Student Scholars for 9|11 Truth Talk with Dennis Kucinich: His Address to the 9|11 Truth Movement, His Investigations, & More!

Justin Martell talks with Presidential Candidate Dennis Kucinich for the third time. In this interview, Kucinich speaks directly to the 9|11 Truth Movement and talks of two key points that himself and his sub-committee will be focusing on in order to open up the investigations into 9|11. At the end of the interview, Kucinich says, "I'm talking about taking a couple small steps - but there will be steps taken.... well you have to start somewhere.... and because I can, I will." Take a look and continue fighting for the truth!

Ok. Ron Paul needs to kick it up a notch.

Hey, Congressman Paul! Kucinich is setting the benchmark here.

Well, it's finally in the mainstream.

Maybe this is the soft pitch that Dr. Paul hits out of the park in the primaries.. I hope he will, there's certainly no other republican presidential contender that's volunteered much of anything on 9/11 investigation.

a lightning rod on either side of the aisle--smells like...

an attempt to control and keep us out of the "mainstream" election, debates, etc...

Real Truther a.k.a. Verdadero Verdadero - Harvard Task Force

Again with the pessimism and negativity. I can understand, but let's look at the positives here.

He's been extremely considerate, willing to listen, and has promised to ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING TANGIBLE FOR 9/11 TRUTH.

He also said that if they "can tease out a few things here", that would provide the support and means for another full-on investigation.

This is absolutely wonderful because he's actually in a position in Congress TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING, ie, hold hearings.

I can't wait to see what these two key discrepencies/aspects of 9/11 Truth he's going to address. If it's Space Beams and Cell Phones not working at high altitutes in 2001, then we can be pessimistic and negative towards to DK for trying to capture our atttention and control us and leading us nowhere and thus undermining the whole thing.

However, I think he's really into seeking the truth. I HOPE!!!!

Basically, I'm supporting....

.....the most aggressive 9/11 Truth Candidate out there, and right now, that's Dennis Kucinich, hands down....

DK has raised the bar.

Great job again, Student Scholars....fantastic work once again....

If this is aggressive...or 'the most aggressive'...then we are in big trouble.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

I'm still on the fence in terms of my level of trust in Kucinich. I trust Ron Paul moreso.

But I can't see how they'd be able to launch a new investigation into 9/11 without being murdered. Call me a pessimist if you will, but I can't imagine a change of president will properly fix the US. Too many crooks involved in 9/11 would have too much to lose, should there be a real investigation. In the end, I believe it will be the citizens of the US who will take back their country (probably by force, terrifying though it sounds).

I supported Kucinic

as the most aggressive anti-war candidate in 2004. He stabbed me in the back, is one way of looking at it. Still, I hope it's a good thing - I'm just wary. He's a career politician, and not to be trusted for that simple reason.

everything rides on what 2 discrete areas he means

Whenever he is at liberty to tell us, we can decide whether it is an honest and potentially helpful inquiry, or just more delaying tactic BS.

It irked me when he said essentially "I don't HAVE to do anything but because I can I will..." Uhhh, congressman, you have to. As do all of your colleagues. This is not some favor you are doing to a potential bloc of supporters--this is your duty to fulfill your oath of office.

We're waiting.

Real Truther a.k.a. Verdadero Verdadero - Harvard Task Force

Yea whats up with that?

Not at liberty to say? WTF?

Is this where I wait and watch and follow Dennis as he cautiously takes 'baby steps' towards 9/11 truth while waging a presidential campaign?

Total weakness. There is no fucking sense of urgency in this man's voice.

Someone remind Dennis that we are about to invade Iran using the same shoddy 'intelligence' we used in Iraq.

Someone tell Dennis that a couple hundred thousand people have been killed, maimed, mutilated, and destroyed in Iraq already.

There are no time for baby steps and I'm not ready to wait while you have baby step meetings on sekrit topics.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

Ring Around The Rosie

Look, I'm not trying to be the doubting Thomas here....but is anyone else concerned that Kucinich, 5 years later, is 'talking' about taking a 'couple' 'small' steps" toward 9/11 Truth?

Come on? Is this for real.

If he truly feels that 9/11 has not been adequately investigated then he should be yelling this from the top of his lungs.

