Yes I'm sure the people whose wall got painted were VERY pleased.
Just think they come back to their house everyday, and will be able to admire this for a long time.
I am sure they are having difficulty containing their feelings of pleasure!

How do you know this is someone's home? It could be a public building of some sort. Also, it looks very much like they're using chalk, not paint.
Furthermore, if it did happen to be my house, I would live it on there!

Hope it was chalk, but in answer to your question if you look carefully you see that the wall is in front of a standard terrace house. I doubt very much if it is a public building.

We agree - I assume (otherwise we wouldn't be here) - that 9/11 was an insider job. That does not mean we agree with tagging on what is someone else's wall. Fine you disagree, but that does not make me any less sharp a tool than you.
