Did Dick Cheney lie about his whereabouts on the morning of 9/11 to conceal his issuance of a 'stand down' order that allowed the 9/11 attacks to succeed?

A quick critique about the production...
I think this was rich with information however:
The computer generated soundtrack was distracting me from the message that was being conveyed...the sound had too much of a life of its own or something. Maybe mix it up a bit with something else. I was hoping for a voice over...not that I mind reading, but most people want to get to the point faster. It was a bit slow between fades.

The one thing
...that stands out,and blows me away is why Hamilton did'nt seek clairification on Mineta's remarks.
I still wanna know what f**king plane was 50-30-10 miles out?

It's the games they play
They aren't stupid, so there is a reason why they do what they do.
It's the same reason why they asked Clinton, "Did you have 'sexual relations' with that woman?" instead of "Did you have ANY sexual contact with that woman?"
They set him up to try to get him to purger himself, and, depending on your definition of "sexual relations" (inclusive of which I, personally, do not include fellatio), they did just that by using an "expansive definition".