Our government has created a perpetual state of war...generations of wars....a way of life dominated by war....all made possible by 9/11 or the 9/11 Cover-up rather.

The whole Kucinich angle reminds me of someone throwing their hungry dog a bone.

Baby steps? A couple? geesh.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

yeah, he's too weak on this topic. The guy's already on the inside, so he has an unique opportunity to rally his fellow politicians on this matter. This cloak and dagger stuff is to get our votes. Then he'll drop the topic altogether.

I have to agree...

With JPass' and Tired's comments above.

We will find no solutions to anything in these bought-and-paid-for politicians. I keep hearing people wanting a "new investigation" of 9/11. To be performed by whom? When? It's all bs. We are being stalled, as the police state goes into full swing, then its game over.

I hope everyone can wake up before its too late.

Physics/Science/Mathematics do not lie, only people do.
9/11 was an INSIDE JOB

I'm always so negative about the truth movement. I always feel like nothing is going to happen regarding justice. I have this feeling that if the movement gets too close to the truth getting exposed and national acceptance that all it will take will be one dirty bomb and one declaration of martial law and a free internet will disappear, along with every other freedom.

But lately I've been thinking that it's probably something like Martial Law that would wake up the sleeping American Revolution....

This slow politician crap isn't going to help anything or anyone. As CattleRustler said, who in God's name will be the new commission?

I think you are rational

I think that your response to 9/11 Truth is rational. Read my post below about 'negotiating with terrorists'.

If one truly believes 9/11 was an inside job, that a faction within the US Gov. executed 9/11 attacks, you have to consider that we have some ruthless, murdering sobs in office.

The question is, "will it only escalate from here?"

Have activists achieved anything since 9/11? Have we slowed the burn and is it worth it?

I think 9/11 Truth has done good in awakening people but in the end, it's been 5 years and hardly any politician's will touch 9/11. The leading democratic candidates won't even acknowledge 9/11 Truth and many supposed 'left wing' publications are on record calling 9/11 Truth nutters, crackerjacks, moonbats etc. etc.

I don't see any of these people throwing their reputations away to support 9/11 Truth. Same with politicians. If 9/11 Truth is right, then they all have to admit they got duped and the price is pretty hefty when you admit that after you've supported murderous invasions based on your 'misunderstanding' of the true nature of 911.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

yea a new investerbation....

If we look at the situation rationally...if we consider our own conclusions rationally...then the entire "new investigation" argument is a waste of time.

If 9/11 was truly an inside job as I suspect it was, then we will not get a 'new investigation'. If 5 years have passed and hardly one single elected leader has stood up (with force) to demand answers...there is not much hope.

I think, looking at our circumstances rationally, you would be better off creating your emergency plan, stocking some supplies, and learning how to exercising your 2nd amendment right.

I mean is it REALLY a possibility that those with the power to pull of such an inside job would likely submit to a 'new investigation'?

Unfortunately our circumstance is more like that of an abused spouse rather then informed citizens trying to lobby their government.

Bush is right. You can't negotiate with terrorists. I truly believe that the United States Government has engaged in terrorism on it's own people and nations elsewhere.

You can't negotiate with terrorists and they will never participate in 'new investigations' 5 years after the fact.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

The new investigation has already been conducted

9/11 Truth IS the investigation. America supports it and I know this by just conducting my own polls with random people walking own the street.

Randomly, 5 or 6 out of 10 people seem to support a new 9/11 investigation. At the very least, they don't think the US Gov. theory on 9/11 is truthful.

So, my point is that the investigation has been done by you and me and the results are in.

We are just looking for confirmation and support from the media and our government. It won't come. Never will. These bodies have already staked their reputations on the 'official theory' of 9/11.

Imagine they all come out saying '9/11 Truth may be on to something'. Every talking head, news publication, political rag, lefty web site will have to come out and apologize for their negative portrayal of 9/11 Truth. They will be forever tarnished in the minds of they are already in mine.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

Do you really expect the corrupt elite

to investigate itself and remove itself from power?

I didn't think so.

The anthrax "attacks" and the Wellstone assassination effectively shut down whatever small mainstream opposition there might have been.

I understand your frustration, we all get frustrated from time to time. My advice is don't dwell on it and certainly don't give in to it.

