although at this point, I'm more concerned about the people of the Gulf Coast. Looking at the early track, this thing could very easily take a turn North if it makes it into the Gulf.

There are also some portions where you can hear him turn off Prof Barrett's mic, so that he can blatantly talk over him.

Then he uses the tactic of asking a million simple but irrelevant questions in a row, to try and throw Barrett off. When he goes into a detailed answer, he cuts down his mic.

And even with this amazing upper hand, Hannity still gets his rear end handed to him on a platter, and has to resort to saying Barrett is "insane" without disproving anything he said.

Guys, I was the gym and didn't catch all of the ABC News coverage because it was close-captioned and messed up, but you are right...they ran with the meme that turning off the transponders confused the FAA and they couldn't track the planes. The substance that they delivered, though, is the Vanity Fair guy said there were 4 planes to cover 500,000 miles of airspace. Like Chris says, all we need is for them to take the next step and throw in the wargames and you have yourself a case. I guess they are going to cover this again in the late broadcast

Then, I heard Randi on the way home since they play her on delay here. She did a solid 5-10 minutes straight. She said it's OK to question 9/11 now, but wants to focus on the people who don't have the questions because those that do already have their theories. She basically repeated Bowman's line that we don't know the truth about that day. She hasn't watched all of the CSPAN coverage yet, but says the most important thing she wants to cover is what the "interceptor guy" said about how the system should have worked. She says that we just don't know the facts on things like Building 7 and controlled demolition of the towers, so she won't go there and don't ask her anymore about Loose Change.

I differ slightly with the opinions on the ABC World News piece (earlier this evening with Charles Gibson).

I haven't seen a segment like this on any 30-minute network world-news broadcast in years. ABC implied it was very surprising that our military could be caught so off-guard. They also flipped through a copy of the upcoming Vanity Fair issue. They said more on the topic will be presented on ABC Nightline tonight at 11:30 pm.

(Sorry, a tried to record this 3-4 minute segment, but I forget my disc already had the recent C-SPAN show on it. The disk became full just as the ABC segment started.)

This is exactly what I expected from Randi, and is consistent with her previous comments and stance. I think she's just CYA and playing it ultra-safe. We just don't know the facts about Building 7? And, I might add, regarding Randi, I think she still has hope for the Democratic party, which is probably why she played clips of Bowman, since he's running as a Democrat.

My sense is that Randi hasn't quite gone far enough down the rabbit hole yet to realize that BOTH parties are the problem. That's one of those big realizations that 9/11 truth makes clear.... so perhaps she's just not a full-fledged truther yet.

To me it seems that there is no disproving the existence of the plane: there are videos showing it, and a news reporter mentions it.

Jon, it is also the question of what kind of evidence is presented. (Have you talked about this evidence?) At the moment I feel that showing that there was a third plane at the WTC just before and during the South Tower strike could be powerful.

A testimony to this may be the death threat to the person who wrote the article in question.

In any case, you (why does English have to have the same pronoun -- "you" -- in both the singular and the plural? I'm using "you" plurally here) need to thoroughly familiarize yourselves with this before doing anything.

Also, the ABC piece showed the inside of some airspace command center in Upstate NY where 25 airforce guys were frantically monitoring 9/11....and the merely 4 jets covering the U.S. couldn't scamble in time...and then the scrambled jets had "continued searching for the airliners long after they had already struck the WTC."!?

It was fairly remarkable, IMHO.
