Please Help 9/11 Truth Team- Is digged rigged?

I have never seen anything like this in my life.
The average Number of Diggs to get to the Homepage is about 50.
The Lowest I ever seen was 16. The highest I ever seen was about 100, Usually from Littlegreenfootballs.com
This article Has close to 200 Diggs, And has not been made Popular, And has Not Been Buried.
Does anybody know why this is happening?

Yes, I've seen several Alex Jones stories with 400+ diggs,
but they do not show up anywhere on the Digg site!
Lately, I've been unable to digg stories I've seen on Alex Jones & here too on 9/11 Blogger.
