Yes, but this same video was posted & blogged here a few days

ago, so you may not get many responses now.

Those cops were using far too much force for that situation! They should all be fired & the sued for police brutality & assault!

The cop swinging the telescoping steel baton is especially nuts! That weapon can be lethal if someone is struck in the head.

This is a clear case of thievery on part of the police officer who grabbed it out of the owner's hands. A police brutality law firm will easily handle the criminal count of robbery, and there are plenty of lawyers in NYC.

Hey Flux,

what did you film that had the cop so upset? Him beating someone with the baton or something more?
