Google has a long history of such trickery as this, as well as outright censoring. Not long after the 9/11 attacks, Google deleted all of my usenet posts detailing that the 9/11 attacks were staged by the U.S. government from their usenet archive, including other people's replies to said posts which kept my article intact, yet otherwise no one else's posts or any of my posts that didn't contain said article (in other words, there was an act of intelligence as to which posts got deleted: only those posts that contained documentation on the U.S. government-staged 9/11 attacks got deleted). I then publicly complained loudly on usenet about how Google was censoring my posts on the U.S. government-staged 9/11 attacks whereupon Google added them back.

Google is little more than a branch of the U.S. government. It's filled with "former" U.S. intelligence agents. Google also works very closely with the Communist Chinese government in outright censoring the content delivered to China.

Real Truther, the article you link to assumes the fallacious objective and cardinal value theory, yet value is subjective and ordinal. As the author of the article states, "actual value as a company (assets minus liabilities) ...." Yet there is no such thing as "actual value"--simply what people are willing to pay to actually buy a good, and that only tells us that said people at the time of the transaction valued what they received more than they gave up.

Even in terms of erroneous objective value, the formulation "assets minus liabilities" is still is wrong, as it leaves out future returns (including what the purchaser of stock sells it for in the future, if he does).

There is a sense in which we can say that, e.g., stock is overvalued, and that's what its price would be without the effects of fiat monetary expansion distorting prices throughout the economy (i.e., the cause of the boom-bust cycle). But we can't say a priori what that price would be, other than to say that investment in capital goods in general is erroneously inflated such that many investments that look good on paper turn out to be unsustainable.

In this sense, we can say that stock prices in general are inflated due to fiat credit expansion and that a correction (the "bust") must come sooner or later.
