Philip Berg - Seeking the “Truth of 9/11″

Philip J. Berg, Esq. Seeking the “Truth of 9/11”
Calls on World Community To Arrest and Try Bush & Cheney for Global Crimes of 9/11
Philip J. Berg, Esquire

Philip J. Berg, Esquire, [Berg is a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA, who prior hereto has filed a RICO lawsuit against Bush and others for the events of 9/11 and plans to re-file shortly] announced today that he was issuing a call for world leaders to arrest and try Bush and Cheney for the global crimes of 9/11/01.

Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in a letter to the nations throughout the world:

“It is time for the nations of the world to come forth and take the leadership because of the failure of the United States Government and the States where crimes were committed on 09/11/01, where no thorough investigation and indictments occurred, to investigate, arrest and prosecute the people responsible for the murders on 9/11/01, specifically including George W. Bush and Richard Cheney. ”

Berg continued there is overwhelming evidence that:

“Bush and his cronies made 9/11 happen or let it happen. And, if they let it happen, then they made it happen. Either way, they are responsible; and more important, they have completely and unequivocally covered-it-up!”

Berg’s letter went on to say:

“The trial and execution of Saddam Hussein marks the “end of a difficult year for the Iraqi people and for our troops” according to President Bush.

Now, it is time for world leaders to take the lesson learned from Iraq and issue a warrant for the arrest of George W. Bush and Richard Cheney; arrest them; take them to a neutral country; try them for the murder of over 2,800 people from more than 80 countries on 9/11/01 and, when found guilty, sentence them appropriately. Jurisdiction would be proper in any of the more than 80 countries whose citizens were murdered on 9/11.

Despite a near-complete corporate media embargo on the wealth of evidence indicating that the 9/11 attacks were caused or knowingly permitted to happen by top figures in the Administration and the military, 84 % of the U.S. public, according to an October 2006 CBS/NY Times poll, is unconvinced by the “Official Story,” and agrees that the President and others caused or allowed the attacks to happen.

That an event such as 9/11 was desired by powerful Administration figures, including Cheney and Jeb Bush, the President’s brother, is a matter of record, as the Project for the New American Century’s [PNAC] blueprint for worldwide U.S. dominance entitled “Rebuilding America’s Defenses,” stated that the program they advocated could win popular support only with the help of a “catastrophic and catalyzing event, like a new Pearl Harbor” which (we are supposed to believe to be coincidence) came to pass just 8 months after many of the co-signers of the PNAC document assumed high positions in the new Bush Administration in January 2001.

As President John F. Kennedy stated, “Things do not just happen; they are made to happen.” There has never been an investigation of 9/11 that had not concluded, before it even began, that the Official Story convicting Osama bin Laden and absolving the Administration and the military of complicity of anything worse than “intelligence failures,” which thereby made the outcome a foregone conclusion.

It is time that the men who had the motive, means and the opportunity to commit the terrible crimes of 9/11, and who have profited by it politically as well as financially, be exposed for their role and held to account.

The world has suffered since the horrific acts of Bush and his cronies on 9/11, that being the events of 9/11 and the aftermath, the illegal act of war against Afghanistan and Iraq that has caused the death and injury of hundreds of thousands, including thousands of U.S. troops; the destruction of property and the enormous costs involved.

Saddam was tried, found guilty and sentenced to death after being convicted of murder in the killings of 148 Shiite Muslims from an Iraqi town where assassins tried to kill him in 1982. This number of killings that Saddam Hussein was found guilty of is far less than Bush and his cronies caused to die on 9/11.

The 148 Iraqi deaths for which Saddam was tried pales in number to the 750,000 dead at the hands of George W. Bush as a result of this illegal invasion of that country which includes babies, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers, elderly grandmothers and grandfathers, killed without remorse by George W. Bush and his war profiteering supporters.

Bush continues the war in Iraq to keep the world’s attention there and not on the atrocities caused by him on 9/11, including the possibility of Bush sending up to 40,000 more troops to Iraq, even though a majority of the American people are against this increase.

The world must act now because our own government has failed us. We cannot relent until real justice is reached. Only by exposing the truth of 9/11 and revealing how it was used as the “trigger event” to justify the neocon’s imperial policy can we put these events in proper prospective.”

THANK YOU

Mr Berg! You're a great American!

Philip Berg is a veritable

Philip Berg is a veritable tour de'force. Read up on his history and you'll certainly be impressed.

Witnesses to History

We are all eye-witnesses to the second Fall of the Roman Empire. Be brave and stay strong all you true voices in the dark storm. All evil empires are historical victims of their own mistakes and miscalculations. This evil shall also perish. Work for justice. Open your eyes.

This sort of thing...