This has always been about the grassroots taking the government back and that is just what we're doing. This takes time, if you are frustrated at the pace of the Truth movement's progress, then ask yourself what YOU can do to make it go faster or make you're peace with the reality that this is a long, hard struggle.

We are asking for nothing less than a second American revolution as was foreseen by the founding fathers when they wrote the Constitution.

Revolutions don't happen overnight and the reforms we are talking about amount to a revolution in our country. It took us over 200 years to get to this sorry state of affairs and we are in the process of waking up the most diverse country in the world while working against the most sophisticated political propaganda machine in human history. This is no easy task, but we are well on our way to reaching critical mass so please don't snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

No one person is going to do this for us. Not Rep. Kucinich, not Rep. Paul; and definitely not any celebrities. We have to do this ourselves and when you think about it, we should do it for ourselves. For if the reborn republic were to come from the elites it would serve those elites. The means create the end.

If you need to take a break and recharge your batteries, take a break. Your brothers and sisters will understand, we will stay focused and keep a place for you when you choose to come back.

Please keep in mind that revolutions are organic beings, they have a life of their own and each one has a unique dynamic. Rarely do the masses understand that they are in the middle of a revolution until it actually happens and when it does, it is like a switch going on. But there is an enormous amount of heavy lifting that has to happen before that happens and that is what we are doing right now.

I hope that you sense, as I do, that we are on the brink of a major breakthrough. We all need to keep on talking to our friends, family, neighbors and strangers we meet everyday and calmly put the message out there. This is how we win, one person at a time, one day at a time.

We are closer than you think.

I hope that you and yours are well.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

thanks, man. that's a great post.

Good comment as usual, LW; thanks.

I also like to think of our situation as similar to the one in British India, before independence. Gandhi led the freedom movement. But, if you look at what he actually did, maybe 98% of it was what he called "village uplift," involving improving sanitation, introducing new methods of agriculture, elevating the role of women in public life, dissolving caste barriers, and so on. He felt that these steps were crucial to achieving their goal of national independence.

In our case it is a public education campaign. That is our currrent stage. We do have to be patient about it.

But your comment also assumes a major restructuring of society. That takes lots more than education.

People here mention the Federal Reserve. I haven't looked into that, but suspect there is some major rot there, as people are saying. And total illegitimacy too. Other 'Bretton Woods' institutions too, are rotten, I suspect: World Bank, IMF, and so on. I think there are five of them all told, including the Fed. They are completely undemocratic. Despotic might be the right descriptor. They support (and enforce) what is happening all over the world: wars, drug trade, arms trade, and, in general, elite power over everyone everywhere.

I personally think it is impossible to have freedom in this country, and democracy, and also have several secret and independent powers, like the CIA and DIA, actually running things. They have no accountability and no limits on power.

(That fact is why Dennis K. speaks so softly about 911, IMO. He knows who is actually running things. He also knows that one does not survive long going against that power.)

We also need voting rights, which are gone in some areas of the country, and honest and accountable vote-counting, as well as major election reforms to vastly defuse the role of money in purchasing victories.

And so on... the list is quite long.

And thanks again.

The second American revolution,

like the first, will spark revolutionary change throughout the world.

The process of corporate globalization will flip on itself with the world-wide human connections and global communications networks already in place being utilized to free people to address their local conditions while sharing information and solutions on a planetary scale in near real time.

Due to our history as an immigrant nation and our incredibly diverse population we in the US are uniquely positioned to lead the world in this transformation; not as father/mother, but as brother/sister. Our "hidden" multi-cultural DNA gives us the strength, wisdom and global reach to spread the virus that is true freedom to every corner of the planet.

Yes, there will be economic dislocation as we are forced to transition to a sustainable economy and the present failing paradigm has incredible inertia. Some completely unsustainable Xurbs will vanish overnight, others will have to radically change or be abandoned. The American people have always had a can do spirit and I know that we are up to the job.

Globalism will come to mean a worldwide aggregation of local communities. Political borders will fade and natural, organic boundaries based on physical geography and sustainable ecosystems/economies will emerge.

The international truth movement is the vanguard of this process. We understand that the system is rapidly failing and see the paradigm shift ahead. Our job is to educate, organize and lay the groundwork for the profound peaceful change that is coming. One key element is the conceptual evolution of politics that is now occurring. We know that the manufactured partisan politics that now dominates public discourse is dead and we are actively digging its grave today. The coming revolution will be a joyful wake.

