Calling on the ACLU

Calling on the ACLU

In a recent article a very prominent 9/11 Toxic Dust Whistleblower had his home raided by a SWAT team. According to Major Mike McCormack, his home was ransacked for 3 hours, without a warrant, at gunpoint.

Additionally, McCormack claims "Numerous firemen were telling me that they heard numerous secondary explosions all over the building - these guys are seasoned firefighting professionals - a lot of them have military backgrounds and they're not stupid."

"Everybody on the planet knew that not only was the World Trade Center hit - it was totally wiped out," said McCormack.

I am calling on members of the 9/11 Truth community to contact the NYC branch of the American Civil Liberties Union to establish a hotline for firemen and first responders to call, with all the legal protections that the ACLU can afford them, to allow these brave men and women to step forward and tell their stories, without threat of reprisal.

Please call and fax:

New York Civil Liberties Union
125 Broad Street, New York NY 10004
phone 212-607-3300
fax 212-607-3318 and 212-607-3329

We must demand that the ACLU recognize this obvious harassment of a 9/11 Toxic Air whistleblower, and demand that they work with the community to establish a safe-haven for any first responders to come forward.

If there are any lawyers out there in the 9/11 Truth community, I call upon you to take a leadership position on this and help facilitate this relationship with the ACLU.

No fireman should ever fear the loss of his pension as a result of telling the truth about 9/11. Creating a hotline at the ACLU could be a first step in encouraging these witnesses to come forward.

John, where have the ACLU been since 9/11?

It's time for the ACLU to take off their kid gloves & get their hands dirty with us! Where have they been since 9/11? Our rights are being stolen on a daily basis.

I agree

But - the ACLU has limited resources.

If every member of the 9/11 Truth movement took the time to go online and spend $20 to become a card-carrying member of the ACLU, we could have possibly hundreds of thousands of members.

Toxic Air has become a hot issue in NYC. The ACLU perhaps would take in interest in this.

Toxic air is a great starting point for ACLU/NYCLU

They really should represent the toxic air & first responders. (They don't even need to jump out on the limb of 9/11 truth when working these issues.)

and now for your "WTF Irony of the Week"

Amy Goodman, left-gatekeeper extraordinaire...

I see Amy is still up to her old gatekeeping tricks. She is quite the limited-hangout artist, isn't she.

Bush Closes EPA Libraries

Bush Closes EPA Libraries Without Approval from Congress; Will Gut Research and Cost Millions. Why Does He Hate Science?
Submitted by BuzzFlash on Wed, 09/20/2006 - 12:12pm. Alerts

The Bush Administration's decision to reduce EPA funding and eliminate several scientific research libraries has been challenged by Democratic House Ranking Members Bart Gordon, John Dingell, and Henry Waxman in a letter to the GAO. "We have grace concerns of this plan on the EPA's ability to protect the environment, and we question whether the plan will actually save the government money," they wrote.

President Bush's proposed 2007 budget slashed 80% of the funding for the library network, which contains 50,000 unique documents not found elsewhere along with vast resources relied upon by agency staff, scientists in academia and industry, and the general public. The EPA has already begun preemptively closing facilities despite the fact that Congress has yet to actually approve the president's budget. By September 30, 15 states will have lost their libraries, and other states will begin losing hours and services.

The closures have already sparked outrage by scientists and environmentalists. Last June, BuzzFlash reported on a complaint filed on behalf of 10,000 EPA scientists over the cuts. In August the EPA's Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance issued a position paper suggesting the plan is seriously flawed and will undermine the ability of scientists to do their jobs of protecting the public and the environment.

Bizarrely, Bush is trying to close the libraries despite the fact that the network actually saves far more money in improved efficiency than it costs to maintain. While Bush wants to gut nearly all of the $2.5 million budget, estimates indicate that the libraries save staff about 214,000 hours each year, worth about $7.5 million.

Though EPA officials claim the plan will allow for "modernization" by digitizing documents, the Democratic letter expressed reservations over whether information will actually be maintained. "It appears that EPA plans to shut libraries first and digitize documents later," they wrote. "It is unclear from the budget proposal or the plan what funds will be allocated to ensuring that paper and microfiche documents will be digitized and made available electronically.

"EPA's activities are funded by the public and are designed to serve the public," the letter says. "A shuttered library does not further open and transparent government."

DBLS and Chris will laugh their asses off...Chavez begins that speech with a bunch of Chomsky.

Noam Chomsky, one of the most prestigious American and world intellectuals, Noam Chomsky, and this is one of his most recent books, 'Hegemony or Survival: The Imperialist Strategy of the United States.'" [Holds up book, waves it in front of General Assembly.] "It's an excellent book to help us understand what has been happening in the world throughout the 20th century, and what's happening now, and the greatest threat looming over our planet.

haha, yeah, Chosmky could

haha, yeah, Chosmky could learn a thing or two about 9/11 from Chavez.

