Canadian Action Party asserts Rule of Law in Canada in face of USA Torture Detainee Act, HR 6166

The Canadian Action Party is standing up to tyranny under the guise of 'War on Terror' emanating from the fraud of the official version of 9/11, and holding Canadian politicians to account.

Subject: CAP/PAC asserts Rule of Law in Canada in face of USA
Torture Detainee Act, HR 6166

Two letters are included in this mail-out, One to Canadians politicians, and another to the world leaders on the issue of President Bush of the USA assuming the most egregious dictatorial powers akin to the worst of history.

1. RE: USA Detainee Torture Act, HR 6166 signed into law by President Bush, October 5th, 2006.

The Canadian Action Party demands that Canada formally condemn the new bill in the United States of America that grants the US president the right to torture, removes Habeus Corpus (a rule against arbitrary detention), defines as a terrorist anyone who questions or challenges the President or his government, removes civil trials, and otherwise purports to legalize crimes against humanity, and purports to extend into and apply in foreign jurisdictions against other nationals, as well as US citizens.

This new Bill is itself an act of terror.

Canadians are particularly at risk not just due to our physical proximity to the USA, but as a result of the unconstitutional agreements and arrangements being implemented secretly and/ or administratively such as the Security and Prosperity Partnership Agreement, the Smart Border Plan, and others, which integrate Canada with the United States of America.

Further, Canada's own antiterrorist legislation was enacted under a veil of panic arising out of a terrible act in a foreign country, the Unites States of America , which act to date has been inadequately investigated as to its real cause , and which cause may even be rooted in some of the proponents of torture legislation. Citizens have a right to know the truth.

This new US Bill finalizes the elimination of all citizen rights in the USA. Canada must distance itself from such law.

On behalf of all Canadians, the Canadian Action Party/ Parti action
canadienne demands that our government :

1.affirm our Rule of Law, and

2. assure Canadians that no such legislation will be tolerated in Canada, and

3. assert that any attempt by President Bush to arrest or detain any Canadian
under this new Bill anywhere in the world will not be tolerated.

With grave concern,

Constance (Connie) Fogal, Leader, Canadian Action Party

2. October 7th, 2006 Open Letter to the World Leaders Calling on Leaders of the World to Stand For Humanity

Canadian Action Party, a registered Canadian Federal Political party, is calling for all leaders, both political and religious, of every nation, and all free people to condemn the U.S. Torture , Assassination and
Detainment law (H.R. 6166) officially described as Military Commissions Act of 2006 and passed into USA law on October 5, 2006.

If you do not support the authority of George W. Bush (and all future
American presidents or their agents) to detain, arrest, torture and/or
assassinate any and every human being on the planet deemed a "threat", then decency and history demand that you publicly declare your position, immediately. The U.S. Congress and Senate has insanely endorsed these unrestrained personal powers for use, at his pleasure, into law.

This law seeks to make George W. Bush judge, jury and executioner in every country, over every citizen. With such power endorsed, all rights, all liberties are forfeited.Speak plainly. Speak now, before simple dissent is used as the warrant for your own extermination.Do you endorse or oppose such power?

We shall post this message on our website ( www.canadianactionparty.ca ) and document all those in government who refuse to oppose this law or choose to remain silent.