The means create the end, which is really just another beginning.

We are all brothers and sisters on this big, beautiful blue ball.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Great stuff, LW. Thank you for all your work with thoughts and words... I put them into the transmogrifier, and presto! Inspired action.

Thanks again.

LeftWright, what you write here reminds me of Dave Korten's very deep analyses,. especially in his most recent book, The Great Turning. Have you read it? I am not pushing it, but only noticing the similarity in thought.

Anyone interested could look at his website.

I have been in contact with Dave. He is sympathetic to 9-11 truth.

I like Kucinich a lot,

I like Kucinich a lot, Michael Meacher is meant to be running for Labour leader I just wish he would stay as consistent as a guy like Kucinich. Also that's another great job by the Student Scholars for 9/11 Truth!!

Me too

Dem, I too like Kucinich. If he seems weak, there may be good reason for that; see my comment about it above, to LW.

Sometimes being or appearing weak is the only way to go, unfortunately. This 911 issue in public politics is one such case it seems.

That said, isn't weakness an inherent feature of being a politician? Each one of them has to crave public approval, or powers-that-be approval. All of them are weak.

Our job is to make it easier even for weak people to come out strong on this issue. We have more work to do there.

If someone with integrity is in charge, the momentum will

be on the side of the rule of law. The last best hope appears to me to be Dr. Ron Paul.

Also, please do not belittle the 9/11 truth movement. I'm sure you mean well, but at no point was it ever easy. There have been many personal sacrifices for many of us, and I think that an incredible amount has been accomplished in an orderly, peaceloving fashion. The best thing you can do is think and act positively. The truth is self-evident, focus on helping others deal with 9/11 truth as you once had to deal with it.

New Zogby Poll

We need a new Zogby poll to show the politicians that whoever supports 9/11 truth can potentially get a lot of votes.

There is a guy on the LC forum willing to pay 1$ for each 1$ pledged towards paying for a new Zogby poll.

Everyone who wants a new Zogby on 9/11 truth please go there!

enough with the doomshilling! we are SO kicking ass...

And I'm not saying you're doing it on purpose, but it makes no sense to be so negative when we are just breaking into the mainstream media--does that not strike you as progress? pay absolutely no attention to what poltiicians say or do--they will follow where WE lead our fellow citizens--why would they risk taking the lead? yes, that's right, they are NOT our leaders--they are part of the problem. WE are leading the charge here, and while 5 years from now no one will know who the hell Dennis Kucinich was, WE will still be here, and more vocal and supported than ever.

People get upset when I criticize Alex Jones, but I think he is responsible for a lot of this negativity. He is like a preacher screaming about Armaggedon. The world is NOT going to end--the perps do NOT have the power to enslave us all and put us in camps. That is pure BS. How do I know that? Because it would have already happened. Because Rosie would not be on TV saying what she's saying. Let me say this again--ONLY WE can defeat us. THEY cannot.

I feel better than I ever have about our progress at this point. I see people reading the materials I leave around my office building, people around me are starting to understand the issues much more, not just saying yeah I must be right. It's happening people--thee is no question at this point that we are winning and winning big. Check out where Rosie is at this point--you people are WORRIED? Bring it ON!!

Bill O'Reilly's. Rosie has really gone too far this time.
Rosie's. She should be able to express an opinion that she feels is underrepresented in the media.
Neither. I find them both annoying.

A non-negative/positive message post, RT!! Yeah!

I agree about AJ, some of his negative vibes can really bring me down, and I listen to the guy just about every day. However, I do believe that they could instill Martial Law and put us into camps if they wanted to. But to say he's not credible...I don't get that. Maybe, "he's not always the most positive guy" fits better. Either way, he has brought in thousands and thousands of us to the movement, is extremely passionate about fighting the NWO, fights every single day, reaches out to hundreds of thousands if not millions, and that cannot be denied.

Cautious Optimism Here

Folks, I can understand why one would be skeptical of what Kucinich has said here. But let's not be negative about it. This is one of the most direct and positive statements for Truth finding made by a mainstream politician. Cynthia McKinney is awesome, but she did not have anywhere near the power that Dennis now has. We all know where an honest investigation of couple of key points will lead. He needs be discrete and measured about this. Or he'll end where Paul Wellstone did. I, for one, will support Kucinich, until someone proves better.