....can't happen on too many fronts.....

Thank you, Mr. Berg....

Again, yikes.

Greenback, your thoughts please.

I mentioned this when this same item came up previously. To me at least, this effort looks hopelessly unrealistic. Do others here feel the same way?

What if world leaders were to agree with Berg, what will they then do? Arresting people takes a police force, does it not? How would it get here? Would the policemen or soldiers have passports and visas? Would they fly here on commercial airliners? Or is this an invasion of some sort? Sure looks wacky to me.

Most world leaders depend on U.S. contacts in so many ways that even those who agree with this Berg effort will not likely admit to it.

I am not entirely sure of Berg's motives here. Why would he espouse something so outlandish? It has less than no feasibility. It looks clownish to even suggest this, doesn't it?

Does anyone else see it this way? I agree about the sentiments: they are satisfying to read. But what result can this letter have? Who did he send it to, anyway? What response does he expect or hope for?

Let's see

To me the intent seems to be when an good opportunity arises. Like when they are out of this country. It would be interesting to see how the secret service would react if they did try to arrest Bushie out of this country.

Consequences...

Possible consequences if bushie were arrested in a foreign country (if such a thing is even possible):

Someone would spin his arrest in a foreign country as an act of war. Those who arrested him would be portrayed as terrorist sympathizers. Massive bloodshed ensues. Nobody wins.

One of a dozen hypothetical situations. Not many of them very good. I think this may be a dead-end. (I could be wrong.)

Sorry I don't have any better ideas to offer.

All valid concerns--unless

All valid concerns--unless it is another Western power: Germany, France, Spain--there's a thought, Spain would be good. Yeah, they'd TRY to spin it, but it doesn't work so well when the target isn't a Third World country populated with brown faces.

Course on that last point, Spain is pushing it--lots of sun-tanned people...

Impeachment. Accountability. A better world.

More important than the

More important than the possibility of Georgie-boy getting off the plane in some foriegn land and then some beat-cop slapping the cuffs on him is the amount of publicity and frankness we recieve for the entire 911 matter. It forces more people in Official positions to look at the facts. The Truth Movement will likely be similiar to the Civil Rights Movement in that it won't happen over night (though with the advent of the internet we should expect a much quicker growth in awareness). With the Civil Rights Movement, it finally reached the point when the Truth was undeniable common knowledge: people of color are no different than whites, and treating them otherwise based on the color of their skin is backwards thinking. The same will happen with the Truth Movement. We'll see the day when it will be undeniable common knowledge that the Bush Administration murdered nearly 3000 people on 911 (and hundreds of thousands more since then). With Truth on our side, and a mountain of evidence, we can only grow. How fast it happens is the only mystery.

the comment

is not made, I think, as a realistic prescription for what world governments will, could or might do at this point in time. Though, in a fanciful world, we certainly wish it -would- happen. More, it seems to me, this is a moral statement and indictment of the criminal government of the United States and it states a moral requirement for what the world - should - do. And it acknowledges that the responsibility for examining and responding to this terrible false flag event lies with the rest of the world as much as it lies with we, the citizens, who are unable to arrest and indict our own leaders. It also indicates to the world that some/many Americans view our subsequent actions in the world as criminal and hegemonic. And the world has now no reason not to view our government with disdain and revulsion. That as we act in the world with violence and greed to achieve global dominion the remaining countries of the world can now see we have no legitimacy. That our government only represents avarice, power, death and distruction.

I am but writing off the top of my head here because I have to leave in a moment. But these are my first thoughts. Perhaps others can modify or add to this.

OK, I get it...

So this is just a protest, and Berg hopes it gets wide publicity as a protest. I had the impression people here and elsewhere thought this kind of international legal action could actually take place. If his letter is a protest, and people see it as such, very good.

I did notice that 9-11Review.com, a very solid website , I believe, lists Berg's two lawsuits as "legal subterfuge," muddying the legal landscape on behalf of this country's current administration and its cover ups. Here are the links:

http://www.911review.com/disinfo/lawsuits.html#mariani
http://www.911review.com/disinfo/lawsuits.html#rodriguez

I am really amazed at the sophistication of the disinformation. I do not know if Berg is part of that. Readers can decide for themselves. If Berg reads this I hope he responds since so far I do not know how to evaluate his actions.

Legal Question

Not trying to be a naysayer here, but I hope someone can clarify something for me.

The 5th amendment of the Bill of Rights protects against self-incrimination. Does that give someone the right to cover-up a crime?

No, it gives you the right

No, it gives you the right not to testify against yourself in a court of law, or remain silent. You can choose to testify if you want, but they can't force you to.

Of course this does not give you the right to cover up a crime which is itself a crime. See:

for more.
