Another lefty laughs at the denier "movement"
From the Atlantic Free Presss, this dude is another Bush-hating, American despising, far-left pontificator. He also thinks the conspiradroid army are as stupid as I do...

I have done my homework. I have read the official report of the 9/11 Commission. I have logged onto the 9/11 Truth Movement website to study “The Top 40 Reasons to Doubt the Official Story of September 11, 2001.” I have diligently read every pro-conspiracy theory article that has come my way. I have watched the 9/11 Truth Movement videos such as, Loose Change and 911Mysteries: Part One. I read Steven E. Jones and books by David Ray Griffin. On the other side of the argument, I have read Popular Science’s book Debunking 9/11 Myths Why Conspiracy Theories Can't Stand Up to the Facts. I’ve watched the PBS Nova film Why The Towers Fell. I’ve tried to keep as open a mind as possible. My conclusion is that the “inside job” theory does not stand up to scrutiny.

The Feds have not “gotten to me.” I have no government funding to protect. I do not hold an elected office. I am distinguished by my lack of connections to corporations in the military-industrial complex… or any corporations for that matter. I have nothing that could be taken away from me for failure to “toe the White House line.”

One wonders if the 9/11 Truth Movement isn’t working backwards. Have they first decided the verdict, and then, second, gone about seeking the evidence to substantiate it?

However, what I find most disturbing is...

Americans has a rendezvous with destiny.

"the 9/11 truth movement website"

oh yeah, that one... this is the typical shillspiel--" I TRIED to make sense of it all, honest. But I still think the government's story is solid and indisputable."

Look look-even the Bush haters think the 9/11 people are wrong!

YAWN.

Where have I heard this before?

I looked at the website and "(m)y conclusion is that the “inside job” theory does not stand up to scrutiny." I'm not going to say anything about why or how. This kind of thing goes on here quite regularly, as well. "I've looked at the substantial quantity of material you suggested to me approximately 90 seconds ago and I conclude that it is baseless, and moreover, immature in its approach..."

How much was he paid to write that again?

no seriously. Who cares what this guy thinks?

It's not our fault he doesn't know how to objectively look at evidence.

"If you don’t believe FOX news then why would you believe a 9/11 video?"

Weak. How about evidence for one? How about logical and rational arguments?

This is a smarmy hit piece:

"Calvert’s study points out that with a radically different and flimsy design, the Twin Towers were the exact opposite of the solid Empire State Building, which survived the impact by a B-52 bomber in 1945."

BULLSHIT. The building was designed to survive hurricanes, bombings and plane crashes. In fact I have a statement by one of the building designers who said that the only way he could imagine the destruction of the WTC buildings would be through controlled demolition.

I did a study of building designer comments before and after 9/11. It is VERY revealing.

“We're an empire now, and when we act we create our own reality."

Contradictory

It's interesting to note how contradictory this journalist is being. He says that he has examined all the evidence and cannot believe it is an inside job, and that 9/11 truth seekers are not capable of accepting the truth. Yet he accepts that the 9/11 commission report does not respond to the answers and suggests that they may be covering up, be it incompetence or that they let it happen. Then he goes on to make giant leaps of faith (something that truth seekers are often accused of) by suggesting that the US administration could not have done it because they are too stupid. Unfortunately this is representative of the media these days. Nearly 3000 people died on 9/11 and the least the world can expect is an explanation that responds to all the unanswered questions and removes the dozens of convenient coincidences.