The Student Scholars for 911 Truth Rule!!

You're absolutely right.

And yes, Justin Martell and the gang do rule. Way to go!

Calm and collected... unlike

Calm and collected...

unlike Obama who was fidgety, noticably agitated, and eager to get away from the student scholars.

///////////////////// - $1 DVDs shipped - email for info

thats right, she didnt have

thats right, she didnt have much power and she still asked Rumsfeld and Myers to their faces about the wargames(and other damning issues). whats Dennis gonna ask now that he has some real(subpoena) power? im not optimistic but his comments do have me a little bit hopeful. i better see some action soon though.

For those of you who

are advocating for Ron Paul, I would say that Kucinich has said more in my videos with him than Ron Paul said in the video I did with him. Kucinich went into detail, while Ron Paul left a lot to be desired. Kucinich has a lot of courage to even be saying what he's saying. Just because he didn't say what he's going to be looking into on camera doesn't mean he didn't tell us off camera....

All this negativity is totally uncalled for. He said that he's GOING to hold hearings. And as far as the "small steps" are concerned, it would be political suicide for him to come right out and say 9/11 Was An Inside Job. If he adhered to all of you bloggers who say that he needs to go all the way he'd get Wellstoned, and then we'd have nothing.

Thank you for the insight...

There's alot that we don't see through the short clips of course. Hopefully the 9/11 truth surge in the mainstream lately will help make this a safer topic for all candidates. Frankly I've been very optimistic for the last year or so, it's just very exciting to see the truth finally coming out in the public and politcal arenas.

Justin A. Martell:

Young as he may yet be... A World Ambassador for Truth, I believe he is already.

Thank you! But I'm not seeking credit! Just the truth!

Justin A. Martell

In a soldier's stance, I aimed my hand at the mongrel dogs who teach! Fearing not that I'd become my enemy in the instant that I preach! My pathway led by confusion boats...mutiny from stern to bow!

Right on, Justin

Awesome job with these videos, and thanks for coming here and adding more insight. It's terrible the way some people just bash away at people with courage and integrity who understand the subtle art of politics better than they do. Kucinich is the real deal, and knows far more about what is going on behind the scenes with 9/11 and many other suppressed issues than he lets on in public. He's more effective in what he can accomplish that way than if he came out and said 9/11 was an inside job, or spoke about the other things that he knows about. He's ridiculed enough as it is by the MSM, and to go farther rhetorically would be political suicide and he'd be able to accomplish NOTHING then. Kucinich is definitely an ally. Don't antagonize him, support him. If he doesn't go far enough for you, find someone else who will or get elected yourself. Attacking him for not going far enough when he has gone farther than any other politician of his stature is counterproductive and reeks of armchair quarterbacking.

Come again?

"If he adhered to all of you bloggers who say that he needs to go all the way he'd get Wellstoned, and then we'd have nothing."

First off, what's with the oppositional tone of "all you bloggers"? We're people, remember? And...we're supposedly on the same side. So what's with that kind of talk anyway?

As for Kucinich getting "Wellstone'd", it's simply not true. Why? Because it would look too suspicious. Wellstone was killed because at that time, there was no 9/11 truth movement. They murdered him and got away with impunity. Now the truth movement is global.

Thirdly, you say that if Kucinich is out of the picture, "we'd have nothing". I beg to differ, buddy. We have a tremendous movement that SHALL NOT put all its eggs in one congressional basket. We won't make that same mistake that past movements in the U.S. have made.

Anyway, as for a new investigative body, I think it should be comprised of an international array of people, consisting of physicists, alternative media types, theologians, educated people of many stripes. Not as difficult as it might seem if the proper organization is undertaken.

Awesome job! SSF911

Having politicians supporting the movement is important. Although, like someone said before, they will not do anything until those issues are really hitting the mainstream hard. I think these days the impact of celebrities speaking out are far more powerful. I will urge everyone to post 9/11 truth messages on celebrities pages, like myspace and others. Keep posting them and force them to address the issue. If a group of celebrities come out at the same time. This will definitely create a bigger buzz and impact than anything else.

is a good man & has been against the Iraq war from the get-go. To try & bring him down is pointless.

