Thank you John Feal

I wanted to thank John Feal for everything he is doing to help 9/11 first responders. John has helped my family more than once. He made sure that my 11 year old daughter had Christmas presents under the tree and food for us to eat. As I watch my husband get sicker everyday, knowing that John Feal is out there fighting for my husband and all the other responders gives us a little peace and hope. Thank you John Feal and everyone from the Feal Good Foundation for all you do every single day.

John Feal is a good man

I wish you, your daughter, and your husband all the best in the future. You deserve better than you have received from this government.

John Feal a good man

Thank you for your kind words.Unfortunately the future
is a word we don't use anymore in our house.Fact is
me, and alot of other responders future is bleek at
best.Yes, we do deserve better, but if the government
your talking about is Mayor Bloomberg's government
or Gov.Pataki's government. You are right, it is those
two who have given 9/11 responders the least.
Bloomberg himself is responsible for 1 billion dollars
that would make a lot of our lives easier. I know John
Feal would also appreciate it. Although, I know John and he will give most if not all of what he gets to the still sick and suffering. Thank you again,
Joe Picurro

I'm sure...

He'll appreciate this. And know that he will see it.

Thank you John Feal

Thank you Jon Gold for posting my comment. I can't even begin to explain what it is like watching someone you love die such a horrible, painful death. Everyday I wake up I thank God that my husband is still here. Sometimes I check on him all night making sure he is still breathing. There are so many men and women who are so sick, they can't fight anymore. Thank you for everything you do and not forgetting about these hereoes and their families.

Tell your husband...

I said thank you.

Here...

Is the "About Me" from Mrs. Picurru's profile.

I am the wife of a dying 9/11 first responder. The daily struggle trying to get medical and financial help is a nightmare. As I watch my husband get sicker and sicker, I thank God everyday for people like John Feal and Anne Marie Bauman. The feal good foundation has helped my family numerous times. The helped give our 11 year old daughter Christmas. My husband volunteered 28 days at ground zero. We have met many sick and dying responders over the last 2 1/2 years and we have become family. I promised my husband when he was first diagnosed with 9/11 related illness' that no matter what I would never give up fighting for him and all the other Heroes of 9/11. John Feal has become family to us and he deserves so much for putting all the sick and dying responders before himself. I thank God everyday that there are people like John Feal out there.