If only he'd plug David Ray

If only he'd plug David Ray Griffin.. now that would be something :)

Mr. Danger

viva hugo! watch his bush donkey speech on google video for more laughs.

Everyone is worried about

Everyone is worried about chips in our passports and chips in our skin. What about the mac address on our internet cards and modems? A script can easily be created to match names to mac address's and I'm sure this is how they're getting information on us in the present time.

Don't Worry Be Happy

There are tens of millions of people who know that the US govrenment is lying about 911. Even the FEMA camps are not big enough to hold a significant fraction of us. This is not the time to cave in to fear. 911 has become the catalyst that wakes milions and millions and millions of people. The arrogant bastards have finally screwed themselves. Onward to victory. There is nothing so powerful as an idea whose time has come.

We have NOTHING to worry about in our speech.

Anon, you raise a most interesting point. But Shrapnel, I wonder how many of those among us realize just how profound that point is?

The largest majority of 'savvy' internet participants know the score on IPs, names and street address tracing. And I would fancy we here in the greatest publicly conducted investigation in the world, ever.... are particularly savvy.

Of all the transformative components of what are most likely to come directly from Our tenacious pursuit of the real criminals and scum bags.... is the very way in which We have almost (we're not done yet) fully trumped the Clandestine Intelligence Community.

In general, the means of fast, secure, confidently private and protected communication was denied us, AND WE KNEW IT. And we solved this otherwise crippling problem, by staring it directly in the face and saying things like "FUCK YOU, NSA."

We didn't know what they were saying to each other, nor about us. We knew they could intercept and decipher most every single electronic interplay of ours.... and we stopped caring. That was their greatest set back.... they suffered from a lack of free speech, we did not.

Privacy, is a treasure we may regain for our children.... but until then, we have certainly re-written the book on spies, spooks, and sneaky little shits who peep into our lives, what we think, what we write, and what we say. They've choked upon it, and deserved to.

"The truth shall make you free." Why not make the truth free? We live on a priceless blue pearl, awash in a universe of fire and ice. Cut the crap.

So well said

My sentiments exactly, thanks for that.

True Heros

I want to thank the firemen of NYC.I think that once the dam breaks these heros will once again step up to the plate.
I understand what they stand to lose.Especially when at the present time it's in vain.Damn! That's sad.

Here's what a building looks like when the bottom floors are not all taken out at the same time. It's what should have happened if the Popular Mechanics version of WTC 7 was true.

Nice video! Brent

Nice video! Brent Blanchard's recent "debunking" article claimed that "a tall office building cannot be made to tip over like a tree." Having seen the video, I beg to differ.

I made the call

Let's not just read and post. Let's follow through on these

We must be the change we wish to see in the world. M Gandhi

agreed. im already a member

agreed. im already a member of the ACLU and have made my thoughts on 9/11 very clear to them. just last week i told them that i would refuse to give thhem any more money until they got serious about 9/11.

Just a thought...

I just had a thought, and some of you may have already thought about this... I'm no structural engineer either...

But, I was watching 9/11 Mysteries and I had a thought that I hadn't previously. Obviously, the twin towers main support system was the core, and the outer wall acted as a mesh which further strengthened the buildings.

It seems to me that the floors themselves were not a primary source of support. For instance, when you look at the Naudet video of the lobby of the WTC, it is completely open and without floors suspended between the core and outer wall for several stories...

So, even if the flooring trusses had warped and 'pancaked' upon each other, would they not fall down inside the building? How on earth would it be possible for floor trusses pancaking upon themselves to hurl debris outward violently? And, would the core not still be standing in the air after the collapse?

Alas... I ramble. I just needed to see my thoughts written out.

Right on DP

It's a good thing to ramble on and to see your thoughts put out there. LOL I do that sometimes (good thing I preview some of them
But about the floors, absolutely, there should have been the core left..the only thing those buildings could have done was topple over at any point in the collapse...Even if the core would not hold the tipping over, there should have been something standing after the "whatever" happened to make those buildings fall/ implode/ pancake/ crumble/ explode/ melt.
I say so what if I'm not an engineer, that does not look anything like the many collapses I have seen before.
The big question is ; How the hell does the concrete get turned to dust?

"The big question is ; How the hell does the concrete get turned to dust?"

Exactly. It just doesn't happen that way naturally. We should have seen floor after floor, along with everything that was inside those buildings stacked upon each other after the collapse.

It's so stinkin' obvious what happened. Why is it so hard to convince some people? How can anyone look at what happened and still believe that what they see is "pancaking"? Those towers were blown to smitherines...

“No passion so effectually robs the mind of all its powers of acting and reasoning as fear.” ~Edmund Burke

That was a fantastic set of comments, DP.

The impossibility of the collapses to occur without massive and precise intentional detonation... just multiplied by another order of magnitude, again. Thanks.