The guy is doing his part & it is up to individuals to force their own congressmen & senators to face the 9/11 issue.

questioning his

questioning his motives(especially on a website) is far from bringing him down. hes talking some talk right now. good. now lets see if he takes real action. if he doesnt, THEN you will see him brought down.

Completely OT

Just noticed that Michael Moore is advertising a quasi-911 truth book on his library page. (last book listed, of course, has anyone read it?).

Peter Lance's

Cover Up: What the Government Is Still Hiding about the War on Terror probably advances the same analysis that his book about Ali Mohamed, Triple Cross, did. This is a truly convoluted and implausible blowback interpretation that brilliantly stretches credulity to record lengths.

While there is some good information in these books, only those in deep denial will take them at face value. That said, I will probably get around to reading it one day.

I hope that you and yours are well.

The truth shall set us free. Love is the only way forward.

Go, Student Scholars!!!

You guys give me more hope for the future than any other "group" but those people commenting here at the 'blogger'. You show these politico asses for what they are!!! Obama looked like a total shill the other day, I lost every ounce of respect I had for the guy.

Never thought I'd consider Rosie O'Donnell a hero, but seeing Dennis Miller suggest a debate-wow, we're making some headway here. She made a powerful point about how endangered this country is. And all these zombies, I understand that they trust that we'll do the dirty work for them.

And Student Scholars are doing great! Calmly, peacefully getting in these guy's faces and posting the videos up here so thousands of us can watch their reactions. Obama can't edit the video showing him appearing to be a mainstream scandalous politician. It should be available somewhere on the Internet until martial law is declared/the Revolution begins. Wait, the Revolution has already began, we are just trying to take the peaceful route.

I think there're enough people over at Patriotsfortruth to help us out when the shit hits the fan (and Pilotsfortruth, Westpoint...etc.) Meanwhile, for the rest of you, enjoy your Starbucks double lattes.

Student Scholars for 9-11 truth are "on it"...THANKS!

Justin, kindly tell Representative Kucinich that he will definitely get my vote if I see his statement ring true, with ground breaking MSM news about his inquiry into corruption by U.S. government officials regarding 9-11 . He mustn't rest on his laurels at this juncture in time. I hope the "couple of things" he is paying close attention to goes much further than simple inquiry...

Make it happen Kucinich. A straight forward probe / inquiry doesn't need a large staff to uncover enough truth to open new independent 9-11 commission to investigate thoroughly...

The real question is...How many contractors working for the Official 9-11 Commission did it take to screw America? American Taxpayers want the truth and their hard earned money refunded by any government sponsored corporation that gets implicated and convicted of crimes against the US.

John Buchanan

Does anybody know whatever happened to this guy? Back at the '04 elections he presented himself as the 9/11 Truth Candidate.

two things...

It will be clear when he reveals what hes is thinking about investigating (and apparently some here already know) where he's going with this. If it's any of the usual limited hangout issues don't expect unity--some of us will call him out on it and speaking for myself I will not be pulling any punches, having been betrayed by Kucinich before (when he caved and endorsed pro-war Kerry in 2004). Baby steps are fine for now, but they HAVE to be in the RIGHT direction.

on a lighter note and one that shows why we should be celebrating and NOT doomshilling... RO is now winning on the ABC News poll!

BO's totals have been stuck for a while now as Rosie's keep climbing. While it's not a scientific poll, it shows that we have more dedicated supporters by far.

Remember that exponential curve, that was flat and climbing slowly until it hits that point when it starts climbing steeply--we're climbing steeply now.... :)

Sorry, but...if I'm...

I'm supposed to believe or even TRUST a politician who is "talking about" taking "small steps" to investigating "sekrit" aspects of 9/11 attacks...

Give me a fuckin break guys. Forget being negative...let's be realistic. Let's be rational.

Do I have to remind all of you that it's been over 5 years since the attacks on 9/11. We have all worked hard and dedicated lots of focus.

How can you possibly not be super-cynical towards a man who has been just about silent on 9/11 for 5 years.

This man has been in office for how long? Imagine you are serving in the House and you are he..the lefty anti-war guy.

