Well, we can only hope, but when state judges can effectively ignore any precedent they choose, including Supreme Court 1s, it is still a long road ahead. After all, until the agenda(s) is changed and those supporting are removed the same problems will just be recycled another day. I guess that's why the sunset clauses are so pliable...

It aired on PBS in 1987 and is as good as anything on the tape (must see). Moyers is a very respected TV journalist who also worked for Lyndon B. Johnson and has a very professional approach. He interviews many different people involved with the CIA and other government agencies. His documentary gives quite an overview of what has actually happened in the last 50 years regarding the CIA and the cold war (including Iran, Guatamala, Cuba, Viet Nam and Chile).

OT: Anyone hear Michael Collins Piper's show tonight ?
I didn't see the story on 9/11 blogger over the last week I must admit, but apparently it is via Indymedia and Michael was talking about it, that Venezuela are demanding some sort of official explanation from the US government about 9/11 and are totally calling it in an inside job. I know there has been various noises from Chavez in the past and so on, but i hadn't heard this, apparently is from the 22nd of Nov
