Eric D. Williams Still In At 9-11 Accountability Conference?
According to Dylan Avery at his blog:
'Louder Than Words LLC will no longer be able to participate in the upcoming 9/11 Accountability Conference in Arizona on February 23rd - 25th, due to the involvement of Eric D. Williams who has authored a book promoting Holocaust denial, entitled "The Puzzle Of Auschwitz."'
Dylan has more at the Loose Change Forums:
"Eric is still attached to the conference. And apparently Kevin Barret has made some off-color remarks concerning the Holocaust as well. It's a very unfortunate situation for all involved."
This confirms what New Times blogger Stephen Lemons reported when he covered local ACLU honcho Alessandra Soler Meetze's withdrawal:
"PS: Meetze also let me in on the fact that recent e-mails from Knudson to her were cc’d to none other than Holocaust denier Eric Williams, who is supposedly no longer a part of the Chandler 9/11 conference."

It does seem like there is something fishy
going on, especially with the media trying label us as racists (Yes Paula Zahn I'm talking about you). I would want to be very careful about who I associate myself with, definitely. However, the conference website states:
As a result of the controversy surrounding Eric D. Williams, he has stepped down from involvement in the 9/11 Accountability Conference. The 911 Accountability Conference does not support Holocaust denial, nor does the 9/11 Truth Movement. No speaker listed here is known to have published works related to the Holocaust.
So not sure why Dylan still thinks he's in.

I'm not sure why Dylan still thinks he's involved and he may have a valid reason. However, the website clearly says that he has withdrawn from any participation and he is nowhere on any of the website pages. I went ahead and emailed the two Arizona Truth people I've been in touch with for a definitive statement and I'll let you know what I hear from them.

For PR purposes, it is best Dylan does not attend. At this point, the conference has been labeled as a "Holocaust denier" conference. Of course it is not; but you wouldn't want msm to report when LC Final Cut arrives that Dylan Avery has attended a conference with Holocaust deniers (again, it doesn't matter what the reality is here; it just wouldn't look good). If I were a Hollywood type advising Dylan, I would recommend he stay home. For the sake of his movie, it just isn't worth fighting this battle.

But it almost doesn't matter "who" does the labeling. I'm not saying the conference should be labeled as such. Just saying the LC guys, who will be in the mainstream media spotlight in a few months, don't need another ad hominem attack to repel. They will have their hands full.
It's a shame that things work this way, but for the LC crew I don't think this conference is a battle worth waging. They have to pick their spots more carefully. For everyone else, I don't see a problem with attending the conference. Williams has been removed as a speaker.