Is it remotely possible that you 'missed' 9/11 Truth for 5 years?

Is it remotely possible that you would idly stand by as the Bush admin. refused to testify under-oath and in public about 9/11? No transcripts...would YOU sit idly remember you are the lefty left of the house.

Not even remotely plausible guys. I would have thought Kucinich would be whispering about 9/11 so long ago. I guess they didn't need him yet.

Jebus's been FIVE YEARS!

Kucinich is known for being the far lefty left....and yet it's taken him over 5 years to begin a critical look at the official investigation of 9/11?

Now Dennis Kucinich is going to 'talk about' taking 'small steps'.

I hate to be negative but this guy is a joke. Clammoring to him like he's the 9/11 Truth Messiah is even more of a joke.

I'm not a dog, I'm not begging, and I don't want this bone.

Think about it....

FIVE GOD DAMN YEARS!! You are going to try and convince me that Kucinich was just recently 'awakened' by what? Fucking information that has been available to all of us for years?

Kucinich will serve a purpose but it won't be too everyone's (at 9/11 Truth) liking.

We don't have time for baby steps. If Kucinich thinks the events of 9/11 have not been adequately explained then he should be taking leaps and screaming at the top of his lungs. He must, it is his duty...his obligation to protect the lives of Americans and foreigners who continue to feel the wrath of our 'pay back' from 9/11.

I am not being negative for saying this. I'm being rational and realistic. This guy is a gatekeeper.

He addresses 9/11 Truth head on and says

"We are 'talking' about taking 'steps'"

And now what? Oh I get it. This is my bone. Dennis, thank you! I will now lap it up like a dog as I await the sekrit topics that we will be 'talking about' taking 'small steps' towards looking at.

Ruff Ruff.

Can't Stop 9/11 Fever

Well why don't you...

...go out and take the time to confront candidates like we do and see how far you get when you rant and rave at them like a lunatic. We're doing our best to make a difference and spread activism, and all you can do is be an armchair critic on the 911blogger forums. If you'd like to see candidates take a more active approach to 9/11 truth then I suggest you pick up a camera and start making your own videos.

well said.

You Student Scholars are inspirational and accomplishing great things. A perfect example of Webster's 9/11 Truth Squads. I wish we could clone you all (wait, that seems to be happening.... ;)

Don't get distracted by cheap criticism.

I think a lot of people fail to appreciate the dangerous, delicate position Kucinich is in (Wellstone, Anthrax, McKinney, Rosie etc.). I understand the impatience and frustration, but the few positive steps forward, taken by politicians, have to be nurtured and supported by us, not flamed for not being enough.

As has been said here many times, it's up to us, at the grassroots level, to lead and show that enough of us know and care.... and then politicians will move confidently. The critics need to channel their frustration into questioning whether they are doing enough in their own activism.

Keep it up SSF9/11T.

I know, I know

I know I'm gonna get negative points for this and I'll agree with you, but...what an asshole! Justin, if you want people to understand your point of view, you need to become a bit more understanding and a bit less disrespectful. How dare you accuse anyone of being an "armchair activist". How could you even know? Also I don't think he's calling for anyone to "rant and rave at them like a lunatic". Have you ever heard of the proverbial "grey area"? Ugh, now it's not just your hair that annoys me.
Still, keep doing what you're doing, just stop kissing so much ass. You sound more like Kucinich's attorney than anything else.
(sorry guys, feel free to throw those - points at me, I deserve it!) haha

What scares me the most..

Sorry, I was not trying to attack you.

Dood, I'm not attacking you. I'm sharing my opinion. If you don't like it then by all means disagree...but don't start judging me.

"and all you can do is be an armchair critic on the 911blogger forums"

You have no idea who I am or what I do. I'm not measuring you so don't measure me.

That said..

I consider your efforts patriotic and I was not attacking you. I was expressing my opinion about Dennis Kucinich and how he relates to 9/11 Truth.

If it's insulting to you...that I have NO FAITH WHATSOEVER in Dennis Kucinich, then that's your problem.

"If you'd like to see candidates take a more active approach to 9/11 truth then I suggest you pick up a camera and start making your own videos"

It's not my thing. My opinion is that Dennis Kucinich has pretty much ignored 9/11 Truth over the past 4 years. I find his in action on the subject, as an elected official, deplorable and I would not like to be near him at all.

