1) Either 19 guys with box cutters, led by a guy hiding in a cave in Afghanistan, were able to hijack four major airliners, fly them with expert precision (even though flight instructors say they could barely even fly Cessnas), avoid the most sophisticated air defense system in the history of the world and hit three of four targets in New York and Washington, killing nearly 3000 people and thus pulling off history's most spectacular terrorist attack,

2) A rouge criminal element within our own government, with the means, motive and standing to benefit tremendously, both financially and politically, either helped to make it happen or fully orchestrated it themselves.By the way, about that guy hiding in the cave in Afghanistan that supposedly led the hijackers: In June of this year, when questioned about why Osama bin Laden's wanted poster did not mention the 9/11 attacks, an official from the FBI stated that they had "no hard evidence" of his involvement (Google "FBI no hard evidence").

Thompson, its already happened. personally, ive invested too much time and energy in this to just stay quiet or go away. if those Halliburton/KBR "internment camps" are indeed for american citizens like many suspect, and not illegal immigrants like KBR says, many of us could end up there soon enough.

Funny how you only list those two possible solutions, as if there are no others. Indeed, there is a spectrum of possible events.
I have seen your videos, and with an open (but scientific, which means highly critical of any claim from any source) mind and have honestly found several interesting points and ideas. Some very strange things which, if true, warrant far more research. I want a real investigation as much as you do.
BUT (sorry) I find a great deal of what you talk about to be hearsay, eye witness reports (which are know to be almost always flawed), and some claims which are just wrong. The suggestion that no fire has ever caused a building to collapse, or that fires are not a threat to steel structures, is absurd. I am a materials scientist and I work with asbestos as part of my job. All steel in buildings is insulated for this very same reason: fire is a very big threat to steel and at temperatures below 1000 degrees, steel loses more than half its strength. And I cant help but ask myself: if you are so willing to misrepresent the truth on this one issue in your video (by ignorance I would hope), what else could you be missing? That I also like aircraft as a hobby, weapons and armed forces history as a hobby, rocketry, and explosives as other hobbies I will keep aside for now. These are just examples of areas I feel I know more about than the average american, which only makes your statements harder to buy.
I find that as I watch your video, I can do exactly what you do to the mainstream 911 story: poke holes. But that is what makes conspiracy theories different than what I deal with daily: science theories.
In science the burden of proof is on the party behind a claim. It is not good enough to poke holes in the theory of others. You must provide clear and reliable evidence of your own. And no, people hearing explosions while a building collapses, or strange goings on in the financial world are hardly the kind of evidence you need to prove a 1000+ man conspiracy to kill many thousands of Americans. You can show me 100 videos of new Yorkers talking about explosions, and all I see are people in a stressful situation trying to explain the largest building in the city falling apart. Of course there will be loud bangs. Not one bit of material evidence (explosive residue, images, financial records of buying explosives, etc etc.) is found in your report.
Finally, I find that you all also tend to accept every possible twist as if they all are somehow needed. The idea that they would come up with one single plan to all at once let us go into Afghanistan, Iraq, destroy financial misconduct evidence, make money for the property owner, pass the patriot act.. and all the other things, to me seems needlessly complex. It really seems like you just toss in any bit of conspiracy you can find to make the video (with the propaganda images of flags, and dramatic music, which is exactly how the neocons would do it) seem more substantial.
I donÂ’t see how the same people could fail so badly in Iraq yet carry an even more complex plan without a single accident, a single bit of information leaking or a single person coming forward to admit their part. But strange and remarkable things do happen, I will not discount anything because it simply seems too strange. I only require solid evidence before I start to buy it.
Your methods are my issue here: you are no different than the moon landing hoax people, or lock ness people in my book, all because of your methods. This is the new JFK conspiracy, but with the power of the internet and dramatic flash videos this time. I know you have little desire to convince me of all people, but if you did, you would need to come out with a new video. Not that George W. Bush needs much encouragement, but Sen. Lindsey Graham suggested to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales a new target for the administration's domestic operations - Fifth Columnists, supposedly disloyal Americans who sympathize and collaborate with the enemy.
"The administration has not only the right, but the duty, in my opinion, to pursue Fifth Column movements," Graham, R-S.C., told Gonzales during Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Feb. 6.
"I stand by this President's ability, inherent to being Commander in Chief, to find out about Fifth Column movements, and I don't think you need a warrant to do that," Graham added, volunteering to work with the administration to draft guidelines for how best to neutralize this alleged threat.
"Senator," a smiling Gonzales responded, "the President already said we'd be happy to listen to your ideas."
In less paranoid times, Graham's comments might be viewed by many Americans as a Republican trying to have it both ways - ingratiating himself to an administration of his own party while seeking some credit from Washington centrists for suggesting Congress should have at least a tiny say in how Bush runs the War on Terror.
But recent developments suggest that the Bush administration may already be contemplating what to do with Americans who are deemed insufficiently loyal or who disseminate information that may be considered helpful to the enemy.
Top US officials have cited the need to challenge news that undercuts Bush's actions as a key front in defeating the terrorists, who are aided by "news informers" in the words of Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld.

Plus, there was that curious development in January when the Army Corps of Engineers awarded Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg Brown & Root a $385 million contract to construct detention centers somewhere in the United States, to deal with "an emergency influx of immigrants into the US, or to support the rapid development of new programs," KBR said. Later, the New York Times reported that "KBR would build the centers for the Homeland Security Department for an unexpected influx of immigrants, to house people in the event of a natural disaster or for new programs that require additional detention space." [Feb. 4, 2006]

What people fail to realize is that those who defend Ruppert, aren't defending Ruppert, but his GOOD work. It's hard to defend Ruppert as a person. I still promote his work, but I will no longer defend the person. That was because of something he said when Charlie Sheen came out.

anytime you see an Internet poll on CNN or MSNBC etc it is almost always in the 80+% range that believe the Government is involved and those polls are of usually 10s of 1000s of responses not just 1000 and they are from everybody all over and totally anonymous so the answers are probably closer to truth.
Any pollster can manipulate a telephone poll with ease.

1. Aaron Russon has a movie out right now called "From Freedom to Fascism". Its all about the global financiers who control and own the private "Federal Reserve". This took a lot of guts on Aaron's part to expose the private "federal reserve" as being the puppet masters who are pulling all the strings. ie. Rockefeller family is worth 11-15 Trillion dollars and the Rotschild family has a 100 trillion dollars. COmpare this with Gates who only has a measly 50 billion.
But anyway Ruppert critized Aaron Russo and said he did not have a practical plan to deal with the crooked Federal Reserve. But I thought Aaron's just exposing the head of the beast in his movie was an enormous victory. But then Ruppert said this enormously stupid thing. It made me think that Ruppert is somehow bought. All I had was praise for the gutsy Aaron Russo.
Oh and I forgot the second
Oh and I forgot the second thing I was going to say about Ruppert was that he was pushing the peak oil concept. There is a big debate going on about whether this is true or not. It could be that its not true and people are pushing peak oil to somehow justify the huge profits the oil companies are making right now. I remember Larouche talking about the oil shocks of 1973 that the oil companies connived together as an oligarchy ( the seven sisters) to raise the price of gas. This price rise was a hoax brought on by this oligarchy. I am not sure who is correct on the peak oil thing but anyway we should at least be having some doubt about its authenticity.