We depend on these people to do what is right and it shouldn't take 5 years. You can invade 2 countries, kill hundreds of 2 years!

So again, I'm are a patriot.

Where was Dennis Kucinich in 2002? 2003? 2004? 2005?

That is what I'm saying. It has nothing to do with you.

Very well said,

Justin, I apologize for calling you an asshole. Just please don't judge anyone for choosing a different activist approach than yours. Some people stand on the front lines while others distribute the flyers and make the phonecalls into the night.

We're all striving for the same goal: Justice.

total room to disagree here

While it's fantastic what these guys are doing, it doesn't mean we need to believe or trust or have faith in Kucinich. Some of us who sent considerable amounts of our meager resources to keep his campaign going after Kerry was selected by the media as the nominee have long memories. We learned the hard way that politicians will say ANYTHING to have that cash roll in, and will later have no problem doing NOTHING constructive.

Kucinich is looking more and more like the Alan Colmes of national politics to me. He may even be sincere, who knows, but that doesn't change the fact that he has been grossly ineffective at a) stopping the war and b) doing what he KNOWS is the right thing with regard to 9/11.

As for "getting Wellstoned"--give me a break. Assuming that people's assumptions are correct and he was actually murdered, the proper response to such thuggery is not to allow it to frighten you into inaction. We seem to have no problem asking soldiers to risk their lives, and for bullshit. Why should we not expect--nay, demand--as much courage from our elected officials?

To Kucinich, other politicians, and even the activists among us--armchair or not--if you are going to be intimidated by thugs, you have lost. It doesn't matter if it's a schoolyard bully or a mafia boss--the day we lose our collective will to take the risks inherent in standing up to crap like this is the day we forge our own chains and save our enemies the trouble.

To live in fear is to live without freedom, and that is no life at all. Those who cower and say it's not worth the risk should also tell their children that THEY are not worth the risk, because if we fail to act the situation they will face will be worse. This is the message I would send to anyone--politician or otherwise, who would seek my support--the real risk lies not in action, but in INaction. Which is why I say, channeling Patrick Henry--give me TRUTH, or give me death. Or to put it another way, for the 9/11 lie to be preserved, it will be over my dead body, or as I've said before, they will have to pry the last DVD from my cold dead hands.

Student scholars, well done so far! You quote Dylan, so I will--

COME senators congressmen, please heed the call
don't stand in the doorways don't block up the hall
for he that gets hurt will be he who has stalled
the battle outside ragin'
we'll soon shake your windows and rattle your walls
for the times they are a-changin'

We don't owe Kucinich a damn thing--he and his colleagues owe us BIG TIME. And we are here to collect. Not to beg, not to ask or request. We have the palace surrounded--one by one, they will come out--or we will come in. Think it can't happen? Neither did the fools who tried to ovethrow Hugo Chavez. When enough Americans know, they will have no choice. Trust and have faith in each other as Americans--when the truth is known, the National Guard will have OUR backs. And if they don't, if God forbid the right people do not step up and help us take our country back, if we are told to accept their lies as truth at the barrel of a gun, I swear to you I will be there to make them follow through with the choice they will have made. Give me truth, or give me death!

"9/11 has already been looked at...

Let's move on..." It's hysterical that he said just those words. What, do they hand them out as "Talking Points" for people to memorize?

Excellent job student scholars. Excellent.

"So where is the oil going to come from?... The Middle East, with two-thirds of the world's oil and the lowest cost, is still where the prize ultimately lies."

Sorry for being so harsh in response to your comments. It's perfectly understandable that you don't have faith in Kucinich. I just get touchy because a lot of people on the loose change forums try to impugn what we're doing by saying that it doesn't matter and blah blah blah. And a good majority of them don't do anything but troll the LC forums, so I suppose I lumped you in the same basket as them, and I apologize.

I certainly do not want to be described as Kucinich's lawyer! I've just found him to be sincere. As for taking a while for him to start addressing 9/11 truth, it took a while for people to wake up. Sure, as a member of congress he should've looked at it sooner but the 9/11 truth surge didn't really happen until 2006. Are we going to question all the people who didn't start questioning the official story until fairly recently as to where they were in all the years prior to the year that they "woke up?"
